Arizona could not believe that she was packing a bag Wednesday night before an Alpha Phi Convention the next day. Lauren got sick with the flu and as the president's little, Arizona felt obligated to volunteer to take her place. She would normally be excited if Thursday wasn't their final Anchorsplash practice followed by Anchorsplash Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, Arizona and the four other Alpha Phi's wouldn't be back until Saturday morning. Shrugging her shoulders and hoping that Teddy would be able to pull it off, Arizona threw her final item into her bag and shut it before texting Callie.

Arizona: So I can't stop thinking about you.

Callie: That's funny. I haven't thought of you a bit ;)

Arizona: Do you need to tell me anything?

Callie: Whatever could you be talking about Arizona?

Arizona: Come on Callie. You know what. Will you go out on a date with me?

Callie: Of course I will Arizona.

Arizona: Perfect. I have to go though. I won't be around until Saturday. I have to go to an Alpha Phi convention

Callie: WHAT?!

Arizona: I'm sorry. I just found out about half an hour ago. Lauren is sick. I'm taking her place.

Callie: I guess I'll live. I'm going to miss you though.

Arizona: I'll miss you too.

Callie fell back into the water exhausted from their three hour long anchorsplash practice. Just as she closed her eyes as she felt the water around her, a huge splash of water took her over. "Hey! What the hell?"

When Callie looked up, all she saw was Jo cracking up at Callie's reaction. "Oh guess you don't know what my payback is," Callie responded before bringing her arms back to splash Jo in retaliation.

Jo squealed and laughed as the water covered her. "I deserved that," she laughed. "What are you doing after practice? I am on this whole Disney kick and want to have a movie marathon while stuffing myself full of candy. Want to join?"

Callie contemplated Jo's offer. She really wanted to get closer with the girl and Arizona was at the Alpha Phi conference anyways. "Sure. I would love a girl's night."

Their conversation was cut short when Teddy's voice bellowed through the pool deck. "Okay ladies. It's looking great. I just got off the phone with Arizona. She is confident that you all will pull this off on Saturday and she apologizes that she couldn't be here. So let's try this one last time and call it a night."

Arizona and Lexie dropped their things in their room. They had their own and the other three girls had the larger room adjacent to the bathroom. "It is nice to get away for a couple days and sleep in a real bed."

"Oh come on, Arizona. Embrace this. We are away from campus in the city for a whole 2 days. Enjoy it. If you miss Callie that much, just sext her."

Arizona almost spit out the water in her mouth. "We are so not there yet, Lexie!"

"Oh please. You two were basically having eye sex at the pool the other day. I'm surprised Callie didn't flip around and eat you out while you were on her shoulders."

Arizona responded with a swift throw of the closest pillow she could find. "Let's go before we are late for the first seminar."

Callie flopped down onto Jo's roommate's bed and admired the display of candy and snack foods that Jo was currently laying out. She began salivating when she smelled the popcorn that Jo was currently shaking out of the bag. "So what are we starting our evening off with," questioned Callie, already grabbing a handful of popcorn.

"I was thinking Aladdin. I saw a commercial for it coming out of the vault."

"Perfect with me. I love Jasmine. I played her in my school musical my junior year of high school."

"You do look like her," Jo responded. "So you seem to be close with everyone at the house."

"Yeah. I'm really liking it so far. I am glad I get to hang out with you though. I am not really close with anyone in our pledge class."

"Same. You want Arizona as your big? You are always hanging out with her."

"Can you keep a secret?"

Jo raised an eyebrow at Callie's question. "Yeah?"

"I don't want her as my big. We are just sort of dating or whatever. But we aren't telling anyone for obvious reasons. Heck we aren't even official as of now."

"So you don't want her as your big? Man does that make me relieved. I really want to rank her first."

"Wait. You don't care," questioned Callie, completely relieved.

"No. I could care less. I was totally jealous though. So if you don't want Arizona as your big, who do you want to be your big?"

Callie popped a piece of popcorn into her mouth, contemplating her next words. "I'm thinking of asking Teddy."

Jo hit herself on the forehead. "That makes total sense. She totally kicked ass when she told off those guys at the pool."

"Yeah. So I guess if we get what we want we will be in the same family. That's kind of cool."

Popping a Milk Dud into her mouth, Jo tried to chew quickly. "Apparently we start to get our clues for big/little reveal in the next couple of weeks.

Curiosity taking over, Callie ignored the opening credits of Aladin. "What do you mean clues?"

