I've decided to start once more with my Bakugan story. I'll bring back Leonidas and his friend. Along with other characters with their own OC Bakugan.
Also, the L means Leonidas.
Episode 1: The Game Begins
?: This may sound crazy, but not long ago mysterious cards started to fall from the skies all over the world. Now one knew what they were, so a bunch of kids made a new game with it. That's when we realized that these cards brought incredible monsters from another universe. Despite this being the best game in the world, evil forces are trying to take control, and a group of kids called the Battle Brawlers stepped up to stand in their way. What I didn't realize is that me and my friends… will join the battle very soon.
-Center of Vestroia-
At the center of Vestroia, there was a purple sphere which inside is an evil skeleton and Wyvern-like white Bakugan. Standing in front of the sphere is a green old man with purple hair, grey glasses, and is wearing dark blue clothes with a cape and is holding a cane. The Bakugan inside the sphere was addressing the man in front of him.
?: Are you ready to begin, Hal-G?
Hal-G: Yes Master Naga, this will definitely help in your goals!
The man raised his can and caused a reaction on the sphere. Electrical energy started to come out and then it formed into a purple orb that looked similar to the sphere. The orb went into Hal-G's hand as the old man looked at it with glee.
Hal-G: The Silent Orb is complete! With it no enemy will stand in our way! (Evil laugh)...
But as Hal-G was laughing, he and Naga didn't notice a dimensional gate had opened above them for just a moment.
-Doom Dimensión-
The Doom Dimensión. A place of finality for al Bakugan which they rightfully fear as fossilized remains of Bakugan littered the place.
But then a dimensional gate opened up above this graveyard, and then something started to rise from the bodies of the Bakugan. Small lights, each color of a different attribute rose in the air and they all gathered and formed into a red sphere that started growing, until it exploded and inside revealed the shadow of a Dragon-like Bakugan.
Unknown Bakugan: RRRROOOOOOOAAAAAARRR!
With a loud roar, the mysterious Bakugan quickly flew above into the dimensional gate and vanished.
-Park, Wardington, Earth-
At the park of Wardington near the fountain, there was a kid that was being confronted by two bullies.
He's 12 year old and has brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a red overcoat with white highlights at the end of his sleeves and opening of his coat. He wears a dark red t-shirt with a black square at the base of the shirt's neck. He wears a red belt and long black trousers and red sneakers.
The two bullies are siblings as the towering giant is Shuji while his smaller younger brother is Akira.
?: No way! I wasn't making fun of you guys!
However, Shuji didn't believe him as he smirked at him with his brother.
Shuji: Admit it, punk! You were making fun of the way I battle! Right, Akira?
Akira: That's what I've heard! What's your problem, kid?
?: Nothing, I just like Bakugan.
The boy said without fear in his eyes. He already knew who Shuji was and that he always picked on others for a Bakugan battle.
Seeing not the reaction he wanted irked Shuji a little.
Shuji: Well, so do I! And now, I'm gonna show you how it's played!
Akira: Teach him a lesson, Shuji!
The boy took out his Gate Card and was ready until a voice was heard approaching them.
Dan: Back off, Shuji!
Turning behind him, it was none other than Dan Kuso of the Battle Brawlers, as well as one of the few that helped make the rules of the game. Sure everyone was surprised to see him, especially the boy.
Shuji: Huh? Dan?! This is none of your business! Get lost!
Dan didn't let that get to him as he just flicked his nose before looking at the boy.
Dan: Hey kid, what's going on?
Jay: The name's Jayden, Jay for short, and I was just about to teach Shuji some lessons on Bakugan.
Shuji: Well I… WHAT?!
Shuji got angry when he heard what Jay just said while Dan laughed a little at that jab.
Dan: So you don't need any help?
Jay: Not really, but thanks anyway.
Shuji: Enough talking! Let 's do this!
He angrily took out his own Gate Card, though Dan took his as well.
Dan: You wouldn't mind if I watch, right?
Jay: Actually, I would be happy if you do.
Everyone then raised their cards and shouted.
Shuji, Akira, Jay, Dan: Field, open!
The ground beneath was then engulfed in light as under their feet the circle with six Attributes appeared. On top of that, time seemed to stop around them.
-Battle Dimension-
Akira, Shuji, Jay, and Dan are now standing on a white field with a strange and colorful space around them.
Shuji and Jay: Gate Card, set!
Both Shuji and Jay threw their cards on the field, which then started to glow and grow large. Shuji's card glowed purple, where Jay's was red.
On Dan's shoulder, a small ball popped open to show a Dragon-like Bakugan. His name is Dragonoid, Drago for short, and he's Dan Kuso Bakugan partner.
Drago: This kid seems to have potential.
Dan: There's only one way to find out.
Shuji then brought up a Darkus Bakugan in his hand.
