To my readers-for those of you who were asking me if I was going to do the Galar region...well I have decided that I'm going to do it. I want everyone to know that I'm going to work really hard on this and hope for the best. I know that in the original series (when they first aired the Indigo series and when they aired Journeys on Netflix), you have to be 10 years old to be a trainer. For my version, Jordan is 8 years old and all she wants to do is be the best trainer that she wants to be. She doesn't want to be a Pokemon Master like Ash is.

Please make sure that you guys leave positive reviews and encouragement because I'm trying really hard here. If you really and truly don't like the way that I'm writing these episodes of the Galar region, then you don't have to read it. I will never, ever force you guys to read any of my fanfiction. Happy reading!

I DONT OWN POKEMON! I ONLY OWN THE OC AND THE CREATION OF HER REGIONAL POKEMON TEAM!

Birds were chirping over a quiet little town while a Dodrio rests sleepily on top of a house.

Narrator: This is Pallet Town…where this young man and his sister calls home.

Six-year-old Ash, runs down the stairs towards the kitchen with a flyer in his hand. He hops onto the railing and slides down, laughing as he's excited to show his mother, Delia. Four-year-old Jordan was sitting at the table, eating her snack of apple slices as Ash runs into the kitchen with the flyer in his hand.

"Hey mom!" shouted Ash as he enters the kitchen. "Can I go? Can I? To Professor Oak's Pokémon camp! It's a really cool trip to camp where you get to go and check out Pokémon with Professor Oak."

"Po-ké-mon." Jordan slowly said.

"That's right, Jordan." said Ash, smiling at his sister.

"Oh! So they have a camp for that, too?" Delia asked her son. "All right. I'll fill out an application for you then."

"Yay! All right!" exclaimed Ash, jumping around the kitchen in excitement. "All right! Yay!"

"Mommy! Is Ash okay?" asked Jordan, concerned about her brother as she watches him go around her.

"Yes, sweetheart. Your brother is just excited." Delia said to her daughter, smiling before she turned to her son. "But I have an early appointment that day that I can't change."

"Can Jordan come too since you have an appointment?" Ash asked, looking up at her.

"I don't know. We'll see if Professor Oak can watch her." said Delia, causing Ash to grin at his sister. "Are you sure you can wake you and your sister up?"

"Awesome!" said Ash, not hearing her. "It'll be fun."

"Are you listening?" Delia asked her oldest child.

"Ash!" said Jordan.

"Yeah." said Ash. "I wonder what kind of Pokémon we'll see."

"I'll try and wake him up, Mommy." said Jordan, causing her mother to smile.

"I know you will." said Delia.

Narrator: The exciting, wonderful world of Pokémon! A group of most unusual creatures, teeming with mystery. Some Pokémon live along side with humans….

"Cubone!" shouted Cubone as it rubs its skull head while Bellsprout walks behind a bush and a Caterpie walks towards Cubone.

Narrator: ….while some can be found in the grasslands.

"Cu-Cubone! Cu! Cu-cu-cu-cu!" shrieked Cubone as it runs away from Caterpie. A group of Butterfree took to the skies as they flapped their wings.

Narrator: In the sky….and in the water. Wild Pokémon live everywhere!

"Karp Karp!" said Magikarp, jumping out of the water where Tauros had gathered. Pidgey and Spearow gathered in the trees, cooing with their flocks.

Narrator: And in this particular forest…

Just then, a familiar ear pops out from behind a bush and out comes a Pichu. "Pi-Pichu." said Pichu, smiling at the narrator. "Pi! Pichu!"

Pichu runs down the tree towards the forest floor. "Pichu. Pichu?" he asked, looking around and listens to his surroundings, then looks up at the Butterfree. "Pi-pi-chu? Pichu! Pichu! Pi-pichu! Pi! Pichu, Pichu! Pichu!"

All his excitement caused the Butterfree around him to fly away, not realizing that an Ekans was in the cave behind him. "Ekans!" shouted Ekans as it comes out of its cave, attacking Pichu.

"Chu! Pik…." shouted Pichu, powering up his body.

"Ekans!"

"Chu!" shouted Pichu sending a thunder shock at Ekans, who then sputtered at it feels Pichu's thunder shock.

Narrator: Pichu is a Pokémon who can use Electric type Moves.

"Ekans." said Ekans, slithering back into its cave.

"Pi..chu." said Pichu, groaning at how much power he used on Ekans.

