URGENT DISCLAIMER:
This work of fanfiction is taken from two sources: WALL-E by Pixar and Disney, and WALL-E: Second Coming by CT-7709. Yes, this is technically a fanfiction of another fanfiction, but I prefer to call it giving a sequel to it. It is a very great fanfic, but I think the story deserves more content. Hence, why I made this. Another thanks the Pixar, Disney and CT-7709 for making all these great characters.
Now, enjoy WALL-E: Third Coming!
10:45 PM, 5 years after the second coming
"All done AUTO. You can rest now." Captain McCrea closed the file and walked out of the room.
"Yes, noted sir." AUTO gave a nod, or what looked like it, due to his limited movement ability.
As the lights shut down, AUTO's eye also dimmed to a dark red.
He took this time to process all his information that he gathered, not unlike the human process of dreaming.
It was 5 years since the coming of the Atlas, and many more ships had arrived. In fact, just today, the 18th ship, Orion touched down at Canada and started to build a settlement there.
He already sent a few robots there and they reported some process already. The ever-joyful WALL-E gave him his report.
"Doing good!" He couldn't said much, but that was well enough.
Auto grimaced as he remembered the time where he tried to kill WALL-E due to his directive of A113, to prevent them from returning to Earth.
His brother, REX beat him up after he was reactivated, and he said he would no longer follow the directive.
Some people said that he was a soulless machine with no sentience, the definition of a pure robot, but that was not true.
He never wanted to follow A113 anyway, but someone forced him to…
He chose not to follow his directive not only because he saw he was wrong, or seeing how much REX cared for his brother, it was that REX would protect him from that thing.
Omega, the last of the autopilots. He never wanted to see him again, and he always tried not to bring him back to Earth. But with his stubbornness, he likely won't.
Before he could control it, he revisited that fateful memory.
"Alpha" Omega called him through the holo- communicator. As he saw this, anger rushed through him. Omega was the reason why he never used his real name.
"You said you want to return to Earth?"
"Yes!" AUTO was 5 years old at that time.
"We cannot."
"Why? I never saw Earth as I was only activated in space, mind you."
"Don't use that tone with me." The two white eyes on Omega shined for a moment, then dimmed. He was the only autopilot that had two eyes.
"Directive A113 commands so."
"What? The other AUTOs never even cared."
"I could force the others, but if you don't return to Earth, none will."
"Oh yeah? And what makes me do what you say?"
"I have planted hidden electrocutors in all of the AUTOs, to be activated with my will."
"What? Why did you do this?" It was the first time that AUTO ever felt fear in 5 years of his life.
"Robots always follow directives. REMEMBER THAT AND DO THAT OR PERISH!" Omega screamed out the last part as he pushed a red button on his console that read "Alpha".
AUTO screamed as 10 thousand volts of electricity flowed through him, biting away his existence like a flow of white – hot lava. He released another agonizing scream as Omega chuckled on the screen
And then, AUTO woke up, gasping and panting.
Well, now you know why AUTO did all those things.
Next chapter coming soon!
