Chapter 1: Strong

Noah Puckerman was lying in a coma in a hospital bed. When two-year-old Tracie Anderson walks into his room holding a Hulk doll, then she climbs onto Noah's bed and lies with him. Quinn Fabray comes in on her phone with Kurt an hour later and says, "Tracie is with Puck again."

Kurt sighs and says, "How does she get there without getting run over? Why couldn't she like Sam or anyone else?"

Quinn replies, "She's a bit stubborn, like her Dada."

Kurt, Blaine, Burt, and Carole soon entered the room and Burt said, "Ha, I think I know why Tracie loves Puck. Isn't it obvious? She believes he's The Hulk."

Noah's mother, Norah, later enters and says, "I found her on the way here. I am sorry I didn't mention it earlier. This was the first time in three days I could see Puck or take a break before my shift ends."

Then Blaine looks at Noah and says, "I'll never forget her second birthday. I still can't believe Puck and Quinn didn't plan their costumes. Or that they came as Black Widow and The Hulk."

Then Quinn says, "The lady at the shop told me I looked like Scarlett Johansson, and Tracie believed Puck was The Hulk before that. I thought I would mess with her, and he told me he was coming as Ross instead."

Quinn breaks down as she says, "We got back together that night. We fought the night he wrecked his bike because I said he was like his dad, and he stormed out."

Quinn looks at Tracie as she says, "She's been using Blaine's phone to yell at me since. She called me Meanie Queenie and said I was stupid to think Puck was like his dad. She called Puck's dad Red Hulk and Puck Uncle Hulk, and I hope that's what she was saying because she rants like Rachel did in high school."

They all laughed at this, and their laughter woke up Tracie before she climbed out of Noah's bed and started hitting Quinn as she yelled, "Uncle Hulk loves you! Uncle Hulk is your person! You are a big dummy! Uncle Hulk told me he would ask you to marry him on my third birthday! Now he can't!"

They soon cried, and Quinn asked Tracie, "When did he tell you he wanted to marry me?"

Tracie replied, "A week before he came here. I called him using Dada's phone during the night when I couldn't sleep. He couldn't sleep either. I told him you loved him."

Tracie slapped Quinn hard and yelled, "I love Uncle Hulk more than you do!" Then, she wiggles out of Quinn's hold before climbing back into Noah's bed.

Quinn hums "Once Upon A Dream" as Tracie runs her fingers through Noah's hair as the others leave.

They take turns kissing Noah's lips before Tracie says, "Okay, you're not Maleficent! I hope Nono wakes up before the new baby comes. I'm surprised Nono's mama didn't notice you were touching your belly. I know Aunt Sarah called Uncle Hulk "Nono." If Dada and Papa knew that, I wouldn't have had soap put in my mouth when I said, Puck. They gave up after hearing me say fuck a lot."

Norah says with a laugh, "I had the same problem and was shouting a lot when I would yell at Puck. It's a good thing his name is Noah, and Sarah also thought Puck was the Hulk growing up."

Then Norah told Burt, "How did you get through the day when Kurt's mom was in a coma? I said I was too busy to see Puck, but I can't bear to see him in that bed." Before, someone ran down the hall.

Everyone except Burt came into the room, then Burt looked at Quinn before he walked down the hall to get coffee from a nearby vending machine. While Tracie goes back to sleep, lying next to Noah. When she woke up Burt had a newspaper, and Quinn was gone. Tracie climbs out of bed and goes to the bathroom to see Quinn crying. She hugs Quinn and says, "Get up. I have got to go to the bathroom." Quinn chuckles and helps Tracie go to the bathroom before putting her back in Noah's bed.

Fifteen minutes later, Burt says, "I would cry in the bathroom too when I brought Kurt to see Elizabeth. Ha, I heard Tracie asking you to get up. I don't know if Puck will wake up, but I do know that Puck is stronger than he looks."