"Well from what I've heard from some of the sophomores is that there are clues about who your big is like a family flower, stuffed animal, and other stuff. They use that stuff to hint about who they are to their little."

"Hm. Seems interesting. Maybe I'll try and trick Arizona into giving me some of that information."

Grinning, Jo responded to Callie. "What are you going to do, take a piece of clothing off for every clue she gives you?"

Astonished that Jo would make such a comment, Callie just buried her face in her pillow and listened to Jo's laughter.

The seminar on recruitment was finally taking a break, leaving Arizona and Lexie rushing to the bathroom. Arizona was delighted when she finally made her way to the front of the line. After using the restroom and while washing her hands, she noticed someone walking over to her. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Arizona Robbins, on of my favorite Alpha Phis.

Arizona gulped at the sound of the girl's voice. "Julie. I didn't realize you would be here."

"I am president of my chapter now. I'm pleasantly surprised to see you Arizona," Julie responded as her eyes roamed over Arizona's body. "Maybe we can hook up later after the seminars. You still have my number."

Without another word, Julie made her way out of the bathroom, just in time for Lexie to exit her stall and begin washing her hands. "Was that who I think it was?"

Arizona had a hard time responding. "Yeah. That was Julie."

Finishing drying her hands, Lexie grabbed Arizona by the arm and dragged her to a corner in the hotel. "Wait. That was THE Julie. The one who you hooked up with at the last convention?"

Arizona bowed her head and played with her fingers. "Yep. That Julie."

"Didn't you say that was like the best sex you've ever had?"

Stomping her foot, Arizona began pacing. "Yes, Lexie! That's the problem. She just offered me the same deal for this convention."

"Are you going to do it?"

It was Friday night and Callie and Jo were sitting in the common room on the second floor with a bunch of sisters and new members watching videos from past years Anchor Splashes. "Has Theta ever beaten us," questioned one new member.

"Not since I've been here," Teddy replied.

"Well they're not going to win this year either," replied Callie rather confidently.

Remember her source of motivation, Callie pulled out her phone.

Callie: We are all at the house and talking about Anchorsplash. Wish you were here.

When she didn't get an immediate response, Callie assumed Arizona was doing important stuff at the convention. She figured that's why she has only gotten three texts from Arizona since she left on Wednesday.

Teddy paused the laptop and got up. "Alright ladies, we all know that the spirit award we get every year gets us major points. I'm going to get out the chant posters and I want our new members to team up with sisters to create new posters."

Once all of the supplies were out, the girls began making posters and some began making shirts. Lauren was pulling girls aside and showing them the tricks of "HeatNBond". "We will definitely be the most attractive looking sorority there tomorrow."

While the girls excitedly made posters and shirts for the event tomorrow, Teddy went downstairs to get someone at the door. Within minutes she returned with a Fraternity brother from Beta Theta Pi. "Ladies, I want to introduce to our house's Mr. Anchorsplash, Mark Sloane."

The sisters rolled their eyes and smacked Mark playfully. He walked around joking with all of them. He spotted Callie. "Teddy, I didn't know your house got the sexy Latina of recruitment this year."

Rolling her eyes, Teddy smacked Mark yet again. "You are such a pig."

Arizona woke up with brown hair in her face. Immediately she began to panic. She quickly got up, gathered her clothes and exited the hotel room that was definitely not hers. By the time she made it back to her room, she was crying. She ran to her phone on the bedside table and saw the missing text from Callie, which only made her feel worse. That was how Lexie found her when her alarm went off so she could prepare to fly back before Anchorsplash. "Arizona. What's wrong?"

That's when Arizona told Lexie about the horrible mistake she made with Julie the night before. "We were just hanging out in her room since I'm not quite old enough to drink and she got us a few drinks. We were just catching up. Before I knew it I was drunk and her roommate said that she was staying in her sisters room. I don't remember anything after that. But I woke up in only my underwear and bra. I can't believe I did this Lexie. Callie will never forgive me."

Lexie spent the next few minutes comforting Arizona before finally getting her to pack up so they wouldn't miss their flight home.

Arizona wanted to text Callie back but she didn't have the heart to do so after what she did. It was 7 am and they were about to board their flight. She heard her name being called and looked around the gate for the source. It was Julie, resulting in her heart dropping. "Arizona, you left without saying goodbye. I'm glad we hung out last night even if it wasn't exactly what I was looking for."

Arizona raised an eyebrow. "I'm sorry Julie. What are you talking about?"

