Author's Notes: So, how was it, people? In this chapter, I twisted some Mimi's personality for I thought it would be unique to have a female protagonist like that. Anyway, ototou-kun, oni-chan- brother. however...one-chan means sister...Hope you got it.

Full House

Dating...With Friends

"What are you doing here?!" they said in unison.

"Hey, I remember you! You're the sleepy head who slept at my concert last week!" Yamato suddenly said as a finger pointed at Mimi. Mimi just glared at him.

"Just because you're rich and famous, that doesn't mean you have to kick me out of my house! I bought this for me!!!" she yelled at him.

"What in the name of Mr. Bear is going on here?!" a blue haired man with glasses like Harry Potter exclaimed as he entered the room. But no one paid any attention to him.

"It just so happens that you knocked the wrong door, baka!" Mimi retorted.

They kept on arguing. Fortunately, Yamato's manager came in the room to see him yelling with a woman.

"Ah…Yamato…is she your new girlfriend?" Kido Jyou asked. "No way!!!" the two said in unison. "Oh…so who is she?" Jyou asked.

"I am the owner of this house! See?!" Mimi introduced herself as she showed them a paper that she really is the owner of the house.

"Oh my kami…" Jyou exclaimed breathlessly. He took out his puff and put it in his mouth. After that, he took out his mobile phone and called someone.

Yamato just shook his head, confused. Why would they buy a house that's been already bought…??? He then looked over to Mimi, who was in the verge of tears. Is she crying?! He cannot stand women crying…that's for sure. He approached her. "Are you alright?" he asked as he put a hand on her shoulder. She glared at him and slapped his hand away from her. "Just because you're Ishida Yamato, that doesn't mean I like you like all other girls drool over your feet." She retorted. Yamato raised a brow in annoyance.

"No one is going to own my dream house but me! I bought this and now the worst happening is happening to me!!!" she exclaimed. Yamato sweat dropped and shook his head. She seems to love this house, that's a point.

"Your name is…Tachikawa Mimi, right?" he asked politely. Mimi looked at him, wide eyed. "How did you know?" she asked. He slyly grinned.

"I don't know. I just know." He replied. Mimi cocked him a brow.

"For a rock star you're not making any sense." She complimented. He glared at her.

"Who the heck are you to say that to me?" he demanded. She just smirked.

"You're getting pissed by me!" she rejoiced.

"Stop changing the subject!!!" he exclaimed. She stuck her tongue out.

Jyou got back in the room, worry painting his face. He was pacing back and forth.

"What is it Jyou?" Yamato asked.

"Well…Ahaha…you see, the executive told me that…" he then whispered it to Yamato, making him jump at astonishment. He then eyed Mimi.

"WTF are you getting me at?!" he exclaimed. Mimi raised a brow, wondering what's going on.

"It wasn't my fault!!!" Jyou defended himself. Yamato had no choice but to as well agree.

"Why? What's gonna happen to you guys?" Mimi asked in ease. The two men eyed at her nervously. Oh dear…

"Well, the executive said that there's no choice for Yamato live in here as well. To avoid attracting paparazzi and to hide the mistake the studio made…well, they decided for you two to get married so they wouldn't get curious…" as Jyou's voice started to fade down, Mimi turned pale white.

"Are you fuckin' serious?! I am not ready to get married to anyone!!!" she hollered.

"He said it was only going to be for the meantime, the marriage will only be in contract, nothing else. The studio will pay you for it if you however did." He hesitantly said.

Mimi cringed at the word, 'pay'. "They would pay me?" she repeated. Jyou nodded. "How much?" she asked in interest. Jyou shrugged.

"You're such a money face." Yamato complimented. She glared at him. "Do whatever you want…" Yamato said as he sat on the couch.

"If you're going to pay me…oh well…okay then!!!" Mimi said agreed materialistically.

Then, the two fixed the house, however, not missing a single argument.

Yamato has this flat screen plasma, and so as Mimi.

"I want my plasma upstairs!" Mimi retorted.

"But I want mine upstairs as well!!!" Yamato said.

"You're so mean!" Mimi said with a pout. Yamato just sighed and let her put her plasma upstairs.

After putting their things to their right places, the two looked at each other.

"Separate beds?" Yamato asked with a smirk. She glared at him.

"Of course bakero!!!" she retorted. He again smirked.

"Can you cook?" he asked. She nodded with pride. Yamato seemed however hesitated with a sigh. Mimi looked at him strangely.

"Why? You're not believing me?!"

"Well…I don't really expect that to a very noisy person…"

"What was that supposed to mean?!"

"Nothing…"

"You're so mean!!!"

"Yup! That's me!!!"

