Yeah... I know I said that I would be able to upload one chapter sooner than expected, but a little after I uploaded that chapter, I just lost pretty much all of my motivation to do anything so I was busy sulking to myself for a couple of days, I guess I'm just going to have those days where it's nothing but a breakdown.

But all that aside, I am really trying to push along this story without missing any vital details or giving a large skip in time making you guys think what happened during that space of time I just skipped. That's why I find it hard to leave almost every single detail out of the story. I just have to write about everything so I don't miss anything.

Oh, and also don't get too worried if I don't update within 2 weeks, get worried if I don't upload for 2 months without telling you ;)

Anyways, hope you enjoy Chapter 24 of Forgetful Love ^^

DP (C) Butch Hartman

The next day, Sam was not woken up by her parents and was glad to finally sleep in but felt the pain of guilt when she saw what time it was. She got out of bed and as she got dressed she got her morning dose of sickness and dashed to the bathroom. A moment later, she finished getting dressed and then went downstairs to see that her parents were both sitting quietly at the table having a fancy breakfast while Sam's grandmother was watching television.

Sam went to grab her yoghurt and sit at the table, expecting her parents to argue more about her decisions but was surprised when there was nothing but silence as they all had their breakfast and when Sam finished and began to head back upstairs there was still silence, and she wasn't going to take this lightly.

She sat on her bed and decided to look up a private doctor but as she looked through a list of doctors she realised that she may have to tell them about Danny and his ghost powers in case the child has ghost powers. It could change her health if the child does have ghost powers.

So she had to find someone she could trust, and that was going to be very difficult. But instead, she decided to keep the ghost powers a secret until she knew something wasn't right with her pregnancy, if anything supernatural were to happen to her then she would have to tell.

This highlighted another thing that she was having mixed and regretful feelings for. She needed to tell Danny that she was still carrying his child, but she felt that since he didn't remember as much as she did and for the fact he feels guilty as hell about it she didn't want him to feel more guilty than he already did. She knew that with time he would notice, there was no way she was going to hide it, and especially now that her parents knew that she was still with child.

As a week passed by, her parents didn't speak to her at all, and her grandmother would try to persuade her parents to accept what decision Sam has chosen but could hear them bickering about it from downstairs. Whenever Sam entered the room her parents would just fall silent and her grandmother would let out a puff of air in frustration and leave.

Sam had caught up with Danny and Tucker twice throughout the week, but it was getting harder for Sam to hide away her symptoms, she was nearly 2 months pregnant and was beginning to feel more sleepy and with a heavy head almost every afternoon, Tucker was getting suspicious with Sam one afternoon where they hung out for nearly five hours and Sam went to the bathroom three times, with only one cup of drink.

He decided to shake it aside, thinking that it was just a girl thing and that it was just this time she had a smaller bladder for no reason. Danny didn't worry otherwise, though it did come to a surprise to Sam that Danny hadn't been worried about her since her 18th birthday.

Sunday night, Danny rung Sam up, but was surprised to see that she didn't pick up. Sam was fast asleep in bed already and it wasn't even close to her regular bed time, although she had no school no more she still stuck to a particular bed time schedule, unfortunately her pregnancy was making her change it dramatically.

Her parents caught onto this and knew for sure now that she was still indeed pregnant, constantly cleaning the toilet and seeing the refrigerator emptier than usual, with most of the vegetables gone and for the fact that they saw Sam sleeping more often.

Danny had rushed over to Sam's house in case something had happened to her, he worried the moment something wasn't right, even if it meant that Sam missed his phone call at 7pm. He knocked on her window and whispered her name but saw no response, her room was pitch black.

So he flew through the window and used his ecto ray to brighten the room a little and saw that Sam was still fully clothed in her everyday clothes on the bed next to her laptop fast asleep. He looked at Sam's phone on her desk which read one missed call from him. He raised an eyebrow as he nudged Sam gently and saw that she wasn't waking up, he turned to her laptop to see a list of doctors names.

"What is this?" He whispered to himself as he focused his eyes on the laptop which was slightly closed but he opened it more to get a better look.

The screen had many pages about different doctors. What could be wrong with Sam? He immediately thought that something was wrong with her, he bit his lower lip in nervousness and looked over at Sam, wanting to wake her to know what was going on but saw how comfortable she was asleep.

Danny decided not to go more into what Sam was looking at, he didn't want to spy or snoop around in her private stuff. So he decided to leave for the night and call her the next afternoon.