Narrator: However, it appears Pichu is still learning to control its electricity.

"Pi…" said Pichu, looking at the Narrator. "Pi-pi-chu. Pichu?"

Pichu looks up and sees a troupe of Mankey above him in the trees. "Pi-pi-chu?" Pichu asked, turning around behind him to see a male and female Nidoran, nuzzling each other. "Pichu? Pi-pichu!"

Pichu runs over to a cliff and sees a huge group of Dodrio in the distance as well as a flock of Pidgey heading somewhere. "Pi-pichu." said Pichu, seeing that the world he knew is bigger than he is.

Out in the wide-open space, a couple of Dodrio were fighting before one of them takes off while the other chases it.

Narrator: In the wilderness, there are many Pokémon who live in groups….but it seems that this Pichu is all alone.

"Pichu?" Pichu asked as the wind blows against his fur, then looks up and sees a few Koffing floating towards him.

"Koffing!" said the three as they floated towards him and sends out its Smokescreen. "Koffing!"

"Pichu!" exclaimed Pichu, coughing and gagging. "Pi-pichu! Pew-pichu, Pew-pichu, Pichu!" Suddenly, Pichu stumbles over the cliff he was standing on. "Pichuuu!"

As Pichu fell, he hits the tree branches before hitting a pair of brown, grey hands. "Pichu! Pi….." grunted Pichu, landing face down on the hands. "Pu-pi…chu. Pichu. Pi-pi-chu?" He looks up and sees that he landed in a Kangaskhan's hands.

"Kanga." said Kangaskhan, smiling at Pichu.

"Pi-Pichu! Pi, pi…." Pichu said, freaking out.

"Kangas." Kangaskhan said to Pichu, reassuring him.

"Pichu?" he asked.

"Kangaskhan." she grunted, setting him down gently on the ground.

"Pi-Pichu." Pichu said, thanking Kangaskhan for saving him as little Kangaskhan trilled at him. Hopping out of her mother's pouch, Little Kangaskhan trilled and giggled as she opens her arms wide, asking Pichu if he wanted to play.

"Pichu! Pichu." Pichu replied, wanting to play as well when he turned to see that he was surrounded by other Kangaskhan and their babies. "Pi-Pichu! Pichu!"

"Kanga!" shouted another Kangaskhan, waving to the one who caught Pichu and the rest of the group. "Kangaskhan!"

The group starts to walk away and Little Kangaskhan crawls back inside her mother's pouch as her mother walks away from Pichu. "Pi-Pichu." Pichu said.

"Khan?" asked Kangaskhan, confused as she looked at Pichu who wiggled his ears a bit as he wondered where they were going. She then walks over to Pichu and picks him up, placing Pichu in her pouch with little Kangaskhan. "Kanga." she said.

"Pi-Pichu." said Pichu, then pops his head out of the pouch. "Pi-Pichu. Pichu. Pichu? Pi-Pichu?"

"Kanga, Kanga." said little Kangaskhan, cooing and laughing with Pichu.

"Kanga, Kanga." said Kangaskhan, laughing with her child and Pichu as they left with the group.

"Pichu! Pi Pichu Pichu!" said Pichu, happily, waving his arms. As the group of Kangaskhan walked through the forest, a Kangaskhan grabbed an Oren berry from the tree branch. She hands the first one to Little Kangaskhan first.

"Kanga." said all the other Kangaskhan as they ate the Oren berries. Little Kangaskhan giggled and trilled as her mother handed her and Pichu more Oren berries. Pichu looked up as Kangaskhan nodded.

"Pichu." said Pichu, seeing his friend eat the entire Oren berry in one bite. "Pi-pichu."

"Kanga!" Kangaskhan exclaimed as the Oren berries disappeared from the branches in front of her.

"Pichu? Pichu?" Pichu asked and shares his Oren berry with little Kangaskhan. Little Kangaskhan shakes her head, knowing that her mother gave it to Pichu to eat.

"Pi-pi-chu. Pi-pi-chu. Pichu." Pichu insisted when Kangaskhan takes the Oren Berry from them.

"Kanga…..khan." said Kangaskhan, opening her mouth.

"Pichah!" said Pichu, opening his mouth wide and she drops the Oren berry.

"Kanga." Kangaskhan laughed, seeing Pichu's cheeks puff out from the Oren berry as Little Kangaskhan giggled at this. Pichu munches on the Oren berry and squeals. "Pi-pi-chu!" he squealed.

