Sadik sat quietly fiddling with his phone in his hands, he was at home, alone and bored. He sighed, and looked at the clock. He knew Hercules would be over any minute, as much as he couldn't stand him he was willing to put up with him since he had nothing better to do. That's when he heard the horn honking outside and he got up quickly walking outside. He wore an old t-shit and some jeans as he walked up to the car. Hercules looked over at Sadik as he got into the car, and he yawned.
"Why did you want me to come and get you?" he asked
Sadik shrugged, "I'm bored, and it's not like you have anything better to do."
"I could be sleeping," Hercules pointed out but started the car as they drove off.
"But you're not, and you're with me." Hercules didn't respond and simply rolled his eyes. Sadik glanced at the clock, it was 2 in the morning and he had been up for the majority of the night unable to sleep. He stared out into the darkening night as they drove up to a popular tourist attraction spot that overlooked the entire city. The lights from the city looking just like stars against the black night sky.
"So why couldn't you sleep this time?" Hercules asked as he turned off the car and adjusted the seat so he laid back somewhat.
Sadik shrugged, like he always did, he never knew why he couldn't sleep very well. But he leaned his chair back as well, the windows slightly rolled down and he put his arms behind his head.
Over the years this had become a sort routine to them, they often did this any chance they could. Sadik simply liked it because he found himself being able to sleep better with Hercules around, although he would never actually admit that. Hercules simply agreed because he knew it helped Sadik, and he would never mention it.
The Turk closed his eyes quietly and sighed out as he adjusted slightly, kicking off his sandals and putting his feet up on the board. "Thanks," he mumbled.
"Don't mention it," Hercules mumbled as he yawned out and then sat up pulling out a blanket from the back. He handed it to Sadik, knowing he got cold often.
Sadik just laughed slightly and spread it out over him, then he settled back down again. Both boys were laying in the car, listening to the sound outside the silent chirps of crickets. Finally, Sadik was able to sleep.
Saturday rolled around and Tino was walking home from morning practice. His body was sore from the last game, but he smiled to himself, he saw himself getting better along with the rest of the team. He hummed to himself putting his earphones in and turning on his music, he looked through his messages and Berwald had texted him. The tournament was going to start in an hour, which gave him just enough time to get home, shower and get ready to go. He hurried home with a small smile.
Just ahead a car came zooming down, it was a large black truck. Tino was too absorbed in the thoughts of seeing Berwald and getting home to see the black truck to a sharp U-turn and speed up beside him. It was only moments later when the doors opened beside him and he was pulled in that he realized what was going on.
His eyes widened and he dropped his bag and phone as he was pulled in. A cloth going over his eyes and in his mouth. He heard the door close, and the truck sped off.
Ludwig panted, he was in two minutes in the second round, and he was circling his opponent when they suddenly shot him. He sprawled, managing to cross face them and get to their side. He pushed them onto their back and the countdown for a pin began. His coach was yelling at him to hold his opponent down as the other boy squirmed underneath him. Then the ref slammed his hand on the mat, calling a pin with 10 seconds left on the clock. Ludwig smiled as he got up, shaking hands with his opponent and then his hand was raised for victory. He walked off the mat toward the score table removing his headgear to sign the winning paper. His coach patted him on the back, "Great job, go take a break you're back on in about an hour." Ludwig simply nodded taking the piece of paper to the head table and walking back to the bleachers where his team was.
"Ve~ Great job Ludwig!" Feliciano smiled handing him a water bottle. Ludwig took a seat beside him and kissed his cheek.
"That was great!" he could hear Gilbert say patting his back, "Just keep wrestling like that and you'll be in first place for sure!"
Ludwig just shrugged but thanked him, he looked over on the mats below to see Berwald warming up. He glanced around, but didn't see the little blond Fin anywhere. He also saw Mathias biting on his nail as he appeared to try and call someone. Lukas was beside him along with Emil. "Did Tino not show up today?"
Feliciano looked at him and then at the crowd of Nordics beside him, "He said at practice he was going to come...maybe he is just running late." Ludwig agreed and wiped the sweat from his forehead, "Oh and grandpa wanted me to invite you over for dinner tonight." He smiled at him as he put his arms around Ludwig's arm and leaned on his shoulder a bit. "What do you think?"
"Tonight? Is something going on tonight?" he asked.
Feliciano shook his head, "No, he just wants you to have dinner with us. I think it's because Antonio is going over to..." he said and pursed his lips.
"Antonio? Lovino and him made up, right?"
He nodded, "Yep...and well now they're more than friends," he grinned.
Ludwig eyebrows raised but he nodded in understanding, "I get it, well free food is always the best. What are we having?"
"Chicken and pasta," Feliciano replied happily and kissed his cheek.
Ludwig nodded and glanced back at Gilbert, "Have you talked to Francis?" he asked.
Gilbert looked down at him and then glanced away, "Nien..." he mumbled.
"What about Matthew?"