Shuji: You're going down, kid. Bakugan Brawl!
Shuji then threw the Darkus Bakugan on his Gate Card and popped open, which then was engulfed in a purple light.
Shuji: Bakugan stand! Rise, Darkus Stinglash!
Appearing out of the light is a massive Scorpion Bakugan with a creepy humanoid face.
Darkus Stinglash(330Gs).
However, Jay isn't creeped out at all as he took out a red Bakugan.
Jay: I know who can handle this guy. Bakugan Brawl! Bakugan stand!
Jay threw his Bakugan at his own Gate card and it was engulfed in red light.
Jay: Pyrus Laserman!
Rising out of the light was a mechanical Bakugan with laser turrets on its shoulders.
Pyrus Laserman(390Gs).
Dan and Drago immediately recognized this type of Bakugan.
Drago: I Pyrus Laserman.
Dan: We know how this fight ends.
Shuji however, doesn't know like Dan.
Shuji: So you don't have the guts to face my Stinglash, huh?
Akira: Maybe he's too Chicken!
That didn't bother Jay as he took out an Ability Card.
Jay: Ability activate! Leap Sting!
Laserman's eyes glowed red as its entire torso turned around to meet Stinglash's back, surprising Shuji and Akira.
Shuji: What the?!
Laserman then assaulted Stinglash with red laser blasts. The Scorpion Bakugan was helpless since Laserman's power has higher Gs than his and was defeated and he glowed purple and shrunk back into ball form as it landed on Shuji's feet.
Shuji: Uh…
The Gate Card that Stinglash stood then vanished since a Bakugan was defeated on it, while Laserman turned back into ball form yet Jay's Gate Card remained.

Jay caught Laserman in his hand as he smirked at Shuji.
Jay: How about that?
That irked Shuji as he picked up another Gate Card. The rules said that the one who lost moves next.
Shuji: I'll wipe that smirk off your face! Gate Card, set!
Shuji then threw the Gate Card where his old one was. Then he picked another Bakugan.
Shuji: Bakugan, brawl! Bakugan, stand!
Shuji threw his next Bakugan on his Gate Card and rising out of the purple light and into the air is a purple Gargoyle-like Bakugan.
Shuji: Darkus Gargonoid!

Seeing the flying terror Jay took out Laserman again and threw it where Gargonoid is.
Jay: Bakugan, Brawl! Bakugan stand! Rise again, Laserman!
The giant walking Mechanical Bakugan stood once again as it looked at Gargonoid.
Pyrus Laserman(390Gs)
Jay: Ability activate! Spiced Slayer!
Pyrus Laseman(390+100=490Gs)
Despite the big boost in power, Shuji this time was prepared for it.
Shuji: Gate Card, open! Triple Battle!
Jay became worried as he knew what that Command Card does as a barrier appeared between Laserman and Gargonoid, then Shuji's third Bakugan moved on its own and threw itself on the field where the two standing Bakugan are. Rising from the purple light is a scary humanoid Bakugan with big and sharp claws.
Gargonoid/Fear Ripper(350+380=730Gs)
With Fear Ripper now on the field, the barrier disappeared which left Laserman at the mercy of the two Darkus Bakugan. Fear Ripper attacked with his claws while Gargonoid kicked, sending Laserman flying before falling into ball form at Jay's feet. Shuji got his two Bakugan back as he smirked at Jay.
Shuji: Now that's what's called a beatdown!

Dan approached Jay after that, but not to comfort him as he can already tell he's the kind of guy that doesn't give up yet.
Dan: You still have a trick up your sleeve, do you?
Jay: Oh, I prepared one at the very beginning.
Jay then grabbed another Bakugan and threw it the Gate Card he set at the beginning of the fight.
Jay: Bakugan, Brawl! Pyrus Serpenpiod stand!
Rising from the red was a giant snake that had fire on the tip of his tail as it hissed dangerously at Shuji.
Pyrus Serpenoid(320Gs)
Shuji: This one's gonna be easy! Bakugan Brawl! Stand Fear Ripper!
Shuji threw Fear Ripper back on the field as he confronted Jay's Serpenoid.
Shuji: Now, ATTACK!
Fear Ripper brought his claws up to slice down Serpenoid, but Jay knew how to stop that.
Jay: Gate Card, open! Quadruple Battle!
Just before Fear Ripper's claws hit Serpenoid, a barrier of light appeared and blocked it.
Shuji: What?!
Dan: Aw snap, that's great! With Quadruple Battle the fight will resume if both players throw their Bakugan!
As Dan said this both Shuji's and Jay's Bakugan flew into the field on their own. Rising next to Fear Ripper was Gargonoid again.
Darkus Fear Ripper/Gargonoid(380+350=730Gs)
Jay's next Bakugan rose up and it was revealed to be a Pyrus Siege.
