Hello once again, and for the seventh time, I'm back, with another chapter for this story, my second to last chapter, enjoy.
Everyone turned around to see.
" You", Twilight said, shocked as Cinch stood in front of them, next to her was Spoiled Rich, and Flim and Flam.
" Long time no see", said Cinch.
" I knew you would have something to do with these two following us", said Applejack, glaring at Spoiled Rich, " I just didn't expect you would actually go with them".
" Well, now that we've revealed ourselves, everyone, throw in your gold", said Spoiled Rich.
" Like any of us are going to listen to you, there's twelve of us, and four of you", said Rainbow Dash.
It was then, Spoiled Rich pulled something out of her handbag, and everyone looked in shock as it was revealed to be a gun.
" Anyone want to tempt me", said Spoiled Rich.
" It's not even loaded", said Rainbow Dash.
It was then Spoiled Rich pulled the trigger up in the air, and a loud bang was heard, startling half of the group.
" Like I said, everyone turn out your pockets, any gold or jewels you've collected, place in a pile in front of me, Flim and Flam will then tie you all up afterwards, and no funny business, I've got spare bullets in my handbag", said Spoiled Rich.
One by one, the girls reluctantly removed the gems, Fluttershy, Rarity and Sweetie Belle went first.
Pinkie Pie also went up, and emptied her pockets, even though she was silent.
" You've suddenly gone all silent", said Spoiled Rich.
Pinkie Pie just shrugged, her mouth still closed.
However, Cinch stuck her fingers into Pinkie Pie's mouth, and pulled out a large pearl necklace.
" Is that all", said Cinch.
" No, there's still something else", said Pinkie Pie, as she then, pulled out another pearl necklace from her nose, and she was about to hand it to you.
" No, you keep it", said Cinch.
Applebloom had to empty out her bag, as she, along with Babs Seed and Scootaloo threw out their treasures.
" But are you doing this, this gold will pay off all our debts, there's enough gold in here for everyone in the whole city", said Twilight, as she emptied her pockets.
" They don't care about that, they still want our properties, and making sure they get them, by sabotaging our only chance of paying off our debts", said Rainbow Dash.
" Are you really making it your life's mission, to ruin ours", said Sunset, as she too, removed her treasure.
" As a matter of fact, yes, we are", said Cinch.
" But why", said Fluttershy.
" You seven girls have been nothing but a bunch of thorns in my side, ever since you all cost me my career", said Cinch.
" That wasn't even our fault, you brought that on yourself after what you did to Twilight", said Rainbow Dash as she and Applejack emptied their pockets.
" It's funny how rebellious your acting, even though I'm the one with the gun", said Spoiled Rich.
" Privileged bitch", muttered Rainbow Dash.
" What was that", said Spoiled Rich, aiming her gun at Rainbow Dash.
" Nothing", said Rainbow Dash.
" Great", Applejack thought, " First we're at risk of losing our homes, then we lose our only chance of keeping it, and now we've lost our freedom of speech".
" As I was saying, yes, I am aware of what happened at the last friendship games, and yet, I'm the only one being blamed, it's funny, we have one girl, who blackmailed, manipulated, brainwashed and bullied people, as well as blown up a portion of her school, have I left anything out", said Cinch.
" Attempted murder", said Pinkie Pie, causing the others to look at her, " What, she asked if she left anything out and I answered".
" Well, out of everything she did within the first three years of her time here, what does she get, nothing, but a slap on the wrist, she still has her education, her job, her freedom, and possibly even a career, a second chance, but me, did I get any of that, no, I was fired, even though the students were just as much at fault as I was, I was thrown under the bus, so much for the saying, everyone deserves a second chance", said Cinch.
" Well, you haven't shown remorse for your actions, while Sunset had, even though it took her three years to do so", said Fluttershy.
" Wait", said Sunset, looking at Cinch, " How do you know about my past actions".