"Yea...he's supposed to be coming," he said as he heard his name being called. He stood up and grabbed his headgear, "If you see him just tell him to sit over here."
"Will do," Ludwig replied and watched as Gilbert went down the steps.
He walked down just in time to see Matthew wave over at him, "Gilbert!" he smiled and walked up to him hugging him. "Are you about to wrestle?" he asked.
"Yea, I'm glad you can make it. Just go sit up there by Ludwig and Feliciano." Gilbert pointed up there and he nodded. He gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and then left down toward the mats.
Feliciano waved at Matthew, "Hey glad you can make it," he smiled. Matthew only nodded as he took a seat behind them and watched as Gilbert made his way to a large mat, warming up. "Have you ever been to a wrestling tournament before?" Matthew shook his head. "Ah, don't worry, it can get a little intense – "
"LET'S GO BERWALD TAKE HIM DOWN!" came the sudden shouting. The other two looked over to see Mathias standing up. "COME ON SHOOT! SHOOT!" He was certainly loud.
Feliciano smiled weakly, "Yeah...it can get intense..."
Matthew simply smiled timidly.
Yao walked into the large gym, already hearing the loud Dane yelling, he chuckled a bit to himself and glanced at Leon. He knew he wasn't going to listen to him, and knew the only reason he came was to see Emil. Yao simply accepted the fact that they were dating and hadn't told him a single thing since. He walked up the stands just a few rows behind the Nordics where the Russian sat. He smiled at him and kissed his cheek. "Are you up right now aru?"
Ivan nodded and moved his stuff aside to let Yao sit beside him. "I have only two other people in my weight class. I've already wrestled one of them, but not too sure about the other one."
"Don't worry you'll be fine," Yao smiled and leaned on him a bit. He saw Leon just sit a seat in front of him, poking Emil with his foot.
Emil looked up and then glanced back at him and then moved up a seat to be beside him. "I'm surprised he let you come," Emil mumbled as Leon reached over to take his hand. Squeezing it ever so slightly. Emil knew he was still shaken up about the dream, and he was to, he was just glad that Leon knew exactly how to comfort him. Leon didn't have to say much, his simple little actions and gestures was all Emil needed to be comforted once again.
Lukas glanced behind him and saw the two sitting beside one another, Emil and him making brief eye contact but said nothing as he turned back around and saw the tall muscular Russian walk down the stands and toward the mats laid out on the gym floor. He glanced back toward a green mat that Berwald was wrestling on, he was pinning his opponent, several seconds to go before the ref slammed his hand on the mat and called it a pin. Lukas could hear Mathias shout his encouragement basically in his ear and he winced. He gripped the Danes arm making him sit back down, "You need to calm down, you're starting to make a scene again."
"Well I can't help it," Mathias smiled, "Beside you know Tino would be the same way. Funny how he isn't here yet though, must have gotten stuck in traffic or something."
Lukas glanced at him and then away. He knew how Tino got at these things, he was a completely different guy. He wasn't his usual sweet self and got more intense than Mathias at times. He wondered if Tino had picked the right sport and sometimes thought he should have been in wrestling than soccer. But who was he to talk? He glanced down at his phone again, he didn't have any new messages from him either. He shifted a bit and then leaned over, "Feliciano," he called.
The talkative Italian paused in the middle of his sentence when he heard his name. He turned to see Lukas and he smiled, "Ciao Lukas!"
"Hallo, did Tino show up to soccer practice today?"
Feliciano nodded and pushed some hair behind his ear, "He said he was going to come, and seemed perfectly fine when he left practice."
Lukas frowned a bit and glanced back down at his phone, "Did he...take a ride with anyone?"
Feliciano shook his head, "He went home like usual, I offered him a ride but he said he would get one from his parents."
Just as Lukas was about to respond he heard a familiar jingle from a nearby bag. He watched as Mathias reached over into Berwald's bag and took out his phone, he glanced at the screen before answering with his usual cheerful voice. "Hej, this is Mathias, Berwald is wrestling right now." There was small pause before the smile that had been lingering on his lips disappeared. "No, he hasn't showed up. They told us he would get a ride with you..." There was more silence as he covered one ear to listen to the line, "Yes...okay...I will. Thank you. Okay bye." He pulled the phone away and hung up.
"Who was it?" Lukas asked.
"It was Tino's mom, Tino hasn't showed up to the house and he isn't answering his phone." His leg began to bounce as he spotted Berwald heading back up the stairs and toward them.
"You mean he never showed up at home?"
Mathias nodded.
Feliciano took out his phone and began to text Lovino. Ludwig looked over and raised an eyebrow, "Why are you texting him?"
"We take the same route home, and he is our next door neighbor. Maybe he can go looking for him..." he said quietly texting away quickly.
Lovino was on his bed and it was a rare moment of happiness for him. He smiled to himself and was staring at all the sweet and mushy things Antonio was sending him. If he had said in person it would have been a completely different story. But in the privacy of his own room, where he and only he alone could read the sweet messages it made him smile. That's when his phone vibrated again and he glanced at the message from Feliciano.