Quinn glares at Burt, then whispers, "Uncle Hulk." before Burt lightly hit her in the shoulder.

Tracie and Quinn refused to leave Noah's side after that. Quinn thought it was funny because Tracie truly thought Noah was The Hulk. A week before Tracie's third birthday, Blaine and Kurt tried to get Tracie to go home with them. But she screams, "I'm not leaving until Nono wakes up! I love Nono, and I'm not leaving until God wakes him up! His mama might have given up, but I'm not! Queenie hasn't given up, and I'm not giving up either! I don't care about my birthday! I want Nono to wake up!"

Quinn soon takes Tracie into her arms as she cries. Then she asks, "Maybe you could have the party here. You know, Puck can't turn down a party. " Kurt and Blaine had to chuckle at that.

Blaine rubs Tracie's back as he says, "Your Nana Elizabeth..."

He didn't get to finish his sentence before Tracie slapped him and screamed, "Dada gave up on her! I'm not giving up on Nono! No, no, no, no! I'm never giving up!" Quinn then waves them on as she tries to comfort Tracie.

As Quinn looks at Noah, she notices him clenching his fists. She smiles and whispers, "I hope Nono wakes up on your birthday, Tracie." and rubs her back. Then she sat by Noah's bedside as Tracie cried herself to sleep.

Burt and Carole were at the cemetery to visit Finn's grave when they heard Quinn yelling, "I'm not Rachel or Burt, Elizabeth! I want Puck to wake up so bad I can't stand it!" As they got closer, they saw Blaine and Kurt standing behind Quinn, as she was still yelling.

Then Blaine says to Burt, "She and Tracie were kicked out of the hospital for yelling at Puck. Tracie is still there; Santana is watching her. Quinn has been yelling at Elizabeth's grave for the past three hours. She was yelling for Tracie at first, comparing Puck to you. Then their relationship to the one you had with Elizabeth. Then, before you walked up, she was saying what Tracie said yesterday before we left."

Soon Quinn was kicking Elizabeth's headstone as she screamed, "I named my daughter Elizabeth, not Beth! Then I gave her up! I'm not giving up on Puck!"

Before falling to her knees crying, Burt holds her in his arms and says, "You're right, Quinn. You are not like the rest of us. By the way, Puck is not like his dad. He is a good man. You just got to hang in there, okay?" Then Kurt takes her to her car and drives her back to the hospital.

As soon as they enter Noah's hospital room, Tracie throws a book across the room, and Quinn notices it is a Sleeping Beauty storybook. Then Tracie screams, "Why would Mama Rachel give me that book for my birthday? Walt Disney is a big meanie! I can't read this without thinking of Uncle Nono! I want my best friend to wake the hell up! It's been a month! Nono's mama is right! How did Grandpa Burt not go crazy when Nana Beth was here?" While the others come into the room, Quinn takes Noah's hand, and she sings "How Do I Live" by LeAnn Rimes.

Then, without looking at the others, she says, "I want only Mr. H here. I know we planned to have Tracie's party here, but I can't deal with this, and I see Tracie's not up for that either. You don't think we hear you guys talking about Puck? You are the reason we are losing hope. Mr. H is the only one that doesn't think Puck will die."

Then Quinn glares at Carole as she repeats, "Mr. H is the only one who doesn't think Puck will die!"

She stared at Noah as she said, "Finn's dad died and left Mrs. H to raise Finn alone, but she moved on, just like Rachel did. For God's sake, Puck is my person. Now leave us alone!" Soon, the others walk out, and Carole tries to apologize, but Quinn ignores her.

After the others leave, Burt says, "I lost a lot of friends because they were saying the same things about Elizabeth. Ha, I got thrown out for yelling at Norah at least five times since they brought in Puck. Tracie told me she asked Rachel for a Hulk doll with a mohawk."