" I told her, as a member of the school board, I have information about everything you have done, from shoving people in lockers, and stealing lunch money, to blowing up the school", said Spoiled Rich.
" Why are you even working alongside her", said Rarity, motioning to Cinch.
" Well, if you must know, I was former student at Crystal Prep academy, and a graduate", said Spoiled Rich.
" What, no way, you gotta be kidding me, I did not see that coming", Rainbow Dash shouted.
" I knew you would be shocked by it", said Spoiled Rich.
" I was being sarcastic, I already knew, it's blatantly obvious, spoiled student from a spoiled school", said Rainbow Dash.
Spoiled Rich glared at Rainbow Dash, but then turned to the group.
" After I married Filthy Rich and had Diamond Tiara, I wanted her enrolled as a Crystal Prep student, but instead, my husband decided to have her enrolled to Canterlot High, with all the other inferior, and then after I found out my former headmistress was sacked, I was shocked", said Spoiled Rich.
" She took me in when nobody else would, after I got sacked, I couldn't find work since, and I was running short on money, it was then Spoiled told me about her scheme, and that if I helped out, I'll a fair share of the profit, that, and I would have been able to make you all pay, by taking away your livelihoods, one by one, and force you all out of Canterlot city", said Cinch.
It was then, Spike sneaked up towards Spoiled, and then lunged at her, sinking his teeth into her arm, causing her to scream and drop her gun.
" Get off of me, you filthy mutt", screamed Spoiled Rich as she shook Spike around, eventually, he lost grip, and landed on the group, and with a swift kick, Spoiled Rich sent Spike flying across the room, he landed against the wall, and dropped onto the ground, unconscious.
" SPIKE", shouted Twilight, shocked at what had just unfolded.
" You monster", scolded Fluttershy, glaring at Spoiled Rich, " How could you".
After seeing the girls were about to close in on her, Spoiled Rich went back for her gun, and aimed it at the girls.
" Don't even think about it", Spoiled Rich then turned to Flim and Flam, " Are they all tied up".
" Yep", said Flim and Flam, simultaneously.
" Good, now take each of them one at a time to the river and throw them in", said Spoiled Rich.
" WHAT", shouted almost everyone in the room.
" Aren't we going a little bit too far", said Flim.
" Yeah, we only agreed to do this just so we can get the gold", said Flam.
" They are witnesses, they'll turn us all in", said Spoiled Rich.
" For what crimes", said Flim.
" Keeping them hostage, assaulting a dog, looting them at gunpoint, if you let them go, you'll get 20 years", said Spoiled Rich.
" The part with the part was your doing, and you're the only one with gun, and all of this was your idea", said Flam
" This wasn't part of the deal, I mean, yes, we are con men, scam artists, sure, but we're not killers", said Flim.
" I'm sorry, but this is where we draw the line, and neither me, nor my brother are going to cross it", said Flam.
" Won't you reconsider", said Spoiled Rich.
" Definitely not, there is no point trying to talk us out of it, we're through with you", said Flim.
" Very well then, it looks like your service is no longer required, and for the record, you're both cut out of the bargain entirely", said Spoiled Rich, pointing her gun at the two brothers.
" No wait, please don't shoot us, we won't say anything, we swear", said Flam, as he got down on his knees, placed his hands together, begging for mercy, Flam also did the same thing.
" I'm not going to kill you two, even though you're both cut out of the deal completely, I actually still need you in fact, for something else", said Spoiled Rich.
And before any of the twin brothers could react, Spoiled Rich slammed the handle of the gun onto Flim's head, knocking him out, before doing the same to Flam before he had the chance to try and run.
" How, did", Cinch was speechless.
" Those lessons I learned in the Crystal Prep Dojo worked off really well", said Spoiled Rich.
" Wait, you have a dojo, way to rub that in our faces", said Rainbow Dash.
" Crystal Prep does not have a Dojo", said Cinch, " She only took them out after they crouched down, they gave her easy access to knocking them out".