Narrator: This once lonely Pichu is now happily living with a small group of Kangaskhan.

"Pichu, Pichu, Pichu." Pichu sang as he swims in the local waterhole with Little Kangaskhan following his lead until they accidentally knocked into each other.

"Khan!" said Kangaskhan, seeing them go under water until they both popped up.

"Pichu! Pi-pichu!" Pichu said, laughing with Little Kangaskhan. That night, crickets were chirping as the group of Kangaskhan and Pichu were inside a cave. Little Kangaskhan was fast asleep as Pichu had trouble sleeping.

"Pi-pi-chu." said Pichu, opening his eyes.

"Kang." said Kangaskhan.

"Pichu. Pichu." Pichu said, trying to go back to sleep as Kangaskhan places a hand in front of him. "Pichu? Pi-pi-chu?"

"Kangaskhan." said Kangaskhan, tapping the left side of her pouch in a rhythm for Pichu. "Kangaskhan."

"Pi-pi-chu." said Pichu sleepily, finally falling asleep. "Pichu."

Narrator: A number of weeks later.

"Ash." said Jordan, walking into her brother's room just as the Dodrio screeches and climbed up on his bed. "Wake up."

Narrator:…the day finally arrives for Professor Oak's Pokémon camp.

"Uh, Professor?" asked a young girl, her hand raised. "Isn't it time for us to be on our way?"

"Yes, but I'm afraid we're still missing somebody." said Professor Oak.

"But they should have gotten here a long time ago." she said as Professor Oak looks down at Jordan.

"We're waiting on a lively young man who lives in the neighborhood and this young lady's big brother." Professor Oak explained.

"I tried waking him up, but he threw his alarm clock at me." said Jordan, crossing her arms.

"Oh." said the young girl.

"He does this a lot, so I don't blame you for this." Jordan tells her, causing the girl to smile at the young Ketchum.

"I know what!" said a young boy with a Gengar T-shirt. "I bet he was so excited about our trip, he couldn't sleep! Kind of a simple-minded and not responsible guy, huh?"

Back at the Ketchum Household, Delia had someone drop Jordan off while Ash was still in bed. "(Sighs) Pokémon camp…..so fun." Ash said in his sleep as he turns over. "I can't wait!"

"You might have a point there. What do you say to that, Jordan?" Professor Oak asked.

"He's right. My brother was so excited that he couldn't sleep at all last night." said Jordan. "But he is trying to be more responsible though."

"Well, at least he's trying." said the boy with the Gengar shirt as Professor Oak looks down at the group.

"Huh? Wait." he said. "What was your name?"

"See, she invited me along." said the boy, pointing to the girl next to him. "I'm Goh."

"A friend of Chloe's?" asked Professor Oak.

"That's right." said Chloe. "He comes to do research at my dad's lab all the time, so I brought him!"

"Oh, so how is Professor Cerise?" asked Professor Oak.

"Fine." said Chloe.

"Chloe's father does lots of research on Pokémon, just like me." said Professor Oak. "Not only that, he's been hailed as a genius since he was young, a promising researcher."

"What about her?" Chloe asked, looking at Jordan.

"I'm Jordan, I'm four years old. We're waiting on my 'never on time' big brother, Ash." said Jordan.

"Aren't you a little young for this camp?" asked Goh.

"She is, but I'm watching her for today. Her mother has an appointment somewhere." said Professor Oak, ruffling Jordan's hair as she giggles.

"Nice to meet you, Jordan." said Chloe.

"You too, Chloe." said Jordan.

"So how long are we gonna wait for that irresponsible brother of Jordan's, anyway?" asked Goh.

"Hard to say." said Jordan. "That's if our mom decides to yell at him when she gets home."

"She's right. Delayed leaving means delayed returning." said Professor Oak. "That settles it! Let's be on our way!"

Back at the Ketchum household, Ash finally wakes up. "What time is it?" he asked, looking out his window to see that the sun was almost high in the sky. "Professor Oak! Jordan! (Pants) Wait for me!"

"All right then, it's time to observe the multitude of Pokémon living in this forest." said Professor Oak with Jordan holding his hand.

"Yay!" said Goh, Chloe and the other kids as they giggled.

"Squirtle!" shouted a Squirtle, using Bubble Beam on Caterpie.

"Whoa! A wild Caterpie!" said Goh, running up to see the battle.

"Squirtle." said Squirtle, standing in front of its trainer.

