Welp here we are again. It's me, bearing bad news. Not unexpected bad news per say, but bad news nonetheless.
This story is official discontinued. Man, shocker, right?
A few of you may have noticed that this 'updated' not too long ago. That was actually just me deleting the old author's note because...well, no particular reason but, y'know. Because. Anyways, this is my farewell address. Homestuck just isn't my thing anymore. Well, I may have kinda fallen back into it recently, but not that way that you might've hoped. What I'm trying to say is Homestuck and this story will always mean so much to me. I owe so much to all the people who ever favorited, followed, reviewed (especially reviewed). All of your kind messages and encouragement will always mean so, so much. So I figured it wasn't fair to leave you hanging. This shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, being as the last time I updated for real was like two years ago. Still.
Part of the reason I never picked it back up is because I'm partially disgusted by my characterization and writing style, and partly because I'm lazy and unmotivated. Who knows? Maybe one day I'll rewrite it. Something better. If that ever happens, I'll let you guys know. But don't get your hopes up. In the mean time, I am on ao3 under the same name (there's nothing new over there though). TenaciousToxophilite and I are working on a non-Homestuck related project so like, who knows right? Hit me up with a PM if you want, I'm open to conversation.
