Luckily, Lisa's room at the hospital was empty when Alex and Azazel arrived. She stared at the brunette as the machines keeping her alive beeped steadily. Leaning over the unconcious girl, Alex said, "Don't take this personally, sweetheart. It's just business."

Alex turned her gaze to Lisa's heart and willed it to stop, her eyes turning black as she did so. She could feel her father watching as she worked on killing Dean's comatose girlfriend. The machines started to beep wildly, warning the medical staff that Lisa was dying and Azazel, pleased with his daughter's progress, left her to her work. Alex could hear footsteps running down the hall but it wasn't a doctor who responded to the machines; it was Dean. "What the hell is going on?"

Alex had him thrown against a wall before he knew what was happening. "When I get down from here..." Dean grunted, struggling against her grip.

Alex stalked forward and the beeping was replaced with a monotnous tone. Dean howled but Alex put her hand over his mouth, causing him to snarl against her palm. "She's not dead but she will be if you don't help me."

"Why the hell would I help you?" Dean asked when she moved her hand.

Alex grabbed his throat and started to squeeze. "Because if you don't, first, I'll crush every bone in your body and let you choke on your own blood. Then I'll move on to Sam and your dad, eviscerating them both and setting them on fire. That does seem to be a familial hazard."

Dean tried to move but Alex pushed him harder against the wall. "Yes or no, Dean-o. You'll be dead in a minute."

"Fine." Dean coughed as Alex released him. "What do you want?"

"I need a safehouse." Alex wiped his drool on her jeans, grimacing in disgust. "Or the location of a safehouse and someone you trust."

Dean hadn't missed her black eyes and she changed them back to green now. "I'm not giving a demon the names of other hunters. You're just going to kill them."

Alex didn't have time for this. Azazel would be back in a few minutes to check on her work. Irritation scratched at her mind over the fact he felt the need to check. She grabbed Dean's hand and pressed it against her slightly round stomach, causing his eyes to widen. "Demons can get pregnant?"

"Did you pay attention in health class?" Alex sneered, shoving his hand away. "Do you have a safe house or not?"

"Um, I guess." Dean was still wary when he suggested, "Just sit tight and we'll figure something out."

"Having a useful conversation, honey?" Azazel was leaning against the doorframe with a smirk.

"She's dead." Alex said, referring to Lisa and Dean was at her bedside in a moment's notice, checking for a pulse and finding none.

"You bitch!" Dean shouted, launching himself at Alex and knocking her to the ground before she had time to react. "You killed her!"

"Daddy!" Alex yelped, begging Azazel for help as Dean's knee dug into her stomach. Azazel yanked Dean off his daughter and threw him across the room into the wall. Dean had the wind knocked out of him and then lost conciousness for a moment.

"So, you're pregnant, are you?" Azazel grabbed Alex's throat and pinned her against the wall, lifting her several feet off the ground. "Don't you know how to use birth control?"

"I'm...sorry..." Alex struggled against his grip.

"Not yet, you aren't." Azazel sneered, pulling a demon killing knife from his pocket. "But you will be."

"Daddy, don't!" Alex howled in pain as he dragged the blade across her stomach, opening the flesh and letting blood flow onto the ground. He placed a charm around the room, keeping any sound from getting out and anyone from getting in. Sobbing, she stammered, "I'm sorry."

Azazel tossed the knife away from him, reached into her stomach and pulled the baby from her, ignoring the ear piercing noises she was making. Through gritted teeth, he snarled, "No daughter of mine will have a child by an angel."

"Let her go." Dean commanded, now holding the demon killing knife in his hand. "Or I'll kill you."

Azazel chuckled. "You manage to charm them all, don't you Lexi?"

"I'm sorry." Alex whimpered, clawing at his hand that was still around her throat. When he released her, the impact of hitting the ground made her shout in pain and Azazel backed away from her with his hands in the air.

"See you soon, Dean my boy." Azazel smirked. "Very soon."

Then he was gone and Dean waited for a moment before dropping next to Alex, who kept whimpering "I'm sorry," over and over again. He tugged off his jacket and wrapped it around her, concealing most of the blood until he could get her to Bobby. There was no way to explain this to any of the doctors without getting himself arrested. He found a towel and put it over the gaping wound in her stomach telling her, "Keep pressure applied. You're gonna be okay."

"Dean, what the hell?" Sam asked, falling into step with his brother as he came down the hall. Alex was leaning against him, Dean's jacket zipped all the way up and her wincing with every step.

"It's a long story, man." Dean smiled at a passing nurse, who gave them a suspicous look. "We need to get her to Bobby."

"No. Take me to Morgan." Alex said, her breathing ragged. "She's a nurse here. Her number is...in my phone."

Sam found Alex's phone in her pocket and pressed Morgan's contact information, dialing her number.

"Lex? What's up?" Morgan's voice asked.

"This is...a friend of Alex's." Sam said, stopping when Alex leaned against a wall to catch her breath. Dean was standing by to keep her from falling over. He had no idea how she was managing to walk but he had to admit he was impressed. "She's been hurt."

"Give me that." Alex weakly snatched her phone from him. "Morgan, I need your help. I'm on the first floor."

"What happened?" Morgan was already moving to the elevators.

"Hunting accident." Alex closed her phone and panted, trying to breathe but each time she did, pain shot through her again. Blood was dripping down her jeans when Morgan arrived.

"Get a wheelchair." Morgan commanded Dean, who looked in shock at the girl who was easily a foot shorter than him. When he didn't move, she said, "Now."

Sam moved faster than Dean, getting a wheelchair and helping Alex into it. Morgan draped a blanket over Alex's lap, hiding the blood mostly. Once in the privacy of an exam room, Morgan inspected the damage. "This was not an accident, Lex."

"Sure it was." Alex groaned as her friend examined her stomach, peeling her shirt and pulling her jeans off. "I didn't mean for it to happen."

"We need a surgeon." Morgan applied a gauze pad to help staunch the flow of blood.

"Good thing you know how to operate."

"I'm a nurse."

"Just give me some stitches." Alex snapped, regretting the action immediately.

Knowing that her best friend wouldn't calm down until she was sedated, Morgan placed an IV and soon morphine was coursing through Alex's veins. "I'm going to need one of you to keep people out of here and another one will have to assist me."

"I'll keep lookout." Sam volunteered, disappearing and closing the door behind him.

"That leaves you, handsome." Morgan handed him a pair of latex gloves, snapping on her own pair. "Fair warning: morphine doesn't work long on her so you're going to have to hold her down."

"O-okay." Dean said, unsure as he gripped Alex's shoulders, pinning her to the mattress.

"Ready?" Morgan asked, poised with a suture kit. When Dean nodded, she started to work. Alex was still, giving Dean time to examine their unlikely accomplice. She was short, no taller than four foot six with blue grey eyes and chocolate brown hair that only made her eyes stand out more. He had to admit, she was cute. Alex bucked unexpectedly, clutching the hospital sheets in pain. "Hold her down!"

"Thanks, Morgan." Alex murmured as Morgan helped her sit up. "I appreciate it."

"What the hell happened?" Morgan asked, crossing her arms when Alex sighed. "I deserve an answer."

"My dad happened." Alex said, not daring to say more. "Where's Sam and Dean?"

"They disappeared after I finished with you." Morgan replied. "I think they left."

"Not good. I need their help with something."

"You can't go back out hunting right now."

"I'm not." Alex put her phone to her as it rang. "I'm going to close the gates of Hell."