"Now, Go! Pokéball!" shouted Squirtle's trainer, throwing her Pokéball at the wild Caterpie. Caterpie chirps as the Pokéball hits it, entering it. The Pokéball moves around for a bit before letting out a ding, letting Squirtle's trainer know that she captured Caterpie.

"All right!" she said, getting Caterpie's Pokéball. "I just caught a Caterpie!"

"Just as you observed, by throwing Pokéballs at wild Pokémon, you have a chance to catch them." said Professor Oak, holding Jordan in his arms so that she had a closer look. "And when the rest of you turn ten, you can become trainers. You'll then choose a first partner Pokémon suitable for beginners."

"Even me, when I turn ten?" asked Jordan.

"Even you." said the professor, poking her nose.

"Wow!" said Jordan with stars in her eyes as Professor Oak nodded.

"That's when you and your Pokémon will be able to go out on your very own journey." Professor Oak explained.

"Wow, that sounds awesome!" said Chloe and the other kids.

"But before then, you'll want to learn everything you can about Pokémon." said Professor Oak.

"All right, Professor, we will!" they said.

"Although, there probably isn't a thing about Pokémon I don't know." said Goh, smugly.

"But, Goh…" said Chloe.

"Sounds like you're quite the expert." said Professor Oak, laughing as Goh giggles.

An Eggexcute goes by as Professor Oak and the kids walked further into the forest. "Who can tell me something about this Pokémon?" Professor Oak asked.

"It's the cocoon Pokémon, Kakuna." said Goh.

"Ooh, precisely." beamed Professor Oak, then turns to see a Farfetch'd walking in front of them with its leek. "Then you probably know this one, too."

"Mm-hmm. That's a Farfetch'd." said Goh.

"Why is it carrying a leek?" asked Jordan, looking at Professor Oak. "Is it going to cook something with it?"

"No, it's not going to cook with it." Goh tells her. "It's got a leek that it can swing like a sword and slice up all kinds of stuff."

"Wow!"

"Amazing! Wow!"

"You know everything!" said one of the boys in the group.

"That's a Diglett!" Goh shouted, pointing to another Pokémon, that was in the dirt. "It likes to eat tree roots!"

"Diglett!" said Diglett.

"The evolved form of Diglett: Dugtrio!" said Goh, popping out from behind a tree, scaring Dugtrio.

"Trio! Trio! Trio!" a frightened Dugtrio exclaimed as they went underground.

"They've got amazing power." said Goh as Dugtrio took off. "They can dig tunnels at over 60 miles per hour."

"Excuse me, we do have Professor Oak to give us facts on Pokémon." said Chloe.

"I agree with Chloe. I don't need someone who isn't Professor Oak telling me this." said Jordan.

"(Laughs) Though, I have to admit Goh is quite knowledgeable." said the professor as he leads the group away. "All right, as Goh previously mentioned, Pokémon evolve. Conditions for evolving vary among Pokémon, but they're all living creatures whose appearances change."

"That Farfetch'd doesn't evolve, right?" Goh asked, looking up at Farfetch'd.

"You see….Aah!" said Professor Oak, interrupted by Goh. "Yes, that's correct."

"It's not like every Pokémon on the planet evolves." said Goh. "The fact is there are some Pokémon who actually don't."

"Excuse me." said Chloe, tapping Goh's shoulder.

"Why I don't mind." said Professor Oak.

"I wish you could evolve." said Jordan, glaring at Goh.

"Why would I evolve?" he asked.

"Because you are supposed to be learning from Professor Oak about Pokémon." she tells him as Chloe smiles in relief. "You're not a Pokémon researcher. We're not supposed to learn from you, Mr Smarty Pants."

"Magikarp." said Magikarp, leaping out of the water.

"Next, some Pokémon who live in the water!" said Professor Oak as they crossed a stone bridge as Chloe and Goh lagged behind.

"Honestly, Goh! This is exactly why you never make friends!" said Chloe.

"Who said I wanted to make friends, anyway?" Goh asked her. "What I want is to catch a Pokémon that nobody has ever seen before."

Chloe sighs at his statement. "Uh, don't make fun of me." said Goh, angrily.

"You're talking like you're in a dream." stated Chloe.

"It's reality. It's my future." said Goh. "And I can hold that future in the palm of my hand!"

"Nido!" said a Nidoking.

"Huh?" he said, looking over his shoulder and sees it with Mew. "It's a Nidoking! Hold on."