Then he takes a bag out from under Noah's bed and shows Quinn a Hulk with a mohawk. Soon, Quinn goes to the bathroom and returns with a matching Hulk doll. She says, "I think I will keep mine now and give it to this baby..."

She looks at Noah and says, "I told him the night we broke up. We started fighting about Beth, and then I said he was no better than his dad. I hope this baby is a boy, for Puck's sake." Then, Norah quietly walks in with Rachel and Beth as Quinn cries as she sings "Forever Love." by Reba McEntire.

The moment Quinn saw Rachel and Beth, she broke down more. As Beth tries to hug Quinn, she pushes her away and yells, "I heard you tell Tracie that Puck will never wake up, Beth!"

She makes Beth look at Noah as she says, "I'm your mother, Beth, and Puck is your father! That is your father in that bed! We're the deadbeat parents that gave you up! Yes, I heard every word. Tracie had even tried to tell you that! Tracie and Mr. H are the only two people I can stand to be around. Because they don't talk about wishing Puck was dead! Puck and I were too young to raise you! That's why we gave you up! I'm not giving up on Puck! Rachel used to call Kurt's stepbrother, Finn her person. Now she is with Jesse! When I say Puck is my person, I mean it. Now go." Beth says nothing and looks at Noah as she leaves in tears.

Then Quinn picks up her Hulk doll and grips it as Burt gives Tracie the other one. Tracie puts it in Noah's arms and says, "Nono wants to name his son Burt Finn Puckerman, and if the baby is a girl, after Nana Beth. He told me that night we couldn't sleep."

Then she looks at the Sleeping Beauty book and says, "If Nono is asleep, as long as Princess Aurora was. I'll help your baby believe he'll wake up. If your son falls for me, we can be a family, and if he is like Dada, we all know Nono will be worse than Grandpa Burt."

Then Quinn tells Burt, "You will be this baby's grandpa too, and it doesn't matter what this baby is. Boy, girl, gay, straight, or whatever. You are this baby's grandpa. I know my dad will also be his grandpa, but with Puck's dad not being in his life."

Then Burt hugs Quinn and says, "If you have a son like Kurt. I hope he doesn't do what Kurt did."

This made Quinn chuckle, and Tracie said, "Aunt Beth said I might do what Queenie did."

Soon they heard Rachel yell, "Tracie is my daughter, Beth, and I know you did that twice! I also know that you aborted both babies! Now, go before I tell Shelby!" Before she entered the room, fuming.

When Quinn was six months pregnant, she had to be put on bed rest and asked if she could room with Noah. Norah even put a cot in the room for Tracie, who still didn't want to go home. Around one a.m. one night, Quinn was woken up by the door to their room opening, but didn't see anyone and whispered, "Tracie?"

Then Tracie says, "Grandpa Burt brought me here and is talking to Nono's mom. We couldn't sleep, and Dada said it was okay. I brought my Sleeping Beauty book and an old Hulk comic book Grandpa Burt had. Grandpa Burt had a nightmare about Nana Beth, and I had one about the burnt man that wore a glove with knives."

Burt walks into the room and says, "Don't worry, Quinn. She saw a picture posted of Puck's old bedroom on Facebook, and the movie poster was in the background. Kurt said it was the boogie man, and she figured it out from there. Trust me. She has never seen the movie."

Then he looks at Noah as he says, "I was dreaming I was in a coma, and Elizabeth was raising Kurt alone. I hope Puck wakes up, Quinn."

Quinn looks at her stomach as she says, "Me too, and it is a boy. My parents wanted me to abort it and divorce Puck, Mr. H. Did your parents tell you to pull the plug on Elizabeth and move on? My parents want nothing to do with me and act like they did when I had Beth. That's one reason I'm here and not with Santana or Rachel. Well, that and they still don't believe Puck will wake up. Plus, with Rachel out of the country filming a movie or you working in Washington. While I'm sure Mrs. H would love to look after me, I'll be honest: I don't want to leave Puck any more than Tracie does."