" And now that I have that issue sorted out, I now have my alibi, oh and yours of course Abacus", said Spoiled Rich.
" What do you mean, alibi", said Cinch, looking at Spoiled Rich, confused.
" What I mean is we frame them, after we've finished here with the brats, we'll send the brothers to the police, as if the police will take their word over ours", said Spoiled Rich.
She then pointed the gun at the girls, " So, which one should I pick first", she said.
" You ugly old hag", snapped Rarity, causing Spoiled Rich to glare.
" Looks like you volunteered to be the first victim Rarity", said Spoiled Rich, and with her gun focused on Rarity, she forced Rarity up and towards the door.
" Wait, please", cried Rarity.
" Rarity", Sweetie Belle cried.
Once outside, Spoiled Rich forced Rarity onto the edge, below her is a 20 foot drop into a deep pool.
" If you'd kept your mouth shut, you'd live longer, but on the bright side, your friends will be joining you soon", said Spoiled Rich.
And just like that, Spoiled Rich nudged the barrel of her gun onto Rarity's back, forcing her off the edge, Rarity screamed as she fell 20 feet into the water below.
Applejack, who had just managed to set herself free, ran out, past Spoiled Rich, and dove into the pool after Rarity.
" Two down already, nine to go", said Spoiled Rich.
Applejack swam down to the bottom, where Rarity was stuck to the bottom, because of her wrists getting tied, Rarity couldn't swim, Applejack helped pull Rarity out of the water.
Meanwhile, back in the tomb, Spoiled Rich looked at the remaining nine girls, and then, pointed her gun at Twilight, " You next".
" Wait", a voice called out.
Spoiled Rich turned around to see Cinch approaching her.
" I'll take care of Twilight", said Cinch, " I've waited so long for this".
Spoiled Rich grinned, as she gave Cinch the gun.
Cinch then forced Twilight on her feet, until they were in front of the others, and then, she forced Twilight on her knees, her gun aimed at her forehead.
Cinch stared at Twilight, the one who cost Cinch her career, the one who ruined her life, is now at the mercy of Cinch.
Twilight looked in fear, at the one who nearly caused her to be someone she wasn't, the one who used and exploited her for a victory of some stupid game, the one who Twilight's life is in her hands.
And before anyone could react, Cinch turned around to point the gun at Spoiled Rich, and pulled the trigger.
Spoiled Rich got out of the way just in time, and the bullet hit the heirloom, causing it to knock over.
Spoiled Rich stared at Cinch in shock, at her sudden betrayal, " Why would you side with them, they ruined your career, they ruined your life".
" Flim and Flam are right, I only agreed to your scheme to ruin their lives, not to kill them, Flim and Flam didn't betray you, you betrayed them", said Cinch.
It was then, everyone in the room felt a sudden shake, it startled Cinch that she dropped the gun, and it landed on the ground, and everyone realized the room was shaking.
" EARTHQUAKE", shouted Pinkie Pie.
" Wait, look", said Sunset, gesturing upward, and the all saw the ceiling was starting to slowly lower.
" Cinch just activated another one of Tokamak's booby traps", said Applebloom.
" Quick, everyone out", said Sunset.
The girls began to flee, one by one, meanwhile, Applebloom looked at the gems and gold scattered around, " What about the treasure, our future".
" If we stay here Applebloom, we've got no future", said Sweetie Belle.
Meanwhile Sunset turned to Rainbow Dash, " Rainbow, help me with these two", she said, gesturing to Flim and Flam, who were both still unconscious.
" Wait, after what they did to us", said Rainbow Dash.
" They don't deserve to die here Rainbow, I mean, they would do same for you", said Sunset.
" Bullshit", said Rainbow Dash.
" Remember Rainbow, they were betrayed by Spoiled, and before hand they said they weren't going to kill us, they tried to stick up for us", said Sunset.
" That's because they're not killers, as soon as they're brought back out, they'll be back to same con men we know and hate, on the plus side, if we leave them, they won't get Applejack's farm", said Rainbow Dash.
