Special Containment Procedures: Agents are to constantly follow and track SCP-XXXX's every movement wherever it goes, especially within its manifestation area and territory, at all times via satellite and other tracking technology. Agents are to administer Class-A amnestics to any and all individuals that spot or have any knowledge regarding SCP-XXXX. Should SCP-XXXX come in contact with an individual that it considers "guilty", it is to be allowed to do with that individual as it wants. All previous attempts to capture and contain SCP-XXXX forcefully have resulted in failure, and in some cases, loss of life. SCP-XXXX will occasionally visit the nearest Foundation Site for interviews or to terminate D-class, but is allowed to leave whenever it chooses to.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 in an entity that resembles a human skeleton with a skull that is perpetually engulfed in fire. SCP-XXXX-1 wears a black leather jacket, black pants, and black leather boots, none of which seem to be affected SCP-XXXX-1's flame. SCP-XXXX-1's flame does not require oxygen or fuel, and cannot be extinguished by any current means, even when the subject is completely submerged underwater for extended periods of time. SCP-XXXX-1 is always seen carrying a chain wrapped around its torso that is approximately eight(8) meters long, which it often uses as a weapon in combat. This chain is usually used to restrain SCP-XXXX-1's target(s), allowing the subject to [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP-XXXX-2 appears to be a chopper-type motorcycle with a humanoid skull in the place of headlights, and both of its wheels are constantly ablaze, similar to SCP-XXXX-1's skull. SCP-XXXX-2 is able to reach immeasurable speeds and is even capable of defying the laws of physics, such as moving across the surface of large bodies of water without sinking, regardless of how deep the water is, and moving up vertical surfaces. SCP-XXXX-1 appears to have some control over SCP-XXXX-2, as SCP-XXXX-2 has been observed moving on its own and arriving at SCP-XXXX-1's location without the latter riding it.

SCP-XXXX-1 is sapient and somehow able to speak English in an American accent in a masculine voice, despite not having a larynx or any other biological mechanism to produce vocalizations. SCP-XXXX-1 is extremely strong and has been observed lifting over 20 tons with seemingly no effort. SCP-XXXX-1 also has the ability produce and control fire directly from its body, particularly in the form of fireballs that it shoots from its hands or a wave of fire from its jaws. The flames that SCP-XXXX produces, as well as the flame that surrounds the entity's skull, reach temperatures of 22,000 degree Celsius or more. Much like the fire that engulfs SCP-XXXX-1's skull, the fire the subject produces is not extinguishable through oxygen deprivation and requires no fuel. Both SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 appear to be invulnerable to direct physical damage, and have even display resistance to anomalous weapons and a certain degree of reality bending. SCP-XXXX-1 appears to have innate knowledge of all the crimes and illegal activities an individual has committed throughout his or her life, as well as having knowledge of their full names, age, and addresses, despite never having met said individual(s) before - SCP-XXXX-1 claims it can "smell their sins". When SCP-XXXX-1 comes in contact with such individuals, it becomes extremely hostile, and will often proceed to [DATA EXPUNGED]. This has resulted in the loss of 95% of D-class, ██% of researches, and █% of agents.

SCP-XXXX will usually manifest at a random location within Death Valley, at 12:00 Am. After manifesting, SCP-XXXX will begin looking for humans (and sometimes other sentient anomalies) that have a history of illegal activities, crimes, or other activities that it considers "punishable". After hunting down and [DATA EXPUNGED] as many targets as it possible can for 12 hours, SCP-XXXX will return to the location of where it manifested, at 12:00 Pm, and disappear. SCP-XXXX sightings are regularly being reported by people all over the southwestern United States. For this reason, the entire southwest may be considered SCP-XXXX's territory, though SCP-XXXX has been known to venture outside its usual hunting grounds in its pursuit of targets, sometimes venturing into highly-populated areas such as towns and cities.

Known targets of SCP-XXXX include individuals who have committed the following activities: Homicide, child abuse, infanticide, drug abuse, adultery, kidnapping, sexual assault, animal cruelty, terrorism, theft, blackmail, and torture. There are also cases of SCP-XXXX-1 attacking and [DATA EXPUNGED] individuals who were considering or planning on committing some of these crimes prior to encountering SCP-XXXX.

Despite its aggressive and violent tendencies, SCP-XXXX-1 will not attack individuals that it considers "innocent", even if said individuals assault it. SCP-XXXX-1 will also attempt to save the lives of individuals who are being attacked by its target(s). However, SCP-XXXX-1 does not primarily target humans, as it is also responsible for the termination and neutralization of several other anomalies, including SCP-[EXPUNGED].

Dr. [EXPUNGED]: Why do you do what you do?

SCP-XXXX-1: I must exact vengeance and retribution on those who deserve it.

Dr. [EXPUNGED]: So you want to avenge innocent people?

SCP-XXXX-1: Yes. There are countless filthy sinners who have been stained with the blood of the innocent. They must face penance for their crimes.

Dr. [EXPUNGED]: I see. But why did you attack and [DATA EXPUNGED] Dr. [EXPUNGED]?

SCP-XXXX-1: He has done a horrible crime that you didn't know of. He [DATA EXPUNGED].

Dr. [EXPUNGED]:(appears shocked and stunned)Really? He actually did that?

SCP-XXXX-1: Of course you wouldn't know. I can smell sins all over the world.

Dr. [EXPUNGED]: Well... thank you for informing us about it.

SCP-XXXX-1: Don't get too comfortable, Doctor. This Foundation isn't so innocent, either. You think I didn't notice? You claim to secure, contain and protect, but that does not justify your own crimes, as well. I would advise you all to do some change regarding your work, because you wouldn't like me when I come back next time.

Interviewer's Note: After this threat from SCP-XXXX-1, I believe it would be best for us to limit our use of D-Class and limit our experimentations on other SCPs. I know most of you won't like this, but considering what SCP-XXXX-1 can do and has done before, I think it's better off this way.

As you may have already noticed, the characters that will be portrayed and described as SCPs will have some minor changes differentiating them from their canon counterparts, to serve as a convenience for the SCP Foundation to keep them better contained and better hidden from public eye.

In this case, there is no Johnny Blaze, and Ghost Rider here is more akin to how he was in the 2007 movie, appearing only at night.