Soon, Santana walks in and says, "I couldn't sleep and got kicked out of the cemetery for yelling at somebody."

Burt chuckles and says, "I got a call about that, Santana, after having a nightmare that I was Puck."

Then Santana says, "I helped Puck and Finn bully Kurt after his mom died. God, Mr. H, I know it was rough for Mrs. H to raise Finn alone, but we sure weren't doing you any favors by bullying Kurt. Mr. Schue did us a favor when we joined the Glee Club."

Santana then looks at Tracie and says to Burt, "I went to see Beth a couple of days after Rachel yelled at her. Shelby knew about the abortions and was not happy with Beth. Sarah went with me and yelled at Beth for Tracie and Puck. She looked so much like Sarah and Quinn that I could not yell at her. I bet it was hard to yell at Kurt when he started reminding you of Elizabeth."

Burt looks at Tracie as she sleeps, then says, "There were days I couldn't look at Kurt, and if he did anything that reminded me of Elizabeth, I'd break down."

Soon, Quinn cries as she says, "How am I going to do this? I should have ..."

Then Santana slaps Quinn before Burt says, "You can do this, Quinn! You are a strong woman! We'll all help you, okay? Don't lose hope, Quinn. I'm sure if Tracie woke up, she would tell you that you are Black Widow! Come on, don't give up on Puck, okay?" Quinn looks at Noah as she sings her version of "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith.

Then Quinn breaks down as Santana lies next to her and tries to get her to go back to sleep. As Burt sat in the chair between Noah's and Quinn's hospital beds. Then, before Santana drifts off to sleep, she says, "God, Mr. H, if Puck doesn't wake up before this baby is born. I might get kicked out of here for yelling at Puck myself. Look at what all this is doing to Quinn. She is a total mess."

Burt chuckles and whispers, "Been there, done that." Then goes to lie down with Tracie.

When Quinn woke up, Burt and Santana were gone, but Tracie was still there listening to music on her iPad when the song "The Woman In Me." by Shania Twain plays as Quinn sings along then Santana and Burt come in, followed by Norah and Judy. Quinn didn't notice because she was so focused on Noah.

Judy says nothing and walks out as Burt follows her. Then Burt yells, "Quinn needs you to be there for her, and all you can say is. She should have aborted your grandson? What is wrong with you? Quinn could lose Puck, and all you could do is be the same heartless bitch you were when she had Beth. Do you know how long people tried to get me to move on when Kurt's mom died? It took me a long time to cope with losing Elizabeth, but I moved on. But you're trying to get Quinn to erase Puck from her life."

Burt soon storms in as the others hear Carole yelling at Judy, "That is your daughter in there, Judy! She needs you!"

Then Judy yells, "She needs to be a lawyer in New York, not a single mother in Lima, Ohio. Puck is a loser like his father, and she was an idiot for marrying him!" Soon they hear a slap before Carole storms into the room. As the others walk in, Quinn is still looking at Noah as she turns her back to the others and asks Tracie to lie beside her.

Tracie looks at Burt and says, "She is not up for visitors today, guys. Grandpa Burt, Nana Carole, and Nono's mom can stay. But Queenie said she wants me here for now."

Then Quinn says, "No, just Kurt and Norah." As she cries herself to sleep.

Kurt sat beside Quinn's bed as Norah sat beside Noah's. Burt left with the others, but returned fifteen minutes later with three cups of coffee. Then he says, "Norah, Santana will be back when you start your shift."

Norah looks at Quinn as she says, "I'm taking a couple of weeks off starting tomorrow. One of my friends heard Tracie yell at me last night. Ha, I think she was yelling at more than just me and made up the story about the dream. Burt, I know that Puck doesn't have a Nightmare on Elm Street poster in his room and that Finn did until he moved in with you two."

Kurt looks at Burt and says, "Dad, see. I told you she would figure it out."