"I didn't think you would remember much," replied Julie before continuing. "After my roommate said she wasn't staying the night we started to jump back and forth between the beds and making bets that shots of course accompanied, leading to you throwing up all over your clothes. I stripped you down and laid you in my bed so I could make sure you were alright throughout the night. What did you think happened?"

"Julie. I am so freaking happy you just told me that, if I wasn't sort of seeing someone I would kiss you right now, but I'll settle for a hug," responded Arizona before leaping into the other girl's extremely confused arms.

"It was great meeting up with you again Julie but I'm so happy that's all it was. Thanks for clearing things up for me! Good luck with your presidency."

With that, Arizona was off to explain what happened to Lexie and was pulling her phone out to send a quick text to her favorite Latina.

Callie and Jo were in Teddy's apartment with a select few other sisters and new members. They each held a shot in their hand as well as the other new members and the sisters began pounding on a table to cheer them on. "Take the shot! Take the shot!"

The new members counted to three, chanted Alpha Phi and took the shot. Teddy put her hands on Callie's and Jo's shoulders. "I'm glad you two can handle it. This is sort of a tradition in Alpha Phi. We all get drunk before Anchorsplash. Don't even ask what happened when my little was a new member!"

This remark of course led all of the new members to eagerly coax the story out of Teddy. "Oh fine. I'll tell you but you must all have a drink in your hand."

The girls giggled as they prepared a drink for the story. Eagerly awaiting for Teddy to begin. Callie sat right next to Teddy for the story, wanting to hear every detail. "So this time last year, we were doing the exact same thing that you are all doing but Arizona was really taking them back. By the time we got to the pool, I can't even imagine how drunk she was. So we were watching all of the relay races. Arizona and I were doing the push/pull relay and waiting for our turn. The relay in the pool was "Save a DG" and they were pulling the float back. Arizona thought it was her turn so she jumped into the pool!"

The girls were dying of laughter and begging for what happened next. "So I get down on my knees and am yelling at her. I was like 'Little! Get your ass over here!' because we had already down our big/little reveal at this point last year.

Jo takes another drink. "So did you get her out of the pool?"

Teddy goes to finish the story when another voice is heard and provides the ending. "Well the idiot blonde who jumped in the pool was having entirely too much fun splashing around and looking at the dolphin float. Luckily though, Lexie was the person doing that relay and brought me with her to the side of the pool for Teddy to lift out before any of the judges or DG's saw," Arizona finished as she made her way further into the room.

All the girls were quiet a the end of the story, unsure of how to respond now that Arizona was actually in the room. Callie decided for them and began to laugh ridiculously loud. The others joined in when they saw that Arizona wasn't mad.

With the story out of the way now, all of the sisters did a shot with each other then poured one for a new member. Arizona got one ready and walked up to Callie. "Drink up," she said as she handed it to Callie, eyes hooded with seduction. Callie grabbed the shot and maintained eye contact with the blonde the entire time as she took the shot.

The girls now grabbed all of their belongings and within minutes, the entire sorority was in the entryway of the house preparing to walk to the pool. Together they left screaming various sorority chants and waving their signs around. They were all sporting their freshly made Alpha Phi shirts and neon shorts with Sperry's. As they made their way into the locker rooms to dicard their belongings, all of the Theta's glared at them and they were entirely oblivious. They quickly took their shorts and shoes off, but left their shirts on as they were a part of the routine and went out onto the pool deck, excited as ever. As Callie was making her way out, Arizona grabbed her and pulled her into a shower stall. "Hey you."

Callie laughed and tangled their fingers together. "I've missed you."

"I missed you too. That convention was tiring. I just wanted a few seconds with you before we go out there with everyone," whispered Arizona, leaning into Callie.

Callie closed the distance between them and kissed Arizona lightly. This kiss was different than others before, it was simple and amazing in Callie's opinion. "I'm glad you did," Callie responded, not letting her eyes leave Arizona's.

"So about that date. I planned on taking you this week but with the convention things got messed up but I would love to take you tomorrow for lunch. I have some things I want to talk to you about with the convention and all and I really want to spend some time with you."

"Of course. I thought you would never ask." Callie replied, leaning in and pecking Arizona on the lips one more time before making their way out onto the pool deck.

I hope you enjoyed the chapter! I'm sorry about the updates. I truly do lack enthusiasm occasionally and with teaching and graduate school I get all caught up. But it is summer and classes are finally over so I have a bit more time. Next chapter will be Anchorsplash and their date! Leave comments if you have any ideas you would like to see incorporated into these events!
