Clyde Langer entered the house with trepidation-what now?
...
"Greetings Clyde!" He turned to look & it was Sarah Jane Smith.
"And a good day to you Mrs. Sarah Jane Smith..."
"And how's the man of the house doing?" she replied.
"It's not my house-" he quipped.
"Sure it is, you just don't know it yet-" she said, smiling.
"Oh look who it is!" Rani said as she walked in.
"My favorite person!" - Sky said, as she hugged Clyde.
"Ok ladies, no need to overwhelm me-where is all this coming from all of a sudden?" Clyde said.
"Maybe it's because we value you so much..." Rani started.
"Yea, alright-I get it-I guess-but as the saying goes 'It's the thought that counts..." he retorted."Hey Sarah Jane-wonder where that other person is that we saw awhile back?"
"I haven't the faintest idea who you're talking about Clyde," Sarah replied.
Clyde smiled and said, "Mrs. Sarah Jane Smith-I might have been born yesterday-but I'm not that daft..."
"Wait, who is Clyde talking about?" Rani said.
"Oh yes-" Sky said.
"Who Sky?" Sarah asked.
Clyde smirked.
"Oh this is something between you & Sky-" Sarah said.
Rani shook her head. "Ok, whatever it is, I'm out of here."
"I'll be around," Sky said, as she walked on.
"Ah, Sarah Jane-you're missing the obvious point."
"And what's that Clyde?"
"Ask the computer."
"Oh-right then-Mr. Smith, I need you,"-she said, looking intently at Clyde.
"Yes, Sarah Jane-How may I be of assistance?" Mr. Smith quipped.
"Mr. Smith, I need to know who Clyde is talking about."
"I will need more specific information from Clyde in order to ascertain such," the computer replied.
"Clyde-", Sarah Jane said.
"Mr. Smith-it was the time when the three of us-Rani, Sarah Jane and myself found a newspaper, I believe it was the Ealing Echo and we had went to a shop-"
"Yes, I believe I know who you are referring to Clyde-"
"This is the individual you mean-The Shopkeeper," his picture appeared on the crystal screen.
"Yes-that's him," Clyde mentioned.
"I do recall now," Sarah Jane did say.
"I did have some questions for him-who he really was and what he was here for.."
"Why do you ask, Clyde?" Sarah said.
"I just had a feeling-" he replied.