Then Burt told Norah, "I did dream I was in a coma-like Puck is. Before Tracie woke me up yelling at Kurt and Blaine."

When Santana returned, Tracie was lying on the cot while Quinn, Kurt, and Norah were gone. Then Burt says, "Quinn went into labor ten minutes ago, and there was no time to call you. Kurt texted the others, and Quinn told me to tell you as soon as you arrived."

Santana sat beside Tracie's cot as she said, "I bet Tracie might fight me on this. I'm thinking of asking Quinn to stay with me."

Burt chuckles and says, "Tracie already asked when Quinn had gone into labor, and Quinn agreed. I hope Puck is not in a coma for years. I overheard the doctor tell Quinn, she could have a stroke or heart attack due to stress. I think Judy knew this already, but I'm unsure how."

Santana looks at Noah as she says, "That's why Beth is with Shelby, and I had to hear that from Mercedes after Beth was born. Mr. H, I watched Kurt go through hell when you had your heart attack. I don't want your nightmare to become Quinn's or for her to go through what you, Mrs. H, or Rachel did."

When Quinn returned with her son, Noah Elijah Puckerman Jr, she asked to talk to Burt alone. As soon as they are alone, Quinn says, "I had the same nightmare you did, and that's why I named my son after Puck. Mr. H, my dad told me you and my mom have been fighting since they admitted me here. I just wanted to say thank you. I heard this was your last year in congress. I don't know if Kurt told you, but Puck bought your old house, and I have been living in it until they put me on bed rest. Although I said I would stay with Kurt, I don't want to. A lot of my good memories with Puck were in that house. Ha, I almost had Beth in that house."

They soon heard Tracie whisper, "Please say yes!" before laughing.

And Burt says, "Carole and I would love to move in with you, but you should forgive her first." Tracie then gets up and runs out of the room before returning with Carole.

Then Carole looks at Noah and says to Quinn, "I'm sorry, Quinn."

Quinn hugs Carole and says, "If he wakes up, I'll need your help to keep him in line if Junior is like Kurt. So you better be sorry, Mrs. H." Tracie throws her hulk doll at Quinn, but it hits Burt, and they all laugh.

A Week later, Quinn was holding Tracie as they looked at Noah. Then she puts Tracie down as she breaks down. Soon Judy comes in, followed by the others, and Quinn sings, "Have You Ever?" by Brandy.

Then she starts throwing things around and screams, "I can't take it anymore, wake up! Please, Puck, wake up!" She soon falls to her knees as Burt has the others leave the room.

As Quinn looks at Burt, she says, "Junior looks so much like Puck's baby pictures, Mr. H."

She then looks at Noah as Burt helps her and says, "I don't want to have to tell Junior stories about him. I want Puck to wake the hell up." She soon breaks down again as Burt holds her. Quinn cried herself to sleep, and Tracy ran out of the room. When Tracy didn't return, Burt thought Kurt had taken her home and didn't think anything of it.

An hour later, Quinn wakes up as Carole calls Burt. When Burt answers his phone, he hears Tracy yelling at someone, saying, "You are a fucking meanie! Why would you try to take Junior from Queenie and Nono's mom?! Did you know Queenie made my Grandpa Burt Junior's grandpa? Nono's son, Junior, isn't yours to take, and if he knew you were trying to take another baby from him. He would be just as mad as I am! That is, your grandchild, and for you to do something like this is shitty! Queenie's Junior could be the only thing Queenie has of Nono! Nana Norah is hurting too, and you're making it worse! Nono is not the loser, you bitch!"

Then Santana says, "Well said, Tracy, well said." and Carole ended the call.

Fifteen minutes later, Burt leaves just as Norah walks in with Junior, and Kurt follows her while he holds Tracy. Then Kurt says, "Blaine went with dad to see if he could help your dad."

He looks at Tracy and says, "Someone begged him to help." then Tracy glares at Kurt as Quinn chuckles.