"Huh?" said Chloe.

"Mew!" squealed Mew, giggling at Nidoking.

"Nido!" bellowed Nidoking as he uses Earthquake.

"Meep!" squeaked Mew, using teleport.

"It vanished!" exclaimed Goh as Mew teleported behind Nidoking.

"Nido!" said Nidoking.

"You're kidding!" shouted Goh.

"Mew!" said Mew, using Copycat as it's attack copied Earthquake from Nidoking.

"Nid…." said Nidoking, falling into the ground from Mew's attack. He staggers a bit before falling to the ground. Mew squeals in its victory as it flies through the air, giggling.

"It just used the same move as Nidoking." said Goh as he and Chloe watched from the bushes.

"Ni-ni." said Nidoking, standing back up. "Nido!"

Nidoking used Sludge Wave, creating a wave of sludge around him. Mew teleported again as Nidoking's attack dissipates and reappears again. "Mew." said Mew, twirling in the air and then copies Sludge Wave, sending it back towards Nidoking.

"Nido!" shouted Nidoking, as he gets hit with his own Sludge Wave.

"It used the same move again!" Goh said to Chloe as Nidoking glares and growls at Mew.

"Nido!" roared Nidoking, pounding his chest as he then uses Fire Blast against Mew, who dodges the attack and uses it against him. "Nido!"

Nidoking groaned as he was knocked back with Mew's Fire Blast, feeling the fire on his body. "It's playing around by using the same moves as Nidoking." said Goh, still watching the battle between Nidoking and Mew as Chloe gasps.

Nidoking groans again as he feels the burns all over his body and falls back in defeat.

"But who's that Pokémon?" Goh asked as Mew floats around in front of him.

"Mew?" asked Mew, hearing Goh and Chloe behind it, then decides to take off. "Mew!"

"Aah!" Goh yelled out as he runs after Mew.

"Goh, wait up!" shouted Chloe, chasing after him.

"Mew!" squealed Mew as it was being chased by Goh and Chloe.

"Goh! Come on, wait up!" panted Chloe as she continued to chase after him and Mew.

"Now where that Pokémon go?" asked Goh, looking for Mew had took off.

"Oh, will you hold on?" Chloe asked him, once she caught up to him.

"Magmar!" shouted Magmar, appearing before the duo, causing them to gasp.

"A Magmar!" said Goh.

"Mag?" asked Magmar before transforming back into Mew. "Mew!"

Mew giggles as it takes off again with Goh on its trail. "Hey, Goh!" Chloe shouted after him.

"Mew." giggled Mew as it looks over its shoulder, seeing Goh and Chloe chasing it across the meadow and chose to transform into a Tauros.

"Now it turned into a Tauros." said Goh in shock.

Jumping into the air, Mew transformed back into itself before transforming into a Lapras and swims across the water. "And now it's a Lapras." Goh added, running alongside the water. "It won't gat away from me!"

"Goh!" Chloe cried out.

Narrator: In the same forest, a certain Pichu has become great friends with a group of Kangaskhan.

Little Kangaskhan was looking for Pichu, who was hiding behind a bush. "Pichu, Pichu!" giggled Pichu until Little Kangaskhan popped out, scaring him. "Pichu! Pi! Pi-pichu! Pi-pichu!"

Suddenly a group of Chansey walks up to the group of Kangaskhan and started handing out eggs.

Narrator: These Pokémon are called Chansey. They share their eggs with Pokémon they considered friends. A Chansey egg is very nutritious and a favorite of many Pokémon.

Little Kangaskhan starts walking down a small riverbank, looking for Pichu. She then starts chirping when she sees Lapras (Mew), sailing down past her as it transforms back into its own body. "Mew." said Mew, flying up to Little Kangaskhan as it teleports around her.

"I just know it flew over this way." Goh said to Chloe.

"But Goh, we have to get back to the group now." said Chloe. "I'm sure Professor Oak's worried about us."

Mew looked up just as Goh and Chloe walked past it while Little Kangaskhan reaches out for it. She then starts to climb the small cliff side. "Kanga! Kanga!" said all the mother Kangaskhan, calling out for their little ones as Pichu scurries over.

"Pi-pichu." said Pichu. Each Little Kangaskhan chirps as they walked over to their mothers, reaching for the eggs. Pichu runs over to Little Kangaskhan's mother.

