Prologue

"Today, you won't be able to defeat me Hedgehog!" Eggman said, with pride.

Sonic and Tails looked at Eggman, and his machine besides him. It looks like a big portal.

"With this machine and the Power of Chaos Emeralds, i would be able to summon the powerful being from the other universe!" Eggman said.

As Eggman pulled the lever, portal started to make random noises, and soon, it started to malfunction.

"What! This can't be! My calculations were perfect!" Eggman said.

And then, the Portal started to suck up everything, resulting Sonic, Tails, and Eggman to be sent to another universe.

When Sonic woke up, he was in a random Mountain.

From behind Sonic comes a light but distinct growl, and as Sonic turns, he see an Absol, blending in almost perfectly with the snow with the exception of those almost glowing red eyes.

"Im Yuki. You should not be here." Her voice is calm, yet clearly ready for whatever confrontation may come, her body low to the ground, ready to pounce at any moment.

"Uhhh...where am i?" Sonic asked.

Yuki's face is hard, and she is staring straight at the hedgehog. She doesn't move or speak, yet her eyes seem to say everything.

"Leave this mountain. You're not welcome here. I'll give you five minutes, if you're still here by the end of that you're dead." She speaks calmly, with just a hint of a growl in her voice.

She stares into your eyes, and waits.

"Whoa, chill out! I just fell into a random portal, and i landed up in here! Ummm...you look like Mobians, but i can tell thats not Mobians. Is this an different universe or something?" Sonic said.

Yuki huffs and glares at the hedgehog for another moment before sighing.

"I will not warn you again. Get. Off. My. Mountain. Now."

No matter how many times she says this, it always comes out in the same tone - calm and deadly.

"Do not ask questions you don't know the answers to. Do not assume. Do not presume." She stares, unblinking.

You really shouldn't hang around this mountain much longer - if the Absol will fight you over it, who knows what else lives here? And Yuki sounds very ready to fight.

"But why?" Sonic asked.

"Because I said so. And this is my mountain." Yuki stares for another moment, and Sonic can see her body tense, just a little. She could attack Sonic in an instant, you think - and she looks like she may, if Sonic dosen't leave.

"Leave. Now."

"Ok...?"

And then, Sonic sighed in turned back.

Yuki huffs, staring after him as he walks into the distance with a mixture of relief and irritation. She returns to silently watching over the mountain.

Yuki watches silently as Sonic, the intruder, going away, but she can't help but feel the slightest bit curious about him. Not enough to try to meet him again, but enough to want to find out more by watching.

She turns her focus back on the snowy mountaintop, as she does every day, her eyes fixed on the snow and watching for any movement she might perceive as a threat to the other Pokémon living near the mountain... she waits.

Yuki watches him, her face still hard and her eyes still glowing red. She watches him for several long minutes, but eventually she sighs and lies down, turning so that she can watch for intruders in either direction once again.

She lays there for a while, but eventually her eyes begin to droop and she falls asleep, her mouth falling open a little as she snoozes...
