10 Videogame Related Haikus 4

Welcome to another edition of 10 Videogame Related Haikus! This time I'm gonna be doing Mario Kart related haikus (based from the GameBoy Advance onward), plus a character-specific haiku about a certain Koopa. I don't own Mario Kart, but I do own these haikus. Start your engines!
1. Retro Circuit
Races of the past
Old tracks revamped to new style
Still fun to this day
2. Classic Karts
Original kart
Pipe frame, custom color, steel
Standard for racers
3. Modern Karts
Customizable
Conform fitting to one's skill
Now with hang gliders
4. Rainbow Road
A track above Earth
Twists and turns with no railings
Easy to fall off
5. Golden Mushroom
Made for speed racers
Multiple boosts at one time
Better than Mushroom
6. Blue Shell (aka Spiny Shell)
Bad for lead racer
A spiked missile that explodes
Unavoidable…?
7. Red/Blue Item Box
A fake question block
Drive into one of these and
You're in for a shock
8. Time Trial
Zooming through the track
Alone, nothing to slow me
Gorgeous scenery
9. Super Star
Glow like a rainbow
Passing up every racer
That trophy is mine!
10. Bowser
King of the Koopas
Takes good care of his minions
Real prone to anger

For Those Who Don't Know: What's a haiku?
A haiku is a Japanese poem where the first line has five syllables, the second line has seven syllables, and the last line has five syllables. Haikus are normally about things in nature, but in my current case they're about Mario Kart related stuff.
