Penny made her way to school with Brain in tow. Penny had always been smarter than most people thought her teachers had been astounded especially when her uncle came in for parent teacher conferences. Penny had excelled in her criminology class much to her uncle's delight but still she had in an interest in robotics as well.
As Penny came in for home room there was much talking and whispering. She noticed that her teacher smiling at her. What? She asked. You did it Penny. He said. Did what? She asked confused. The teacher held up a paper. It read Bradford robotics internship application it had Penny's name on it. Oh my gosh! Penny squealed with delight. Bradford robotics was a prestigious company that was famously working on a top secret project called the gadget program. Penny had wanted to work with the head scientist there Brenda Bradford as her assistant. It was the opportunity she had been waiting so long for. As Penny calmed down and took her seat she began dreaming about what it would be like to work at Bradford robotics and she could'nt wait to tell her uncle John.