Can you check on Tino? He isn't here yet and they said he never made it home.
It was a rather odd request but he sighed and rolled his eyes heaving himself up and slipping on his sandals. He walked downstairs already hearing his grandpa talking with someone. As he made his way he saw Tino's mother at the door, basically shaking and trying to be comforted by his grandpa. "Ah Lovino," his grandpa smiled, "Will you go out and look for Tino with Antonio?" he asked.
He nodded and walked over to Tino's mother. "If you find him please call us right away." She said quietly. It was obvious she was trying to keep it together, and on the verge of crying. If he didn't know Tino any better he would she was over reacting. But Tino was one to always check in, making sure to do everything humanly possible not to worry his mother. He was one of the sweetest people he knew and he walked out the door and across the street.
It was only minutes later after knocking that he saw the bright eyed Spaniard standing at the door and greeting him with a hug. He squirmed a bit, "Stop it," he mumbled and pushed him away. As much as he enjoyed the hugs he felt too anxious to just stand there and enjoy it at the moment.
"What's wrong?" Antonio asked, his smile dropping somewhat.
"We need to go look for Tino, Feli said he never showed up to the tournament and his mother is really worried." He glanced back at his house to see that the two had already walked inside. "Come on."
"Mama orita vengo!" he heard the Spaniard shout and closed the door before walking down the steps of the summer styled home and down the sidewalk. "What do you mean he never showed up? Isn't Berwald wrestling today?" he asked pursing his lips a bit.
"That's why I'm worried," Lovino pointed out, "That and Feli texted asking me to do this."
"So then where do we look first?"
"Well..." Lovino scratched his head a bit, "He walks the same way we would if we walked to school. We could always start there." Antonio agreed and they walked down the sidewalk glancing around for any sign of Tino and even stopped a few other people's houses to see if Tino had stopped by. Tino was social after all.
They continued their walk when Antonio sighed and scratched his head feeling a bit hopeless, "I don't think we're going to find him. Has Feliciano said anything? Maybe he showed up already."
Lovino shook his head, "No, he hasn't texted me anything else." He crossed his arms a bit when he saw a bag in the distance. It was a bright white bag with a blue cross on it. He recognized it almost instantly. "Isn't that Tino's bag?" he asked quickly as he began to speed up his walking until it became a jog and he reached the bag. Antonio followed right behind him as they looked down to examine it.
"This is his phone..." Antonio mumbled picking it up to see the earbuds on the floor and the phone with a blue and yellow crossed case on it. "Why would he just leave his things here?" he looked around and saw tire skids on the street beside him. He touched Lovino's shoulder pointing them out, "You don't think he could have just been picked up do you?"
Lovino stared at the marks on the pavement then at the phone in Antonio's hand. "Make sure that's his phone first. We can't just jump to conclusions." He felt his heart racing the longer he stood there with the bright white bag at his feet. His stomach turning and his head began to hurt a little bit. There was no way anyone would want to hurt someone like Tino. He was to kind, had never hurt a person in his life.
"It is his phone," Antonio said showing the screen of messages and missed calls. Familiar names on it like Mathias, Lukas, and of course Berwald (although his name had a heart beside it).
Lovino ran a hand through his hair and took out his phone.

We went to go look for Tino, we just found his stuff on the sidewalk by the school. We also saw some really dark tire marks beside it...
Emil was ease dropping onto the conversation hearing the little bit of information and he saw the worried looks on his brother's face and on Mathias. He let go of Emil's hand and leaned down towards them, "Is Tino okay?"
Lukas glanced back, "We don't know where he is, and he hasn't answered any of us."
Emil furrowed his eyebrows, this was definitely strange behavior for the Finnish boy. Lukas waved him back as Berwald walked back up toward them and Emil moved back beside Leon. "What happened?" he asked.
"Tino, he hasn't shown up yet," Emil responded.
"Maybe he got stuck somewhere?" Leon suggested and Emil simply glanced at him then looked back down at the crowd.
"You don't think... You don't think this is the bad feeling you had, right?" he asked cautiously.
Leon was silent for a second and then looked over at him, once again taking his hand and squeezing it softly. "I hope not."
Berwald had settled back down on the bleachers and took a towel wiping the sweat from his face, "Where is Tino?" he asked as he put his glasses back on.
"His mom called," Mathias said as he handed Berwald his phone, "She said he hasn't shown up to the house yet."
Berwald glanced at him then at his phone before unlocking it and looking through some messages he had last sent, all unanswered by Tino. He sent another one, hoping to get a response this time. "Berwald," he heard and looked up to see Feliciano looking at him. "I texted Lovino to check up on him since we walk on the same route..." he was holding his phone a little bit tightly, "But when Antonio and Lovino were walking they found his things on the sidewalk... His phone and everything and tire marks beside it on the street."
The group had fallen silent and Berwald clenched his jaw.