"Argh! I can't believe the Yamato Ishida I least expected is worse than I thought!"

"Sure whatev-hey!!! What was that supposed to mean?!"

"NOTHING!"

The two then glared at each other. Argh I cannot stand him! He's such a cocky know-it-all!!! Mimi thought. So annoying big-mouth!!! Yamato thought. "I will be going to my room," Mimi calmly notified as she went upstairs. She then spotted a totally big poster of him on the wall; however, it wasn't made up of paper or tarpaulin and it was glassed. It was permanently stuck on the wall, and a bit leveled from the flat wall. Mimi glared and punched him on the face against the wall. "Can his ego get any bigger?!" she criticized, rubbing her fist.

She then went across his bedroom and went inside hers.

Her room was fairly and equally big as Mr. Ego. She had her pillowcases and bed sheets printed with anime and manga characters like Pucca, Sanrio, Arepanman and some hello panda. She has a laptop on top of her desktop and some assorted pencils and paper. She sat on the chair on front of the desk and took out an HB pencil, knowing there was nothing for her to do, but then she checked on her cell, there were no new messages. She grunted then turned back to her drawing.

She was not really drawing but doodling. She drew Yamato in chibi style with pointy teeth and a large fork on his hand, and doodled herself as an angel also in chibi style. That good for nothing rock star…

She then put the paper on the under table of the desk and took out some of her few drawings she finished. To be honest, she was a good artist. And haven't I mentioned, she loves anime.

(A/N: let's not consider herself as anime here guys…but do imagine her like anime through the story… ;)

She sighed. She already got bored. She threw herself on her bed and closed her eyes. And I thought this house was all for me…oh well…at least they're going to pay me…I wonder how much will they give me the moolahs … She then suddenly heard someone playing the electric guitar. Argh…it is Mr. Ego destroying the art of music again… But then he started to sing, and she heard it. He sang the lyrics flawlessly. For a bad seed of music, he sings very well… She half wished she wasn't across Yamato's room; she didn't want to hear his rock songs that will splinter her eardrums into pieces.

(The song is Calling by Kyosuke Himuro, featured in the ending credits of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children)

She then fell asleep along with the song.

Yamato kept on singing on his room, songs followed by other songs, as his fingers brush on every string of his electric guitar. His cell then vibrated and it rang a polytone that he was very familiar with. (a song from L'Arc en Ciel) He hummed with the tune as he stopped playing and answered it.

"Moshi moshi…" he greeted.

"Konnichi wa, Yamato!" a very familiar feminine voice greeted back. Yamato smiled as he heard the voice of a friend.

"Hey Sora!!!"

"I've heard about the news today…who's the girl?" Takenouchi Sora asked over the mobile.

"Argh, Tachikawa Mimi. According to her profile she's a teacher at a pre-k, 24 and graduated from Tokyo University with a degree of Juvenile Psychology." Yamato said.

"Oh…a kid-lover!" Sora praised. Yamato smirked.

"Yeah, but she doesn't love rock stars that destroy the art of music…" Yamato quoted.

"Where did that come from?!" Sora exclaimed.

"Who else, Mimi." Yamato answered.

"Okay…"

"Sora, she hates me and I think she even wants me to bleed for it…" Yamato exaggerated. He then heard Sora sigh.

"Okay…uhm…Yamato, are you busy tonight?" she coyly asked over the phone.

"No, why?"

"Uh, you wanna hang out tonight?" she hopefully asked.

"Sure." Came positive reply from Yamato, as he wore a smile on his face.

"Okay, meet me at seven in the studio, okay?"

"Gotcha."

"Ja watashi."

"Ja."

He pressed the end key as he looked at the wall clock. It was only two in the afternoon. He sighed as he went out of his room and looked at the open door across him. He smirked. What could she be doing...He entered it and became wide eyed. He thought it would be totally pink, but instead, it seemed a little boyish, but still remained her girl side. He found her at her sleeping form on her bed, peacefully on the slumber. He thought she looked cute.

Posters of anime and numerous collections were scattered on her room, even her laptop was covered in stickers all anime!

He then noticed her PS3 I don't even have one of those!!! And numerous videogames on the floor and what caught his eyes was a range of full clothing of very familiar characters of the Final Fantasy Series hung on the clothes stand. It was the clothing of Aerith, Tifa, Yuna, Ashke, Yuffie, Rikku, Payne and even Kairi!!!

He then smirked. This girl…is totally different…

He then looked at the cork board, also put in anime style. Photographs of her in cosplay, and to his surprise, photos of her in Tokyo University soccer team, and some very important dates pinned. He didn't know why, but he took off the photograph when she was cosplaying Aerith from the board and put it in his wallet.

