THE DRAGON'S FLAME AND THE ENIGMA FORCE
Chapter 1: Prologue
Ladies and gentlemen! Allow me to introduce my third entry of a crossover between Winx Club and Marvel characters. Except this time, it'll have the webslinger in the category of Avengers. But before I give any hints about why, I'd like to indulge the lot of you with a brief prologue on how this story begins. If any of you just so happen to be curious about why this entry has such a title, as shown above, you'll find out as we go along. Ready? Then let's start:
Long ago, in the beginning, there were two entities that created the whole universe. One was a great dragon which gave life to all the planets in a place called the magic dimension, the other was a celestial being who gave life to a mystical force of power called the Enigma Force, or the Uni-Power. Together, these two entities brought forth all the stars, planets, solar systems and galaxies.
After the universe was fully formed, the Dragon came to upon a planet called Domino. While the celestial decided that the Uni-Power should be passed down from generation to generation. So when the celestial's time came to die, the Uni-Power would roam the universe for 6,000 years until it found its first ordinary host. The first to also be called Captain Universe.
Yet, while the Enigma Force was still wandering the universe, the power of the Dragon fire was being passed down generation to generation through the royal bloodline of Domino. Until that fateful day when three ancient witches invaded the planet, just to claim the power for themselves. But it was thus, before they could do so, it slipped out of their grasp. Provided that Daphne, the eldest princess of Domino and one of the nine Nymphs of Magix, made sure that the Dragon's flame was passed on down to her younger sister who was still an infant at the time. Then she sent her baby sister through a portal, that took the child straight to Earth, before the witches arrived and overpowered Daphne. Then they cast a terrible spell that changed her into a spirit without a body.
Meanwhile the baby girl, whose name was Bloom arrived on Earth safe and sound, where she was then found inside a burning building by a fireman named Mike McCarthy. He was surprised at first, but then he decided to take the child home where he and his wife Vanessa adopted her. But however, this did not go unnoticed by SHIELD, a government agency.
Yet as this was taking place, the Enigma Force, having finally outlived the usefulness of its current host, found rest within a small boy under the age of two named Peter Parker. However, the Uni-Power remained dormant within the boy's essence and subconscious for the next thirteen years. Until the day he was bitten by a radioactive spider during a high school field trip, the power of the Enigma force would thence eventually begin to awake, only a little bit at a time.
But until the day that the Uni-Power would finally awaken, Peter Parker would also cross paths with the girl named Bloom. Provided that both of them were raised in two different boroughs of New York City; Queens and Gardenia. They first met as small children, around the ages of six and eight. For the next ten years, they'd play together in a playground, visit each other's homes, go to school together, and even make friends with certain people such as Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, Eddie Brock, and Selina Knowles.
Afterwards when Peter was bitten by that radioactive spider, he was very much amazed by the fact that he could do some of the things that a real spider can do. As soon as he practiced the feats of scaling a wall, spinning webs with his webshooters, running faster, jumping higher and being able to lift heavyweight objects over his head. He tested out his newfound power by entering a wrestling match, then he was offered a chance for showmanship by a television producer.
Peter even decided to call himself Spider-Man. This whole thing went on for quite a while until one night, when young Parker was heading home for the night, a robber stole from the box office and escaped. The following night when Peter was arriving home late from another performance, he was very dismayed to find out that his uncle Ben had been murdered. After finding out from the police that the killer had managed to escape to an abandoned warehouse, Peter quickly suited up as Spider-Man and swung out to get him, unaware that Bloom was watching him the whole time.
As soon as he got there, he subdued the murderer and was shocked to find that it was the exact same person who ran past him and that he should have stopped the first time. After leaving the killer for the police, Peter was very sad and upset with himself for not stopping the criminal the first time and he vowed never to let the same thing happen again.
Later on, after his uncle's funeral, Peter and his aunt were consoled by Bloom and her parents. While the two of them were talking alone, Bloom told Peter that she secretly knew about his double life. The young man was surprised at first, but he quickly calmed down when she promised never to tell anyone about it. Peter had to explain everything to her that happened so far, and she felt very sorry for him. So starting right then, he was going to use his powers to protect the innocent.
For the next three years, Peter Parker would continue to fight crime and safeguard humanity as the amazing, spectacular, sensational Spider-Man. Along the way, he would make friends with other super-powered people such as; the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, Doctor Strange and the Avengers. The latter group offered him a place on their team, but he wasn't quite ready yet. He also gained so many different enemies, such as J. Jonah Jameson, who kept trying to destroy and discredit him with false information in the news. Then there were these hardened, super-criminals known as; the Vulture, Sandman, Electro, Dr. Octopus, Mysterio, Kraven the Hunter, the Chameleon, the Green Goblin, the Hobgoblin, Venom, Carnage, Shriek, Molten Man, Hydro-Man, the Rhino, the Shocker, the Enforcers and so on. Dr. Octopus and five of these other foes would even go on to form their own group called the Sinister Six, in order to destroy Spider-Man, but the wallcrawler eventually managed to defeat them, first it was just separately, then it was with help from allies.
At one point in time, young Parker was bonded to an alien parasite known as a symbiote. It would enhance his powers and abilities to the point where he was so much faster, stronger and more agile than before. But then he realized that it only wanted to stay bonded to him forever, not before he discovered that it could only be weakened with loud sonic noises, enabling him to separate from the creature. Not long after that, the symbiote then bonded to Eddie Brock, who at that point had become Peter's bitterest rival in photography at the Daily Bugle. The creature merged with Brock and upon establishing a psychic connection, revealed everything about its previous host. Together, the two went on to become known to all as the lethal, terrifying Venom. Eventually, Peter managed to defeat his worst enemy and separated the symbiote from Eddie.
The Dragon's Flame and the Enigma Force would not be officially awakened, until one fateful day. Which was the most unexpected event of all time, of course most of the time, nothing is ever unexpected.
I certainly hope that you readers appreciate the work I've put into this. Now in the next chapter, you'll read that the Uni-Power and the power of the Dragon will be fully awakened, but not at the same time. This story will incorporate all the Earth-616 elements of the Marvel Universe Continuity. Of course, when Peter discovers that he has cosmic powers inside him, just don't expect him to become Captain Universe. That's for later on down the line, as he's learning to master all these cosmic-based abilities, only one thing at a time. The main idea for this story is that the Enigma Force from Marvel Comics, and the Dragon's Flame from off of Winx Club are both cosmic entities, and can most likely choose any host that they would deem worthy.
AN: On a higher note, I don't own anything related to Avengers, or Winx Club for that matter. Just the basic ideas for this story.
