"say you'll share with me ev'ry waking moment..."
Tyler sighed, as the police car drove off. He wanted to escape, seriously, but he couldn't. Plus, he had his dad to think about. The car stopped outside the Galpin house.
"Tyler..." called a mystic voice.
The doors opened. The young Hyde turned his head, his yellow eyes focusing on the house. Sheriff Galpin dragged him out, opening the door of the house, dragging him to his room.
"Tyler," cooed a voice. Tyler turned, growling at the back of his throat.
"Tyler, I am so disappointed in you," said the voice. "I warned you who to trust. You trusted the wrong person."
Tyler growled fiercer, baring his fangs.
"I am the ghost of your mother," said the voice. "And I am here to guide you. But you trusted her. Until you can learn to truly fall in love, you will remain as a Hyde. You have one year."
The young Hyde snarled quietly.
"One chance," cooed the voice of his mother's ghost. "If you mess up, you'll remain a Hyde forever. If you don't mess up, you'll regain your powers, your humanity and you'll see me again. Tyler, please don't mess this up. This is your chance."
Tyler snarled softly, running his claws through his blue hair.
An enormous sand timer appeared in the room. "You have until the sand timer runs out," said the voice. "Time starts... NOW."
Wednesday panted as her head snapped into place. Xavier had a hand on her shoulder. "Wednesday, you okay?" he asked.
"Yeah," she replied. "I had a vision. Of Tyler. His mother spoke to him. He has to fall in love."
"You still like him, don't you?" asked Xavier.
"I dunno," replied Wednesday.
"I like you," said Xavier. "Do you like me?"
"I don't know," admitted Wednesday. "I need a break from love."