Meanwhile, Fluttershy ran to Spike, who was still unconscious, and picked him up, carrying him, she handed him to Twilight, to which the bespectacled girl left the tomb.
Sweetie Belle was about to follow, when she noticed Spoiled Rich was on her knees, trying to fill her pockets with gems.
Anger began filling her mind, and she hasn't forgotten what the rotten lady did to Spike.
" How could she be so cruel", she thought, and without thinking, she approached Spoiled Rich.
" You're an awful person, a meanie, a bully, how dare you attack an innocent creature like Spike", said Sweetie Belle.
" Sweetie Belle, hurry up and get out of there, the tomb is going to close any second", said Twilight.
" Yeah, Spoiled is not worth it", said Sunset.
Sweetie Belle then turned to see Spoiled Rich getting up, and about to leave, when Sweetie Belle stuck her foot out, causing Spoiled Rich to trip, fall over, and land face first on the ground.
" That's for Rarity and Spike, you are not worth of the treasure", said Sweetie Belle, before kicking away the gold and gems Spoiled Rich had and fleeing.
Once she caught up with the others, everyone jumped out of the tomb, into the pool, all relieved that they all escaped in time, even Spoiled Rich, who had to leave the gems behind, after dropping them because of getting tripped by Sweetie Belle, but didn't leave empty handed.
After getting out of the water, Applejack and Rarity met up with the rest.
" What are they doing here", said Applejack, pointing at Cinch, Flim and Flam, the latter two still unconscious.
" Don't worry, they're on our side now, plus these two are unconscious anyway", said Sunset, gesturing to Flim and Flam.
" So you're saying she's suddenly changed like that", said Applejack.
" Don't get too comfortable, this is only a temporary truce, I may hate you all, but not enough to end your lives, so I'm calling it truce, for now", said Cinch.
" What about Spoiled Rich", said Rarity.
" She's still against us, and I suggest we get out of here", said Twilight.
" How", said Rainbow Dash.
" Look", said Cinch, pointing onward, and the group discovered a small opening at the walls of the cave.
" Is that like an emergency exit or something", said Pinkie Pie.
" Pretty much, since it looks impossible to get out the same way we went in, looks like this must be our way out", said Sunset.
" Come on, we better get out of here", said Cinch, however, before she could move, a loud bang was heard, Cinch looked down to find blood dripping out of her stomach onto the floor.
As Cinch collapsed, the group turned to see Spoiled Rich holding the gun.
" I took you in, when nobody else did, I gave you the chance to redeem yourself, and in return, you betray me", said Spoiled Rich.
" How did you learn to fire that well", said Rainbow Dash, she then turned to Cinch, " Don't tell me you're school has a shooting class".
" We don't, she just got a lucky shot", grunted Cinch, as Twilight tried applying a cloth onto the wound, to stop the bleeding.
Twilight then glared at Spoiled Rich, " How could you", she snapped.
" All that gold and jewels, left in their for good, all of it worth a fortune, wasted, thank goodness I managed to pick this up", said Spoiled Rich, holding the heirloom, the vase.
" Wait, not that, that belongs to Tokamaks", said Applebloom, only for Spoiled Rich to aim her gun at Applebloom as she proceeded downward, near the exit of the cave.
" It belongs to me now, and if I were you, I'd stay where you are, if any of you try to follow me, I won't hesitate to pull the trigger", said Spoiled Rich.
" What are you benefiting from this, even if none of us make it out alive, investigations are going to be made", said Sunset.
" And what makes you think they'll suspect me", said Spoiled Rich, " There's the lack of evidence to even point the finger at me, and besides, no matter what happens, I will long gone from this city, even with an arrest warrant, the police will never find me".
It was then she noticed a giant rock next to the exit, and underneath, a wooden pillar, keeping the rock from falling.