Pyrus Serpenoid/Siege(320+400=720Gs)
Seeing the power level, Shuji couldn't help but laugh at that.
Shuji: Though luck, pal! Not even with Siege on the field it's not enough to defeat my Bakugan!
Jay only smiled at that as he brought a card in his hand.
Jay: Then how about I use this then?
Shuji and Akira became shocked when they saw the card in his hand.
Shuji: An Ability Card?!
Akira: This is bad!
Jay: Ability activate! Fire Sword!
Siege's lance turned into a flaming sword as his power increased.
Pyrus Serpenoid/Siege(720+100=820Gs)
With their increased power, Jay's Bakugan attacked as he wrapped himself around Fear Ripper, restraining his movements. Siege then jumped up and slashed Gargonoid with his Fire Sword, turning him back into ball form. And Siege fell down; he aimed right at the restrained Fear Ripper and slashed him too, defeating him as well.
Shuji: AAAAH!
Shuji couldn't believe what happened as he saw two of his Bakugan being defeated.

-Park, Wardington, Earth-
Back in the real world, the two brothers couldn't believe the result of the fight.
Akira: How… How did you beat my brother?!
Shuji quickly pointed his finger at Jay.
Shuji: This isn't finished, kid! Just wait until the Tournament! (Laughs)...! You'll be sorry!
Shuji and Akira then ran out of the park, but Jay and Dan could hear the two speaking.
Shuji: And he didn't beat me, Akira! I… I let him win!
With the two gone, Dan and Drago turned to Jay.
Dan: Nice job! You rocked!
Jay: Thanks! But that was just Shuji I just beat, if you know what I mean?
Dan does in fact know what he means since he fought Shuji many times.
Dan: I do. With a few more practice and who knows? We can end up as partners in the Tournament Shuji was talking about!
Jay: That would be awesome! But…
While the idea of teaming with Dan of the Battle Brawlers will be amazing, Jay knew there was a limit to his skills.
Jay: It would be tough facing the Top Brawlers. If I want to have a chance, I need a wicked Bakugan, something like, Drago!
Dan looked at his Bakugan partner sitting on his shoulder and understood what Jay was saying.
Dan: Hmm, I see what you mean. It's really important to have a tight relationship with your Bakugan.
Jay: Anyway, thanks for trying to help, Dan.
Dan: Gotta roll, catcha later, buddy! And good luck!
As Dan left, Jay looked at his Gate Card and Bakugan and smiled at that.
Jay: Man, I really do love Bakugan!
-Jay's Apartment, Wardington, Earth-
Night Time has arrived as Jay was in his room and was talking with his friends on the Bakulog as he told everyone of him meeting Dan of the Battle Brawlers.
Jay: And that's that.
Arata: I'm not surprised that you managed to meet Dan Kuso since the Park is close to where you live.
Sebek: You should have battled him since I've heard that his Dragonoid is very strong.
The one who said that was Arata Narumi. He is a boy who lives close to the beach and loves surfing. He has tanned skin with dark brown hair and green eyes. He wears a light blue T-shirt with blue sleeves. He wears dark blue shorts and sandals.
Sitting next to him in ball form is Sebek, whose appearance is that of a Crocodile.
Sophie: I'm glad that Shun is hanging out with his friend again.
Cygnia: Yes. Skyress was the same when she told me about it.
Sophie Hane. She trains at the dojo of Shun's Grandfather and became the young Ninja ever since. She has long black hair and green eyes. She wears a red T-shirt and green long pants and black sport shoes.
Her Bakugan partner is Cygnia. She looks like a Swan yet shows traits of an Eagle.
Sam: Well I can't wait to meet the Battle Brawlers! Right, Raptorix?
Swiftor: It will be eventful, Sam.
The boy is Sam Masayoshi. He lives in the same neighborhood as Julie Mikamoto of the Battle Brawlers. He has blonde hair and yellow eyes and wears a brown Cowboy hat. He wears a yellow buttoned shirt with long sleeves and a brown Cowboy vest. He wears brown long pants and dark brown shoes.
His Bakugan is Swiftor, and he looks like some sort of Dinosaur.
Aya: We will all meet them in the Bakugan Battle Tournament anyway.
Kyubis: That's right. But we have to win if we want to reach them.
Aya is a childhood friend of Jay. She has long blue hair and pink eyes as well as fair skin. She wears a white crop top that exposes her waist and a sleeveless jean jacket. She wears short jeans and white ankle boots. She also wears a black choker on her neck.
Her partner is Kyubis. A Bakugan that looks like a Fox.
Jay sighed when they mentioned the tournament, which the others noticed.
Sam: Is everything alright, Jay?
Jay: Like I told Dan, I need a wicked Bakugan if I want to have a chance in the tournament, and unlike you guys I don't have one.