"Pichu!" said Pichu, seeing that there was an egg in her hand.

"Kangas, Kangas." Kangaskhan explained to Pichu.

"Pi? Pi-pichu?" he asked her, then looked around for his friend.

"Kang-Kangas." said Kangaskhan, looking for her child as well. Birds were chirping as Kangaskhan and Pichu looked around for Little Kangaskhan.

"Pi-pichu!" Pichu called out to his friend.

"Kangaskhan!" Kangaskhan called out as well. Just then, a Rattata ran and knocks over a rock, causing Kangaskhan to think the worst.

"Pi-pi-pichu." Pichu said sadly.

"Mew." said Mew, flying a ways, causing Little Kangaskhan to follow it close to the small cliff edge.

"Kanga, Kanga." said Kangaskhan, following the small river bank.

"Pichu!" Pichu called out for his friend. "Pi-pichu!"

"Kang, Kang, Kanga." said Kangaskhan. "Kangaskhan!"

They both see Little Kangaskhan on a small cliff, crying out to Mew. "Kanga?" she asked as Mew flew away and started a tantrum, unknowingly stomps on the ledge, causing it to collapse.

"What?" asked Goh, looking over his shoulder, hearing the collapse behind him and Chloe.

"Kang? Kangaskhan!" shouted Kangaskhan.

"Pi-pichu…." said Pichu. "PICHU!"

Mew turns around just as Goh and Chloe arrived. "Aah!" gasped Chloe.

"Look out!" shouted Goh. Little Kangaskhan screamed as she fell towards the water, causing Mew to stop Little Kangaskhan from falling. Goh, Chloe, Kangaskhan and Pichu gasped at this as the rocks around Little Kangaskhan fell into the water.

Kangaskhan groans as Little Kangaskhan was gently given to her mother, safe, sound and unharmed. "Pi, pichu." Pichu said happily as Kangaskhan cooed at her little one.

"Mew." said Mew, watching for a moment and finally takes off.

Behind Goh, Professor Oak and Jordan ran up to them. "Huh?" said Goh.

"Professor Oak." said Chloe.

"So this is where you two have been." said Professor Oak, panting as he catches his breath. "I've looked all over."

"He's been looking everywhere, all over the preserve for you." said Jordan, handing the man a water bottle.

"Really?" asked Chloe as Jordan nodded, then turns to Goh. "I told you we should've went back to the group."

"Hmm, I'm not certain, but it could have been Mew." said Professor Oak as Chole and Goh told him what they saw.

"Mew?" asked Goh.

"They say it lives deep in the depths of the jungle, but it said to be able to vanish at will, so it hasn't been seen by many people." said Professor Oak, holding Jordan in his arms as she fell asleep. "It's believe to be a Mythical Pokémon whose DNA resembles the DNA of all other Pokémon."

"An extremely rare Pokémon?" asked Chloe.

"Awesome! Mew's the ultra-awesome Pokémon!" said Goh, then looked up at the sky. "Man, I wanna be ten years old now so I could become a Pokémon trainer! So cool! Then I'll be able to catch that Mew, the ultra-awesome Pokémon!"

"Mew!" said Mew, smirking as it went further into the forest.

Narrator: Sometimes, with new chance encounters, even when things don't quite work out….

Ash sits on his bed with his arms wrapped around his legs, feeling sad as Jordan was downstairs telling their mother about what happened at the camp. Kangaskhan walks back to the group with her baby and Pichu in her pouch.

Narrator: …time passes at its own speed.

It was raining in Pallet when all of the Kangaskhan ran for cover.

Narrator: And so, with time, Pichu and the Little Kangaskhan grew a little bit bigger.

"Pichu." said Pichu, looking up at Kangaskhan.

"Kanga. Kanga." panted Kangaskhan.

"Pi…Pichu." said Pichu, then pulls himself out of the pouch. "Pi…pi-pi-pi…Pichu."

Kangaskhan noticed that Pichu was out of the pouch and places him back inside. "Pich…pi-pichu?" asked Pichu, confused.

"Kang-Kanga." replied Kangaskhan, then kept walking. "Kanga, kanga…."

"Pichu." said Pichu. That night as the crickets chirps and the moon was high in the sky, Pichu pops his head out of the pouch.

"Pichu." he said and hops down. "Pichu. Pichu…(Gasps)"

Pichu then turns around and looks up at both Kangaskhan. "Kanga…." said Kangaskhan, sleepily as mother and child softly snored away. Pichu's eyes began to water as he felt sad to leave them behind.