He then wondered around her room, it was really nice, he thought.

Everything was things you can rarely find in a girl's room.

He came across her desktop as a mug of assorted pencils and pens and a binder covered in anime stickers above it. He then took it and flipped pages. It was her drawings. Most of them in anime. What an artist… He then smiled and placed it where he found. He then found a doodle.

His smile turned into a frown as he saw himself with a fork and a red tail.

Was he really that bad? We just met and this is her first impression?! He then turned into his cold aura and didn't hesitate to leave the room.

He then went back to his room and took his acoustic guitar and a paper and pen.

Mimi woke up suddenly from her nap; she sat down on her bed, her door was wide open. Why does it feel someone just barged in my room?

She heard music, but this time, it was acoustic. It sounded great, she thought. However, it was pausing consecutively.

"No…not that…" she heard faint words across his and her rooms. Composing? That's something new of him…she closed her eyes as his fingers made tune and finally, he didn't have any breaks. It was very melodious. "It took, one look...and forever laid out in front of me..."

She smiled. Maybe, there's something more about Yamato… then, her phone suddenly vibrated and rang a polytone. (Mikazuki by Ayaka) She pressed the talk key and put her cell on her ear.

"Moshi moshi…"

"Oi Mimi, this is Takeru,"

"Oh! Hey Teeks!!!" she greeted back.

"I hear now you live with the famous Ishida Yamato now…" he said. Mimi was astonished.

"How did you know that?!"

"Mimi-san, Ishida Yamato is my brother!!!" he declared. Mimi weirdly looked at her phone.

"No, seriously TK?! Why didn't you tell me?!" she demanded.

"I thought Kari told you already!" he answered in defense. They sighed.

"Anyway, Kari and I are going to the seashore later this night! There's going to be some pyromania there, wanna come?" he offered. Mimi thought it over.

"Am I going to pay for something?" she asked sternly.

"Nope! My treat!" he answered happily.

"Okay then! Arigato gozaimashita!!!" she thanked with a childish voice. She heard TK laugh over the mobile.

"Okay Mi-chan!!! Kari and I will go over there at seven, okay with you?"

"Okay for me!"

"Okay, Ja ne!"

"Ja ne!!!" Mimi said goodbye and smiled. I didn't know TK was Yamato's brother!!! She then heard the music again.

Somehow, I wish Yamato would be like Takeru…nice, charming, and cute! Lucky Hikki! She then looked at her wall clock; it was quarter to six. "I guess I have to change now!" She closed the door of her room, locked it, and went inside the bathroom.

Five forty-seven… Yamato sighed as he placed his acoustic guitar on the side of his bed and closed the door and locked it. He then went inside his bathroom.

After the two finished taking a bath and clothed themselves, ironically they opened their doors and saw each other. But eventually, they both just glared as faced each other. Wow, she looks steaming hot. He thought. Mimi was wearing a pink and white shift dress that went down above her knee, pink sandals as her hair was tied in a ponytail with a pink ribbon.

"Where do you think you're going?!" Yamato demanded. Mimi just cocked a brow at him.

"I'm going out, if that's not obvious for you." She said as she eyed him top to bottom. He looks hotter in personal. She thought. He was wearing a black seem-what tux or blazer, with a white polo shirt underneath it, a pair of black jeans as he wore some black leathered boots. Typical rock star.

"And I suppose, where do you think you're going?" she asked calmly.
"I'm going out, if that's not obvious for you." He mimicked her. She threw him an annoying look as she went downstairs. Yamato watched her with her back facing him. Heck that was a body of a model!!! He then followed her lead.

She paced around the family room, impatiently waiting. "Where the fuck are those two?!" she demanded as she looked at her watch. Yamato entered the room as he sat on the couch and watched her in amusement.

"Where are you really going?" he asked calmly.

"With Takeru and Hikari. They're my friends also my-" Yamato cut her off.

"Takeru and Hikari?! I know those two…they ditched me last Friday to bring you home!" he moaned. Mimi looked at him and giggled. He then laughed as he saw her smiled.

"I think you're weird." He complimented. She glared at him.

"Shut up! You think you're so awesome!"

"Well you think you're so damn special!"

And the argument went on. I suppose…I can be a little late, it's only Sora! He thought. Then they heard the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it." Yamato stood up from his seat and opened the door. It was Takeru and Hikari.

"Hey there onii-san!" Takeru greeted as he went inside the house. "Argh! Finally my heroes are here!!!" Mimi dramatically hugged the two.

"Is she really like that?" Yamato asked.

"Yup! We're just used to it! Anyway Yamato, I heard you live with Mimi now!!!" Hikari said.