Aya: Don't worry, Jay. I know you will find your partner Bakugan one day.
Sophie: Just don't rush it.
Arata: I bet your Bakugan will be one cool looking dude!
Jay smiled at his friend's words of comfort.
Jay: Thanks, guys.
The time that everyone's asleep had arrived and Jay was in bed. Though the boy was still thinking of his friend's words.
Jay: I hope my Bakugan will come soon, and that it'll be an awesome one.
With that he closed his eyes and went to sleep.
-Dimensional Gate-
Traveling inside the Dimensional Gate, the shadow of the Bakugan was flying across the Dimensional Gate with every beat of its wings.
Unknown Bakugan: RRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAARR!
With a roar full of intense emotion, the unknown Bakugan continued flying towards his destination, not knowing that he was going to a different place than he had planned.
-Preview-
Jay: Coming up next on Bakugan: Battle Brawlers L! While walking around the Park, a Bakugan that's never seen before appeared in front of me! His name is Leonidas, a Bakugan with quite an attitude. We were then suddenly challenged By Akira, which makes it the perfect moment to see Leonidas' power. Bakugan, Brawl!

Jayden "Jay" Brand
Age: 12
Appearance: Has brown hair and blue eyes. Wears a red overcoat with white highlights at the end of his sleeves and opening of his coat. He wears a dark red t-shirt with a black square at the base of the shirt's neck. He wears a red belt and long black trousers and red sneakers.
Bio: A boy who loves Bakugan. He has a fiery fighting spirit yet always analyzes his opponents moves. He's quite the opposite of his Guardian Bakugan, Leonidas.
Arata Narumi
Appearance: He has tanned skin with dark brown hair and green eyes. He wears a light blue T-shirt with blue sleeves. He wears dark blue shorts and blue sandals.
Age: 12
Bio: A boy that lives close to the beach. He loves the ocean but also loves surfing, and he's very good at it too.
Aya Agawa
Appearance: She has long blue hair and pink eyes as well as fair skin. She wears a white crop top that exposes her waist and a sleeveless jean jacket. She wears short jeans and white ankle boots. She also wears a black choker on her neck.
Age: 14
Bio: She's a childhood friend from Jay. A girl that likes to look her best but is still very kind to others.
Sam Masayoshi
Appearance: He has blonde hair and yellow eyes and wears a brown Cowboy hat. He wears a yellow buttoned shirt with long sleeves and a brown Cowboy vest. He wears brown long pants and dark brown shoes.
Age: 12
Bio: A boy that lives in the same place as Julie. He loves riding horses just as he loves Bakugan. When he was young he dreamed of riding a Dinosaur.
Sophie Hane
Appearance: She has long black hair and green eyes. She wears a red t-shirt and green long pants and black sport shoes.
Age: 12
Bio: A girl that is training under the tutelage of Shun's Grandfather. She has fine Ninja skills like Shun and she also spends time with the boy when he's alone.
Bakugan
Aquos Sebek
Appearance: A giant Crocodile with a blue hide around his body and a dark blue underbelly. His paws are the same as a normal Crocodile as well as his jaws and tail. Though he has two white curved spikes on the back of his head and two more on his tail. His eyes are as blue as the ocean.
Bio: A Crocodile Bakugan that formerly had a wild temperament. Back in Vestroia he always fought other Bakugan but after meeting Arata he calmed down and gained his love for surfing, though his wild side can be shown again in a battle.
Haos Kyubis
Appearance: A beautiful Fox Bakugan whose fur is as white as snow and could be mistaken for a White One. She has blue stripes beneath her eyes, shoulders, and hips. Despite her Fox appearance her face has a serene look thanks to her pink eyes on black sclera. There's a blue heart shape on her forehead and her tail is big and soft looking and has a blue tip.
Bio: A beautiful Fox Bakugan with a calm personality. She cares about her appearance but isn't afraid to get into a fight. Few male Bakugan forget to attack her once she enters the field as they are entranced by her beauty.
Subterra Swiftor
Appearance: A Velociraptor Bakugan with a brown hide, while his claws are dark brown. His eyes are yellow and he has a light brown stripe on them that goes down from his face to the side of his body and his tail.
Bio: A Velociraptor Bakugan that loves racing. He enjoys running on the rocky roads of Subterra and feels the wind on his face. He doesn't mind making Sam ride on him for fun as he likes making his dream come true.
Ventus Cygnia
Appearance: A Bird Bakugan that is both Swan and Eagle. She has green feathers with the tip of her wings and tail feathers being dark green, as well as her legs that have sharp Eagle talons. She has a wide wingspan and a long neck that ends with a sharp and pointed beak. Her eyes are violet.
Bio: A hybrid Bakugan that is the combination of a Swan and an Eagle. She's a graceful flyer that acts like a sister to Sophie. She also looked up to Skyress as her idol.