"Pi-pi-chu." Pichu said sadly, then takes off. "Pich, pi….pi-pi-ch…" Pichu had then stumbled over his feet. "Pi-pi-chu-chu. Pichu. Pichu."

Pichu runs out of the cave and into the moon light. "P-pi-pi-pi….Pichu." said Pichu and looks back at the cave to see a still sleeping Kangaskhan. "Pichu."

Pichu then remembers all the good times he had with Little Kangaskhan and her mother while he was with them. "Pichu." he said as a tear fell down his face and was determined what he was going to do next. "Pich. Pikach…."

Just then, Pichu starts to evolve into his Kanto form, Pikachu. "Pi?" Pikachu asked himself as he looks down at the puddle in front of him, seeing that he had evolved. "Pika?"

Pikachu starts waving his arms and looks at his tail. "Pi? Pika? Pi…." he said, seeing that he grew taller and was now happier about it. "Pika? Pik! Pika! Pikachu!"

Pikachu starts waving to the sleeping Kangaskhan back in the cave, saying his good bye. "Pikachu!" he said before taking off into the night. "Pika. Pi, Pi, Pi…"

Narrator: Good byes, although not easy, can lead to brand new, happy hellos. Sometime later…

"Pika…." said Pikachu.

Narrator: …a young man named Ash Ketchum and his sister; Jordan Ketchum from Pallet town just celebrated Ash's tenth birthday.

"Huh?" said now a ten-year old Ash, waking up in his bed and looks at his broken Pokéball clock. "What time is it?"

"Time for you to wake up, lazy." said a now eight-year-old, Jordan, standing at his door. "I tried waking you up, but as always…." She then points to the pillow he threw at her that laid on the ground, not fair from her.

Narrator: On the day when he was to begin his journey as a Pokémon Trainer, bringing along Jordan for the first time, Ash overslept….again. But even so, he'll manage to get his first Pokémon as well as Jordan getting her first Pokémon egg.

Ash releases the Pokeball and out comes Pikachu. "Aah!" Ash and Jordan cried out.

"Pikachu." said Pikachu, looking at Ash, Jordan and Professor Oak.

"This Pokémon's name is Pikachu." said Professor Oak.

"Such a cutie!" squealed Jordan as she clapped her hands together.

"Oh, it's so cute. It's the best of all." said Ash in agreement.

"You'll see." said Professor Oak as Ash picks up the Pokémon.

"Oh, hi, Pikachu." Ash and Jordan said to the electric mouse.

"You, me, Jordan and her egg are going to be best friends." said Ash as he hugs Pikachu.

"Pikachu!" shouted Pikachu, not liking the hug Ash was giving him and thunder shocks him and Jordan.

"Aah! Whats going on?" asked the Ketchum siblings.

"The mouse Pokémon, an electric type." said Professor Oak. "It usually avoids contact with humans. Use caution, or you'll be shocked."

"Good to know." said Jordan, looking at her hair now that it was standing up.

"So, your Pikachu. My name's Ash." said Ash, looking at Pikachu before turning him to face Jordan. "That's my little sister, her name's Jordan."

"Hi, Pikachu." said Jordan, brushing out her hair as Professor Oak held onto her Pokémon egg.

"Nice to meet you!" they both said to the mouse who now has a grumpy look on his face.

Narrator: And so, from this moment….

"Pika!" said Pikachu, grudgingly.

Narrator: Ash, Jordan and Pikachu's story has begun. And soon enough, they were joined by Meeko, a Riolu who is hailed from the Sinnoh region, joins them as Jordan's Pokémon partner. They've had many adventures…and the curtain is about to rise on yet another brand-new adventure!

Jordan, looking up at the Narrator: Yeah and you guys get to come along with us on this new adventure.

Meeko: Riolu!

Narrator: Well said, you two.

"Pika!" shouted Pikachu.

Somewhere at the ports of Vermillion City, Chloe was in her school uniform as she walks up the street with her friends. "Come to think of it, Goh hasn't been to school in forever." said one of her friends.

"It seems like all he ever does is Pokémon research this and Pokémon observe that." said Chloe.

On the rocky side of Vermillion city, Goh looks out into the ocean as ships went past. "It's my reality, my future!" said Goh. "And I can hold it in the palm of my hand!

Narrator and Jordan, who was hugging Meeko: As the journey continues!
