As every other morning Mashiro waited in the kitchen, glass of milk in hand, ready to enjoy the show.
As every other morning Kensei sleepily entered the kitchen, pillow-prints all over his face and inside out pijamas. Standing at the threshold, he yawned and scratched his belly. He looked thoughtful for a moment.
Then he resolutely headed towards the shelves, looking for his mug. He started opening and closing shutters to no avail, grunting at every attempt, increasingly annoyed.
Mashiro chuckled and Kensei turned to her, still confused.
As every other morning, breakfast was laid on the table.