The next day, Sam was woken up to a knock on her door. She briefly looked at the time and saw that it was 9am. She was shocked, she couldn't remember what time she fell asleep but she remembered the sun being up before she dozed off.

She got up sluggishly, feeling heavy headed and tired and walked to the door to see that it was her mother. Her eyes widened in surprise. She had barely seen or even spoken to her mother all week, she does remember hearing arguments from downstairs almost every night since she told them but she wondered what her mother had in store for her.

"Mum? What do you want?" She asked, widening the door to let her mother in as she got dressed.

Pamela took in a deep breath as she made Sam's bed and sat comfortably on it and stared at the ground in silence, looking saddened and regretful.

"I...I need to tell you something." She began to say while still looking at the ground.

Sam, not looking at her mother while getting dressed responded. "Go on."

"Sit down, please."

Sam sighed as she quickly put her short sleeve black and purple top on before quickly fixing up her hair and then sitting on the bed next to her mother without making eye contact. There was a brief and awkward moment of silence before Pamela said what she had to say.

"Look, we are only trying to make the decisions for you because we don't want you making the same mistakes we did." She began to explain, looking at her daughter who was staring at the ground with a sense of negativity in her expression.

"You already told me this." Sam added in a monotone voice.

"I know, but there's more to it that I didn't tell you. We do these things because we love you more than anything else. And I was blinded by my past mistakes to be happy for you, but as a parent I am expected to not be happy about this at such a young age. I want you to live your life and be successful." Pamela explained with a caring smile, supporting Sam with a hand on her back.

Sam could see the error in Pamela's words, and grew upset about it. She cringed and looked away for a brief moment before she felt tears come to her eyes once again.

"So you think having a child is not a successful life? Is having a child tying me down and going to ruin my life? And why should age be an important factor? I mean sure from a certain point it should be but me and Danny love each other, and we didn't mean our mistake but it happened, and I'm sure it turned out to be a good mistake." Sam exclaimed, first with rage but then with sadness.

Pamela gasped in shock when she realised that Sam knew who the father was, this made her sympathy turn to jealous rage. She didn't know how Sam had confirmation due to her amnesia but she knew it to be true, there was no way no one else could've been responsible for making Sam like this without Danny being the one responsible.

"Danny Fenton!?" Pamela asked again, feeling her teeth clench and her anger rise.

"Yes, are you happy now that your grandchild is going to be related to them!?" Sam cried with gritted teeth as she stood up with her hand clenched and her other still wrapped around in bandages still but could still clench. "Are you happy that I'm not going to be successful because of them and because of what you said!?"

"Young lady, I want you to have a child but not with him!" Pamela stated aggressively as she stood up and pointed to a picture on Sam's desk with her and Danny together. "And definitely not at this stage of your life where you should be thinking about your future!"

"Well maybe this is the future I was supposed to have! Nothing is set in stone as you think it is! Nothing is meant to go according to plan, just like I was never planned to even exist! Sorry I made your life so unsuccessful you losers!" Sam shouted at her mother as tears streamed down her face.

Pamela was left almost speechless, before she closed her eyes and leaned her head towards the ground.

"Get out..." She whispered to Sam, with her eyes still firmly shut. "Get out of this house now!" Pamela demanded, pointing to the door.

Sam gasped, seeing that her mother wanted her out of the house, she didn't know how long for and where would she go? Sam began to think. As tears engulfed her eyes, she ran out the door quickly grabbing her cell phone and quickly passing her grandmother who had heard what was going on.

As Sam ran out the door, she saw that Pamela had left Sam's room with the door slammed shut. She called out to her but Pamela turned her back and headed for her bedroom, and not long later she could hear Pamela crying to herself. She wanted to go after Sam but knew that she wouldn't be able to catch up to her in time. She wished she could go up there and knock some sense into the woman but not being able to walk properly due to her age, she let out a sigh and stayed downstairs.

Sam was crying, her mind raced with a million thoughts about everything her mother had just said, the baby, how Danny was the father, how Danny didn't know, and the moment when this whole situation fell into place. Her mind was racing, and her heart was beating rapidly, wanting her to slow down so it could keep up with her pace but Sam continued to run until she realised that she had ran to Danny's house by mistake.

This only made her feel worse, as if she didn't feel worse enough, it was Danny that was first to see her like this. Sam was sitting on the front set of stairs outside the Fenton's house sulking to herself. This was definitely the time to ask what was wrong with her.

