"W-What are you talking about Hiccup?"

Stoick tried to act confused but it was hard since both boy and dragon were staring at him with suspicion.

"You were talking in your sleep dad, you were saying, 'Valka!' 'Valka!'" Hiccup explained, then asked. "So who is Valka?"

"Someone I rather not talk about," Stoick mutter, getting up to head to the door until he heard Hiccup question Toothless. "Hey Toothless, you're dad's brother, who's Valka?" Stoick stopped at his trails, even though Toothless wasn't even an egg at that time, he knew Farris told the young nightfury about Valka more than once!

"Oh she's a nightfury who Stoick hanged out with before I was an egg," Tootless explained in his dragon language that Hiccup only understood. Hiccup nodded while he tried to hide a smirk. "So dad, Valka was a childhood friend of yours? And don't deny it, Toothless can easily tell the truth."

Stoick sighed as he nidded in defeat. "Yeah, we were just friends nothing more."

"So what happened to her?"

"I don't know," Stoick shrugged, as he got the mals ready. "She left to this place and well she's probably all grown up now."

"Valka?"

"Valka!?"

"VALKA WAKE UP!?"

On a nice soft spot in her cave, Valka instantly woke up from her sleep to see that it was only a random terrible terror who was bringing some news. "What is it Sharpshot?"

"Cloudjumper and his tribe are here, you should get ready for the wedding," Sharpshot reported before flying off, leaving Valka to panic!

"Wait he's here!? NOW?!" She quickly peeked out from her cave to see the beautiful sight of the icy and green dragon sanctuary only to see the stormcutter dragon arrive with his tribe of different dragons! "Oh gods I have to get ready!"

On cue, two female nightfuries came rushing in with excitement as they both began to talk.

"Good morning Valka!"

"Don't worry dear, we'll get you ready and beautiful for Cloudjumper!"

Before she could protest, she felt a huge wing full of cold water splash all over her scales and a sudden gust of wind to dry her off! "No girls it's fine really I am really okay."

"Oh look Firestar she's pale, that means she's nervous!"

"Some nice salmon will perk her right up!"

"Salmon?! In the morning, no she's needs some nice berries in water!"

"And you said salmon is bad in the morning, berries in water is too sweet for the bride, she's needs salmon!"

Valka couldn't help but laugh at the two noghtfuries arguing as she then sighed. "So while you two argue, I'm going to get dressed." She regreted that statement.

"DRESSED?!"

Soon Valka found herself surrounded by a bunch of different head bands used for weddings of dragons, including some paint!

"Try the rosemary headband it will look gorgeous on you Valka!"

"No, no she needs to try on the pearl headband, symbolizing her grace and beauty!"

"But she will be face painted with red paint!"

"Red!? Oh no, we'll use the blue paint, it'll go nice with the pearls!"

"What is it with you and pearls?!"

"STOP IT!" Valka shouted, earning silence as she quickly requested, "I am hungry, maybe I do need something to eat." In a flash, both nightfuries left the cave while the continued to argue, leaving her to laugh a bit.

She removed all the stuff she was bombed with and then placed a beautiful headband with little emeralds shining on it. With that, she made the strike class symbol on her forehead with silver paint, and then the necklace Stoick gave her was worn around her neck.

"You look exactly like your mother on my wedding day with her," her father commented as he entered with joy.

"Thanks father, I just wish she was here with us," Valka sighed, as her father pointed to her chest. "Oh but she is, in here." Then his expression changed to seriousness. "Are you sure you want to do this Val?"

"It's to unite our tribe with Cloudjumper's, beside we need more dragons to protect ourselves."

"Alright...Shall we go then," Her father led Valka out to the ceremony, where both groups of dragons smiled happily at the coming bride while some of the dragons were performing ceremonial dances and music. There stood Cloudjumper, looking more pleased and ready for the ceremony as his bride to be approached.

At last the ceremony began, as Valka's father began. "Great spirits! We are all gathered here today to unite this dragon and dragoness in eternity of love. May this marriage please you!" Once he was done, Cloudjumper held his wing out to accept Valka's paw, just as they were inches away, a sudden sound of lightning could heard from above!

Dark clouds began to form while dragons began to panic asthe lighting hit one of the ice spikes which landed on the earth, causing an earthquake! Valka tried t reach for Cloudjumper, but the land cracked and seprated her from him! Her father made a move for her, but the land seperated her from him as well!

At last the earth stopped shaking and breaking, leaving nightfuries and other dragons to mutter to themselves.

"What's going on here?"

"The spirits are trying to tell us someting!"

"It's a sign!"

"What do the spirits want to tell us?"

Valka looked around the sight, this wasn't supposed to happen, this was not what she hd dreamed for.

Later That Evening....

"I-I-I don't understand what went wrong...The dragons say it must be a sign," Valka explained to the great bewilderbeast, otherwise known as the alpha. "They say that the spirits know everything."

"The dragons? What do they know?" The alpha began as he blew some ice above him. "Do you want help from the dragons or the professionals?"

"Oh definately a professional," Valka reassured. "The dragons say you are the wisest alpha dragon of them all."

"Okay then, then lets get down to business," the alpha responded as he repeated what Valka told him. "So during the ceremony, lighting caused the ice to hit the earth, disrupting the whole thing...You sure you haven't been gaining weight?"

"No, my weight has been constant," Valka reassured as the alpha suggested, "Okay Ms. Constant, let's just ask the spirits," with that he rose up to spread a small amount of snow to the dancng lights as he leaned closer to listen with fascination until he declared in seriousness, "You can't marry Cloudjumper! You're already matched up two timer."

"W-what?" Valka paniced. "M-matched up? To whom?!"

"To the one who gave you this," and just like that, the lights revealed a vision of Valka's pendant as she whispered in shock, "Stoick?"

"The Viking man?"

"Oh no, no, no," Valka tried to explain. "We were just kids, nothing more."

"I heard that before."

"Look there has to be a way to undo this," Valka pleaded as the alpha began to shake his head until the lights brightened up again. "There is one way...You...Must...Eat him up!"

"WHAT?!"

The bewilderbeast soon realized that he wasn't listening close enough so he quickly apologized and listened carefully this time. "Oh wait, sorry...You must go to the island where Stoick gave you the pendant, and on the eve when the spirts turn winter into spring, you must burn the pendant and send the bond back to the spirits!"

"B-But that's in three days I have to go now!" Valka got up to head out until the alpha added, "With the person who gave you the pendant."

"Stoick?" Valka gasped. "But he's a viking, you know two legs no scales."

"I know what a viking is and so I suggest you go look in Berk."

"But I didn't study the human language! And he doesn't understand dragon!"

"He has an adoptative son who can understand dragons, the boy can translate," the alpha reassured but Valka shook her head. "No, no, what if the boy lies in the translation? He could get us confused."

"Well then, in that case..." The alpha used his powers and then had a bright light enter through Valka's chest, leaving her confused as he explained. "You'll understand Stoick, and he'll understand you, case solved and go on now, you only have three days!"

Not even bothering to ask, Valka went as fast as she could out of the sanctuary as the alpha shouted, "Andbe careful with Drago and his dragon trappers!"

"Great," Valka mutter to herself. "More to add to the plate."
