1 – The First Attack
The water was cold around Amity Island. The cloud was low and there was a light amount of fog above the ocean. As the dark water lapped the beach with a sound that made you think that the sea was shivering.
A man ran forward to the ocean stripping of as he ran. He dived in and swan out about two hundred yards and floated on his back as he got his breath back. He regained his balance as he felt a shiver across his back, as if someone had stood on his grave, and began to swim back to the shore.
The fish underneath the ocean felt the vibrations of his prey's movement through his Ampullae of Lorenzini (Gel filled sacks that pick up electro – vibrations from movement in the water). He began to swim at immense speed towards his victim.
The man was about one hundred yards away from the shore now and the shark was a metre away. The shark's mouth opened and it lunged forward and bit his leg. Blood plumed out like a nuclear blast. The shark shook his head from left to right and tore through his flesh and bone. The last thing that the Victim saw was his own blood and chucks of flesh float around in the water in front of him. Then he was consumed by the shark.
The head of the man floated across the water towards the shore…
