Stories
Where do I begin?
She ran through the field of Glaze Lillys, her silky long brown hair flowing behind her. A large smile on her face as she giggled, her hands brushing through the Glaze Lillys as she ran. She stopped when she saw a man and two women sitting under a tree on the hill. She gasped and smiled, running up to them.
All stories start at the beginning, right?
As she stood up, she tied her long black hair into a high ponytail. She adjusted her shrine maiden garbs and put her sandals on. She opened the door and walked up to two women standing in the middle of the courtyard.
I barely remember my beginnings, barely remember my homes.
She sat amongst the Padisarahs on the hill, looking towards the Sanctuary. Her long green hair was tied into a large plait behind her by a woman behind her as she hummed a tune with a smile on her face.
All I have is splintered memories.
She stood at the base of the waterfall, splashing and dancing happily in the water. Her shoulder lengthed blue hair tied in pigtails bounced around as she danced. She stopped and smiled at the woman who had been watching her.
Shards of brightness and warmth.
She stepped out of the natural hot spring, her wavey pink hair flowing behind her. Once she was dried and clothed once more, she walked out of the building and looked up at the man who had been waiting for her, she smiled.
But also darkness and cold.
She flinched as the blizzard around her became too much, causing her to fall to her knees. A hand grabbed her shoulder and pulled her into a cave. She pulled her hood off, revealing her short white hair, and she stared at the woman before her.
But what I do remember is the colours.
Her eyes widened as a light shone before her.
The colours of the visions.
Placing his hands on her shoulder, he smiled down at her as she looked at the Geo Vision in her hand.
The two women smiled, one holding a spear, the other a sword, watching her look at the Electro Vision in her hands.
The woman placed her hand on her shoulder, peering at the Dendro Vision which was now in her hands.
The woman stepped into the water, smiling as she watched her hold the Hydro Vision in her hands.
The man laughed and cheered as he saw her stare at the Pyro Vision intently in her hands.
The woman watched from a distance, seeing the newly received Cryo Vision in her hand.
Each life I have lived is different, but also the same.
She held the vision close to her chest, closing her eyes as she inhaled slowly.
Once I receive my vision, my journey begins.
She opened her golden eyes.
My contract will continue until I am no longer needed. I have always stayed in line with my contract and I don't intend to break it now.
Well, that was until I met you.
"And you are completely sure that you haven't broken your contract before?"
