Lucy's Pov

After getting all of our stuff on the train Harry and I found an empty compartment to sit in. We are waiting for the train to pull out now. Hagrid left us a note saying he would meet us at Hogwarts when we get their. The train is starting to pull out now. I'll right more later on.

Lucy M. Potter

Nobody's Pov

The train started pulling out at 11 o'clock exactly. Lucy and Harry were situated in an empty compartment, with Harry staring out the window and Lucy locking the new lock on her journal and putting it away.

Lucy's Pov

After I put my journal away I sat back down at the window with Harry across from me. The train had just left the station five minutes ago. I just sat beck down when I heard the compartment door open, Harry and I both turned our heads to see who it could be. It was the boy, Ron I think his name was, that Mrs. Weasley said was a first year like Harry.

"Can I sit here? Everywhere else is taken." The boy asked. I looked to Harry who said yes in response.

The boy, Ron, looked relieved. He entered our compartment, closed the door. I switched seats to sit next to Harry, and let Ron take the seat next to the window across from us.

"I'm Ron. Ron Weasley." The boy introduced himself with a smile on his face after sitting down.

"Oh, Harry. Harry Potter and this is my little sister Lucy." I heard Harry say to Ron. Ron then got a surprised look on his face.

"Is it true? The- the scar?" Ron asked lowering his voice a little.

"Oh, yeah." Harry said quietly while moving to pull the hair up from in front of his lightning bolt scar.

"Wicked." Ron said looking at the scar. Harry put his arm back down next to me.

That's when the door opened again. This time it was an elderly looking lady with a trolley.

"Anything from the trolley dears?" She asked. That's when I noticed all the sweats on it. My eyes opened wide and my mouth dropped.

"No I'm set." I turned to look at the squashed remains of a sandwich in a bag in his hand. I then looked to Harry with pleading eyes.

"We'll take the lot." He said pulling money from his pocket.

"Wow" I heard Ron say as I turned back smiling to the lady.

So we didn't buy aaalllll the sweats from the trolley, but we did buy a good bit. We've already eaten a good bit. Harry opened a chocolate frog, which flew out the open window, but the card he got was Dumbledore. Ron was about to show us a spell that one of his brothers taught him when a girl opened the compartment door.

"Has anybody seen a toad? A boy named Neville has lost one. Oh are you doing magic? Well go on let's see then." She said mater- of- factley. She then sat down next to me; across from Ron and Harry (I got my window seat back).

I watched as Ron cleared his throat the said "Sunshine daisies, bottom m'ellow, turn this stupid fate rat yellow." It was supposed turn the rat, scabbers, yellow but all it did nothing instead. I think his brother lied.

"Are you sure that's a real spell. Well it's not very good is it? Of course I've only tried a few simple one's myself. But they've all worked for me." Ron and I looked at Harry while the girl took out her wand.

"For example." I heard her say as she pointed the wand at Harry. "Oculus Reparo." I watched as all the broken spots along with the tape disappeared. All of us besides the girl were surprised. That's when I heard her talk again. "Holy cricket, you're Harry Potter. I'm Hermione Granger. And you two are?" She asked looking at me and Ron.

"Um, Ron Weasley." I watched Ron say with his mouth full of chocolate.

"Pleasure." Hermione Said with a discussed look in her face. She then turned to me.

"Lucy, Lucy Potter. I'm Harry's little sister." I told her.

"Oh. Well you two better change into your robes. I expect we'll be arriving soon. I take it you're not a first year?" I shook my head no. She then got up to leave. She was almost out the door when she turned back around and faced Ron.

"You've got dirt on your nose by the way, did you know. Just there." She said pointing to a spot on her nose. Ron wiped the dirt away and then Hermione left.

Afterwards Harry and Ron decided that it would be a good idea to change. I waited in our compartment for them.

An hour we are finally pulling into a stop. We got up and got our stuff and made our way to exit the train. Once we were off the train I spotted Hagrid (wasn't very hard seeing as how tall he is to everyone else). I tugged on Harry's sleeve and pointed to Hagrid. Harry, Ron, and I walked through everybody to get to him.

"Hello Hagrid." Harry and I greeted him while Ron looked at him in awe.

"Hello Harry. Lucy. I take it you had a good ride?" He greeted and asked us.

"Great ride. We met a new friend. Ron." I said looking at Ron, who was still in awe, next to me. I spotted Hermione behind us looking at Hagrid along with everyone else.

Hagrid then led all the first years and me to these boats. While everyone else was getting in he pulled Harry and I aside.

"Lucy you will actually not be riding the boats as you are not a first year. Instead you with be riden' with professor Sprout in a carriage up to Hogwarts." I nodded and watched Harry climb into a boat with Ron and Hagrid take another by himself and start to lead the way.

I turned around and found an older looking lady in robes looking at me with a smile on her face.

"Professor Sprout?" I asked her.

"Hello dear, you must be Lucy Potter." I nodded my head yes and smiled back. She led me to a carriage, which had no horse pulling it. We climbed in and started moving.

Hogwarts is going to be so much fun.