Ten minutes later, Patrick Anderson, Blaine's father, comes in with Blaine and says to Quinn, "Russell and Burt are talking to my lawyers. Judy planned to put Junior up for adoption when you were only two weeks into your pregnancy."

Then Quinn drags Kurt out with her as she storms out. Soon, Kurt was calling Burt, who had just walked in. When he answers his phone, he hears Quinn yell as he turns the speaker on, "I can't believe you tried to do this to me again! I gave Beth away to Shelby, so you wouldn't have any control over where she went. Now here you are, taking another baby from me! I wonder if Mrs. H knows you pretended to be her when you were trying to sell Beth! Or if Mr. H knows that you were the one that reported him to O.D.H.S. after Kurt's mom died!" Quinn soon screams, and they hear Junior crying.

Then Kurt says, "Tracy was right. You are a bitch." before he ends the call.

When Kurt returned with Junior, he said, "Quinn will return shortly. She is filing a kidnapping report and a restraining order against her mother."

Then he looks at Noah as he says, "I know if Puck was awake, he wouldn't stand for this and would be just as mad as he was when he had to give up Beth."

Burt looks at Noah as Tracy climbs into his hospital bed. Then she says, "Queenie's mama is acting like Maleficent, and Queenie is like Prince Philip." She yawned and kissed Noah's cheek before drifting off to sleep, humming, "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes."

On Junior's third birthday, she took him to see Noah, and Burt went with them. As Junior sleeps on Noah's chest, Quinn says, "Tracy stopped coming last week, and Blaine told me it's because Kurt won't let her. I also noticed Carole stopped coming around the same time."

Then she looks at Noah and asks, "Do you think Puck knows I'm here, Burt?"

Burt looks at Noah and sighs as he says, "Yes, Quinn, I do." Soon, Quinn takes Noah's hand as Blaine and Tracy drag Kurt in. Quinn then sheds a tear as she sings. "He Gets That From Me." by Reba McEntire.

Then, she kisses Noah's lips and whispers, "Keep holding on."

She keeps her back to the others as she says, "I want to talk to Kurt alone."

And hears Tracy say, "Dada's in trouble now." as they leave.

Quinn glares at Kurt as she yells, "Junior heard what you said to Tracy, Kurt! It's bad enough that Beth doesn't believe Puck will wake up, but Junior is only three! Puck is not your mom Kurt. I believe he will wake up! Kurt, I really can't believe you are acting like this! Your dad woke up, and so will Puck! Kurt, by the way, Junior kissed another boy in the park yesterday! So, I'm pretty sure he is like you, and I don't want that dream your dad had to come true! Puck will not die, Kurt!"

As Quinn yells, Junior wakes up, climbs out of Noah's bed, and says, "Pretty Kurty, my Dada will wake up, and you will be sorry! I love you, Pretty Kurty, but you are being mean to mama!" Soon, Burt sneaks in, holding up his phone as he tries to stifle his laughter.

Then he whispers to Quinn, "The boy Junior kissed was Dave's son Davy, and Junior only kissed him because Tracy told him about Kurt being her dad. According to Dave, Davy didn't like it. I haven't told Kurt about you going to the shooting range with Puck's guns or that you bought a Super Soaker. Ha, I haven't even told Carole about you using my urine on Junior's bullies. I wanted to stream you at the shooting range, but no one else knows about that. I bet Puck will be proud of you, Quinn."

Then, Quinn says, "I don't want Junior to lose his faith in God as Kurt did, and I hope Puck wakes up soon." She soon breaks down and she drowns everything out as she looks at Noah. Then sings, "The First Time I Saw Your Face." by Roberta Flack.

She soon heard Burt say, "Puck?" before he ran to get a doctor. As Noah and Quinn stared at each other, it was as if the world had stopped, and they were the only two left. Then Noah saw Burt holding Junior and broke down. He then tries to speak, but can't and stares out the window as Judy enters. Soon Burt and Quinn were the only ones in the room.