"Sam, what's wrong. Please tell me." Danny asked, desperately needing to know what was going on so he could help in any way he could.

Sam couldn't take it anymore, she had been through so much and she was keeping it all hidden away from Danny. Why was she keeping it away from the one person she cared about the most? She knew that Danny had been through a lot lately but why couldn't she tell him this? She was too concerned about how Danny would feel to tell him a single thing about what was going on, she was very reluctant to tell Danny too, worrying that he may tell Danny about it before she did.

She knew the time was coming, but didn't expect it to be so soon. There was no other way she could explain why she was so upset, she had to tell him then and there.

"Danny..." Sam began to say as she sniffled. "I need to tell you something." She said biting her lip, almost piercing the skin.

"What is it? Tell me." Danny begged, the curiosity was boiling him from the inside. Something was wrong with her and she was about to tell him. The anxiety made him clench his fists repeatedly and sweat uncontrollably on his forehead.

Sam left Danny on the edge of the stairs, desperately wanting to know what was wrong with Sam. She felt so reluctant to tell Danny because of how he would feel, and because of how he didn't remember so much as she did.

"I'm sorry...it's just..." Sam cried, as she hid her face in her arms as she began to cry more in fear of telling Danny.

"Sam, it's killing me that you're not telling me what's wrong with you. Here, I'll take you to my room." Danny stated as he took a quick look around before transforming and lifting Sam into his room.

Sam didn't hesitate when Danny lifted her up and placed her onto his bed, where then she had another flashback that further confirmed Danny was the father.

The climaxing of the scene, Danny pushing in and out of her faster and faster before she could feel the intense rush of fluids secreting from her insides and Danny's semen filling up her insides deeply as she felt the liquid gush into her and as Danny pulled out she felt gravity steal some of it away from her as it stained Danny's bed sheets.

Danny laid beside her and kissed her heavily before whispering 'I love you' and then dozing off to sleep cuddling her.

"I remember more..." She stated under her tears, biting her lip shortly afterwards.

"What, what do you remember?" Danny asked, edging even closer to Sam with an arm over her shoulder in support and comfort.

Sam sniffled, before she looked at Danny and took in a deep breath before she explained. "It was when we had just finished, I remember feeling you inside me filling me up with your fertile liquid...I was so stupid to think then..." She explained with regret.

And just in that instant, Danny remembered the entire scene Sam had explained to him and more. The crash scene, the moments before they began to make love and the morning after where he woke up to Sam's glistening and naked body. He immediately hid his face in his hands with intense feelings of regret and guilt, now he knew for sure that he could've been the father of the child, but he knew it to be too late now.

"It felt...so pleasurable...I can't believe we forgot." Sam cried softly, grabbing Danny's pillow and hugging it tightly.

Danny remembered the feeling of intense pleasure as they both climaxed at the same time, he felt so careless and stupid to forget too. But he was glad to know that his mistake was resolved and someday they would do this again but safer.

"I do too, I wish we remembered protection. But, it was for the best. Since you had that abortion we have nothing to worry about."

And in that moment was when Sam cried even louder and buried her face even deeper into the pillow. Danny jumped at Sam's sudden change in volume but grew confused and deeply worried as to why all of a sudden she was crying more severely than before.

"Sam?" Danny asked in an intense feeling of anxiety and worry.

"I'm so stupid! Why did I ever think of doing this to myself!?" She cried underneath the pillow.

"Sam, tell me please! What's wrong? Why are you beating yourself up over this?"

Sam lifted her head slowly from the pillow, wiping her tears with her arm before looking at Danny's baby blue eyes that made water blur her vision once again.

"Because...because...I'm still pregnant!" She cried before deeply burying herself into the pillow again in tears.

Danny felt his whole world shatter into a million pieces the moment he heard that sentence. Sam was still pregnant...with his child. What was he going to do? What were they going to do more importantly? A million thoughts and emotions ran through Danny faster than anything, it made him clench his fists and close his eyes tightly in intense rush of anger, regret, sadness and countless other emotions.

"Are you sure?" Danny asked quietly, after a full minute of silence.

Sam nodded, still hiding her face away from Danny. He could hear Sam apologising to him under the pillow. It was a moment later that she felt arms wrapping themselves around her body, she gently let go of the pillow to see Danny hugging her tightly with his eyes closed and tears flowing down his cheeks.

She too embraced in the sudden reaction Danny gave to what she told him. It was a long and embracing moment full of tears and heavy breaths.

"We can get through this." Danny assured her. "Just the two of us."
