Chapter 1
Clary's P.O.V.
When I wake up I am in a room with cell doors, gray stone walls, two twin beds with white sheets and one holds my brother, and a door. I go to the door and open it up and see that it is a bathroom. I suddenly realize that I am covered in dirt. So I go and take a shower.
Jocelyn's P.O.V.
I am at home waiting for my children, when I get a fire message. It says
Jocelyn if you want your children back unharmed bring me the cup.

I gasp and I know now I am going to have to tell them about the shadow world. I am not giving Valentine the cup so I call Maryse at the Institute.
Maryse P.O.V.
The phone rings and I go to pick it up. "Hello", I say.
"Maryse", the person on the phone says.
"Who are you?", I ask.
"Oh Ya. Maryse it's Jocelyn", she says.
"Jocelyn?", I ask.
"Please help me, Maryse. Valentine has my children and he won't give them back unless I give him the cup", Jocelyn says.
"Okay okay ", I say.
Jace's P.O.V.
"Jace, Alec, Izzy get your arses in here now!", Maryse shouts.
We walk to the kitchen and Maryse says, "You guys have a new mission you are to rescue Clarissa Fray/Fairchild/Morgenstern and Jonathan Fray/Fairchild/Morgenstern from Valentine."
"What", we all shout.
"That is your mission now get ready", she says.
