Hi everyone,
It has been about four and a half years since I updated, and in that time, I've thought about this story a handful of times.
I remembered that I'd written a story for a TV show when I was 17 that was beautiful and dramatic and still in its first few episodes. I knew that I had promised more, and then fell short. But those times I remembered, it always felt like the wrong time to add more. The show had progressed, and I had watched intermittently, knowing that Francis' death was coming and that I didn't really want to be around for that.
Lately I've been thinking about this show more, and I only recently found out that it was cancelled.
My question is: would you like this story to continue? I'm 21 now and about to graduate with a degree in English and History, and am planning to do grad work in Scottish History. Since then, I've fallen in love for the first time myself, and I'm a bit different than I was, and I bring new things to the story. I don't have any type of outline that the teenage-me may have put together for this story, just the same love of sweet love.
If you would like a Frary story that is non-cannon, that will make you feel the way you did in the first season, when Mary and Francis were first falling into one another, I can do that for you. If the fandom has moved away from this type of story, I totally understand. I would just love feedback from people in this community, please let me know if you would enjoy more of this type of story!
