I'm really sorry to disappoint you with another Authors Note, but I've made my decision.
I will be finishing this story, but only when Torchwood 4 starts. Watching the new episodes again will make me want to watch the old ones, and then I'll have my inspiration again.
If I were to finish it now with no motive, it would come out an utter crappy mess. So, yeah.