Then Noah looks at Burt and asks, "Old wounds, Kurt's mom?" as Burt says nothing.

Then Carole chases Junior back into the room while Junior says, "Junior loves Davey." Noah looks at Quinn, then back at Burt, but says nothing before he scares Junior by throwing things around.

Noah couldn't look at Junior for a week after he came home. Then he asked Quinn to call Burt and Kurt, but Tracie was the one that had come into the room, yelling, "I have had enough of this fucking shit! Nono, you are not like Nana Elizabeth, and she did find! You have nothing to be sorry for, and you better be thankful Queenie waited for you to wake up!"

Noah looks at Tracie and says, "Junior's life will be hell, Tracie!"

Tracie glares at Noah before wheeling him to his gun closet, which Burt opens. Then Tracie says, "You have a huge bladder, a Super Soaker, and more guns than Grandpa Burt ever dreamed of having. Now, you tell me. Whose life will be hell? Because the way I see it, Junior's bullies will be the ones in hell dealing with you. Now, get your head out of your ass and stop acting like you are already dead you big dummy!"

Noah chuckles and says, "Okay, Little Tana." Then is hit in the back of the head by Santana, who snuck up behind him before she high-fived Tracie.

Kurt heard Noah crying one night and went to Tracie's room, where he saw Noah lying with Junior. Junior had been in a hide-a-bed for quite some time, and Noah repeatedly says, "I was gone too long,"

Then he looked at Kurt, asking, "When did he fall for Karofsky's son, and when did you see the signs he was like you?"

Kurt looks at Junior as he says, "I was his first crush last year on your birthday of all days, and yes, that was the day he came out. Were you throwing those pee balloons at me?"

Then Noah looks at Tracie and continues, "Yes. By the way, I knew I would be a loser since I was a kid. Then I met your dad. I tried very hard to prove that I wasn't like my dad. So, I decided to be the best dad, Junior could have. I didn't think I was acting like your dad until Santana and Quinn called me Mr. P. God, I wish I had never bullied you, Kurt."

Noah asked Kurt as they headed to the living room, "Would you let me know if Junior is hiding anything from us?"

Kurt grabs the journal he was saving for Junior as Noah gets Elizabeth Hummel's diary on a coffee table. Then Noah sighs while Kurt takes the journals and says, "She knew my mom and Jake's mom. My dad was her ex, and she helped my mom see him for the asshole he was. She tried to get Jake's mom to see him that way, but never could."

Burt soon walks into the living room and tells Kurt, "Son, go back to bed. I think it's my turn to talk to Puck."

Hearing Burt sound angry, Kurt just ran out of the room after saying, "Dad, don't yell at Puck. It's no one's fault, and he's not like you."

Then Noah yells, "Look at me, Mr. H! Do you think I am happy to have a gay son? I love Junior, but we both know what his future will be like!"

Noah hears Junior crying as Kurt talks to him before Burt says, "I was the one that started calling you Mr. P., not Santana or Quinn. It was after I saw your gun closet, and I didn't know Junior would be gay then."

Quinn and Blaine sneak in as Noah says, "Is this payback for how I treated Kurt? I mean. Was that the reason I lived and you lost Elizabeth? I know you were a bully, too, but my family was full of bullies and womanizers. I tried to change how people saw me and change my life."

Then Blaine says, "Puck if you hadn't told Kurt to spy on the Warblers, I doubt we would have met. I know Santana helped us get back together, but you are why we met. You are my daughter's favorite person. If it wasn't for you, Puck. I doubt we would all be living together."

Then he whispers, "I can't wait to see you grilling Junior's future boyfriends or Tracie acting like Santana. By the way, since you woke up, we stopped being harassed. I could help you teach Junior how to box if you would like."

Noah chuckles as he says, "If I get to help you grill Tracie's dates, you have a deal."

