One morning (well, it was 11:30) I was searching stuff on Neopets when I came across a certain game.
Whack a Kass.
Having nothing better to do I shrugged and clicked on it. I tried to play medium, but the game said that I hadn't un-locked the level yet. I sighed and clicked easy, --determined to unlock the next level.

I whacked. Twenty-five meters.
"Shoot! How the heck am I supposed to get to a hundred and seventy-five meters when I can't even get passed twenty-five! It's a piece of bread, for Pete's sake! Bread! Those things don't make very good bats!"

I clicked the mouse. I was just about to hit it when the screen suddenly froze.
"What the-? NO!" I started hitting the monitor, trying to make it move again. Finally it did, and the kass fell to the ground.
"WHY?! I was just about to unlock the next level, I'm sure of it!" I started to sob.
"Uhh, honey?" My mom's voice drifted across the room. "You alright?"
"No," I choked out. "I just died a little inside."
"Uhh…well, maybe you should quit for the night."
"NEVER!"

Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack.
"IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD!!" I shouted. Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack.
"…A hundred seventy-four? Come on, that's just cruel!" Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack. Whack.
"Please, please, please…" I muttered. I waited until the kass landed and-
"YESSSS!" The little sign read a hundred and seventy-seven. "I beat you, you stupid game! Ha ha ha, no one makes a fool out of me! Wow, I got neo-mail this to Kara…"
It was, in short, magical.