"Yeah…we're married by paper." He bitterly said like it was the worst thing to happen.

"TK told me that…I wonder how your fans will handle that!" Hikari wondered with a laugh.

"He will be a controversial celebrity and the worst rock star ever in the history of rock music!" Mimi declared with victory. The two laughed as Yamato glared at her.

"Haha…and you are the funniest person ever." He sarcastically said.

"Wow, even your clothing is completely the opposite." Takeru referred. Yamato and Mimi looked at themselves then to each other.

"Yeah! Black and white! Like what they say, opposites attract!" Hikari said with a cheery voice.

"Pfft, me, with this annoying neko? Don't think so…" Yamato said as he patted her head like a child. She glared at him. "Yeah, I think that would be completely impossible!" she agreed bitterly and punched him on the shoulder.

"OW that hurts neko!" Yamato exclaimed.

"Cut the crap you lovebirds!" Takeru said.

"Ew!" Mimi exclaimed with a disgusting look.

"Anyway, we have to go now…ja Yamato!" Hikari and Takeru exited, as Mimi followed. She glared at him for the last and closed the door behind her. Yamato cocked a brow as he went to the garage.

The two girls hopped in Takeru's car as they sped off to the seashore.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you Mimi! My brother, the executive of Zen-Kei Records will go with us! He said he'll meet us at the seashore!" Hikari declared. Mimi curiously looked at her.

"Zen-Kei? Isn't that the studio Yamato's under with?" she asked.

"Yup!" Takeru agreed.

"Oh what a small world…"Mimi silently said with a sigh.

"Don't worry Mimi, he's very nice and fun to be with! And he's at the same age on Yamato's!" Hikari enthusiastically said.

"He's 26 and he's an executive of a studio?!" Mimi astonishingly wondered.

"Yup!" Hikari proudly agreed.

"Hey Mimi…"

"Yes TK?"

"Do you like onii-san?" Takeru wondered. Mimi gave a laugh.

"And I thought we've talked about this before…"

"No really! It seems that you two are very close…" He defended as he turned the wheels to left.

"Close? We just met. He is hot, although…not my type and kind of guy." She answered. It was true. She can't see any better of Yamato.

Meanwhile, Yamato hastily took the elevator as he entered it, surprisingly bumped onto Sora. "Oh! You're here!" she exclaimed as she went out. He as well went out of the elevator and followed her. She was wearing a white turtleneck, a pair of black leather pants that shaped her legs well, and a pair of black sandals. Those pants make her so…attractive. He thought.

"I'm sorry I'm late…" he apologized with a shy smile. She coyly looked at him.

"Iie…it's okay! I was about to go out and wait for you." She said. Yamato smiled at her and held her hand.

"Here in the cold? That's so mean of me!" he kidded. She shyly laughed as faint blush came across her cheeks.

"Iku!" Yamato led her to his car as she sat on the passenger seat.

He went inside as well turned the engine. They went off the studio.

"So, where are we going?" he asked.

"Well…there's a fireworks display at the seashore…and Ahaha! You know the rest!" she said with a laugh. He just smiled.

Sora likes Yamato since three years ago. Apart from being a rock star she knew, he was more than that.

"So, how's Ms. Tachikawa?" she asked, a bit hesitant.

"Oh…that neko…" with one free hand, he took out his wallet out of his pocket and showed Sora a picture of her. She was a bit taken aback. How come Yamato has a picture of her? She got a bit jealous.

Sora looked at the photo. She couldn't deny Mimi's looks was far off better than hers. She's obsessed in pink…she thought. She forced a smile. "She's pretty!!!" she exclaimed, hoping it sounded happy enough.

Yamato laughed and glanced at her. "If you wonder how I got that, I nicked it!" he proudly said. Sora was just shocked as her jaw opened a bit.

"I crashed her room while she was sleeping, and man you wouldn't believe me, she's an anime lover! That picture is her cosplaying Aerith, a Final Fantasy…" he kept on telling his marvelous tale at her room. Sora just smiled.

"Do you like her?" she asked suddenly. Yamato rolled his eyes.

"That neko…She is hot, I admit, however…she's such a stereotype and so annoying! I can't stand her!!!" he rambled on. Sora was truly glad when she heard this.

"You sound like you hate her!" she pretended to be offended.

"Iie, I don't hate her…it's the fact that she hates me because I'm a rock star who destroys the art of music…pfft…"Yamato mocked.

She found that it would be better if these two would be friends. Nothing more or less.

"Why not try to befriend her?" Sora asked.

Yamato sarcastically laughed. He did not reply.

Wah…cliffhangers!!! Don't worry, I'll update this soon with the rest of Sora and Yamato's Date, and the meeting of Taichi!!!