As soon as she went inside the tunnel, she aimed the gun at the pillar, and pulled the trigger, causing the pillar to lose grip on the boulder, and the boulder fell off in front of the cave.
" So this is it then, we're trapped in here", said Babs Seed.
" Unless we do try to get up that waterslide thing went came down in", said Rainbow Dash.
" Rainbow Dash, whenever you've gone to a playground, have you seen any of the rules that say 'Don't climb up the slides'", said Twilight.
" Oh I've seen the rules, but I always break them, but what has that got to do with anything", said Rainbow Dash.
" Even if we're allowed to, trying to climb up that slide, will be like trying to ladder covered in oil, it won't work", said Twilight.
" Well then how are we going to get out of here", said Rainbow Dash.
" Applejack, can you use your strength to lift that boulder", said Pinkie Pie.
" Haven't done this sort of thing in a while, let's see if I, oh no", Applejack gasped in realization.
" What's wrong", said Sunset.
" I dropped my geode", said Applejack, " I must've dropped it when I was saving Rarity, I remember still having it before then".
" Rainbow Dash, do you still have any more of those candles", said Twilight.
" I still have one left, yeah", said Rainbow Dash.
" We need that geode, and maybe it's hidden in some dark area", said Twilight, " And please hurry, I may have stopped the bleeding from Cinch, but she needs medical attention".
And so, Rainbow Dash took out her final candle, only for Sunset to stop her from lighting it.
" Before you light it, I need to be sure, has anyone else lost their geode", said Sunset.
" I've still got mine", said Rainbow Dash.
Sunset turned to Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie Pie, who all responded that they still have their geodes.
" And I still mine too", said Twilight.
" And so do I, which means Applejack's the only one who lost hers, also, Applejack, where were you currently standing around at before we caught up with you", said Sunset.
" I remained near the pool, I didn't move anywhere else", said Applejack.
Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash lit up the candle, only for instead of a small flame, sparks were flying.
" Wait, that's not a candle, it's dynamite", shrieked Twilight.
" Rainbow Dash throw that away", said Sunset.
Rainbow Dash then threw the dynamite stick as far as she could, towards the boulder.
" Everyone, take cover", said Sunset, as she along with everyone else kept well hid, as the dynamite exploded, causing the boulder to crumble into pieces.
" How did you not know that was dynamite", said Sunset.
" I thought it was a candle, when I got them from that bag, they all almost looked identical, other than being the color red, anyone could've made the same mistake", said Rainbow Dash.
" Well, you nearly got us killed", said Rarity.
" But hey, at least I destroyed what was keeping us trapped in here, you're welcome", said Rainbow Dash.
" Hey look, I think that's Applejack's geode", said Pinkie Pie, pointing at a shiny gemstone near the pool on the ground.
Applejack got to it, and picked it up, relieved that it was found.
" Thanks for that Pinkie", said Applejack.
" Excellent, now let's hurry and get out of here", said Twilight.
" Yeah, and if we're lucky, we can catch up with that stupid slug, Spoiled Rich", said Rainbow Dash.
" Yeah, I'm going to give her a piece of my mind when I get my hands on her", said Applejack.
" Easy guys, she's not even worth it", said Sunset.
" We have a more important matter to deal with", said Twilight.
" I'll take care of these two", said Applejack, gesturing to Flim and Flam.
" I think I can handle walking", said Cinch, as she tried to get up, only to fall back down, Twilight and Fluttershy helped her back up.
" But what about treasure, if we leave empty handed, that's it, all that hard work, everything, us nearly getting killed, would all be for nothing", said Applebloom.
" I don't think anything else made it out of that tomb, plus I doubt there any way to get back in", said Applejack.
" What if we got pickaxes and try to break in", said Pinkie Pie.
" We'll deal with that later, right now, we need to send her to the hospital", said Twilight, helping Cinch out, as they all headed toward the tunnel, on their way out of the cave.
And that's it for today, another chapter finished, only one more chapter to go, and I'm done with this story, until then, that's all for now.