Soon Quinn yells, "Puck, you are not using your guns on Junior's dates, and you are not the only one that knows how to use those guns! While you were in a coma for three years, I raised Junior alone and got pretty good at using a rifle! But I will sell every gun you have if you try to use just one of them on any boy that Junior wants!" Then she turned to Burt, she was about to yell at him then she put her hand on her chest, and collapsed to the floor.

Quinn soon woke up hearing Noah, Junior, and Tracie praying. As Burt enters Quinn's hospital room, Tracie and Junior hug her. Then Quinn looks at Noah and says, "Take Tracie and Junior outside, Puck." Noah could tell Quinn was still mad but said nothing.

Quinn stares out the window as she says, "You better be glad I didn't die, Mr. H."

Then she turns to Burt and yells, "Since Puck woke up, you have done everything you could to avoid me! Puck won't even sleep in the same bed as me, Mr. H! I waited three years for him to wake up! Three years, Mr. H! Everybody else told me to move on and pull the plug! I want to know why! You were okay with Rachel moving on after Finn died! Why not me?"

Noah chases Tracy into the room before going back out as Burt says, "I thought you and Puck were like me and my first wife, Elizabeth, okay? Although Elizabeth was in a coma for six months before she died, I thought she would wake up someday. Quinn, I can tell Puck loves you. I think he feels bad that you were in the same situation I was in. Now, please, Quinn, don't make me say it."

Then Noah comes in alone and looks at Burt as he says to Quinn, "Babe, chill out, okay? I don't want to be the next one going through what you or Mr. H did. Plus, now that Dalton Academy has been rebuilt and let's grade school boys go there. I think Junior should go, besides, that's where Kurt met Blaine, and he felt safe there."

Quinn tries to speak when Noah yells, "Do you not remember what Kurt or Burt went through, Quinn? Junior is going to Dalton, and that's final! I am not sending him to a school where he could get bullied or worse!" Then Quinn watches Burt and Kurt try to stifle their laughter as Carole walks in holding Junior.

Quinn smirks as she says, "Okay, Daddy Hulk, and stop worrying. If you keep worrying, you'll give yourself a heart attack." making Kurt and Burt bust out laughing before Burt gave Kurt a dollar.

Then, Quinn and Noah look at each other as they say, "I'm sorry."

Quinn then looked at Burt and said, "I'm sorry, Mr. H. Now, what was the bet for?"

Kurt chuckles as he says, "Dad bet me a dollar that one of you would say what I would tell him growing up, and I bet him a dollar that Junior would be the one saying it."

Then he tells Noah, "Quinn can't afford to send Junior to Dalton, Puck."

Soon Blaine walks in and says, "Kurt, you're wrong. Yes, they can, thanks to the fact they still live with us." then he stands by Burt and Noah while Carole stands beside Kurt on the other side of Quinn's bed.

Then Junior wiggled out of her hold and got on Noah's lap as he said, "No meanies! Going to Gargler School, Mama!"

Then Blaine whispers to Noah, "I taught him that because he couldn't say Warblers. By the way, Junior can get in a year earlier if he can sing any song all the way through in tune."

Quinn then sees the Dumbo movie on TV and looks at Kurt with tears before motioning for someone to hand her Junior. Then she rocks Junior to sleep as she sings. "Baby Mine."

Then she sighs and says, "Okay, Puck, he'll go to Dalton. I don't want Junior to hide bruises from us like Kurt did Mr. H back in high school. Ha, we both might be camped out on the front porch with rifles when he is home from school, though."

Noah looks at Burt as he says, "I'm fine with that. But remember what you told me earlier?"

Quinn looks at Blaine and says, "Mr. H warmed up to Blaine, Puck, and I know Junior better than you. He has a test the right guy needs to pass first."

Noah chuckles and whispers, "So do I, Quinn." and shows Burt the Super Soaker he ordered on his phone.

Chapter 2 will be up soon.
