Well, here's another Chapter right before I go back to school for 3 more weeks and then I have no idea what's going on with school. So I apologize for not giving much detail about where Sam was living after what happened in the chapter before that. I'll make it clearer in this Chapter.
Also, I'm not sure how I should pace everything after kinda resolving their amnesia so...any ideas? I don't want to rush it too much but I don't want to drag it out too long... :/ Let me know what you think I should do. :)
Anyways, on with the Chapter! :D

It had been quiet times with the Manson's for more than a month now, Pamela had let her daughter stay but they would never speak or make eye contact, Sam's grandmother tried to reason with them but their hatred for each other grew stronger that it frustrated her grandmother. Sam wanted to leave the house and find her own, but wanted some things to be resolved first, and she found it too big a push since she was already expecting two kids in less than seven months.
Danny and Sam hadn't told anyone except for Tucker that they were going to have twins; she decided to tell her parents when the time was right. Then she realised that the right time may never come. The strong hatred between the Fenton's and the Manson's was a similar story to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet tale. She just wished that everyone would get along but knowing the reality of the situation, there wasn't anything that was going to make this any better.
It was another day at Fenton Works and Danny was upstairs on his phone talking to Jazz. He had told her about how they were expecting twins and how the situation with Sam and her parents was very tight, as was his with Jack and Maddie.
"Look, this all needs to stop. You're eighteen now, you should be able to make your own choices and do what you want. I did and it seems that mom and dad are okay with it, but why not you?"
"My situation's different; you didn't have a boyfriend who knocked you up." Danny stated, feeling glum and guilty as he looked down at the floor.
Jazz sighed; annoyed that Danny was feeling guilty about himself again. "Listen to me, Danny. I know you've made mistakes before, and I can think of a real big ghostly one you made in the past but look how that turned out. You're a hero and defender of this town. Honestly, accidents may seem wrong at the start, but in the end they turn out to be the best accident." Jazz explained with a wise smile.
Danny rubbed his face multiple times, trying to understand what Jazz was talking about. He does remember that getting his ghost powers at first was a mistake he wanted to undo, but now he learnt from them and used them for good. He started to think that it could work the same way with his current situation, but worried whether it would work for Sam too.
"How about Sam? Would this kind of thing work for her too?" Danny asked worryingly.
"I don't know...it might. But from what I heard she has help of her own." She replied with a smile of hope.
Danny raised an eyebrow of confusion, he wasn't sure what Jazz meant by Sam already seeking help from someone else. He wasn't sure who she was getting help from; there were numerous possibilities that frustrated him into asking Jazz who it was.
"Jazz, who's helping her? Do you know who?"
"I believe it's someone very close to her, and is much like me if you must ask." Jazz ended with a small chuckle. "Don't worry; I think she'll have help of her own." She assured him.
He rubbed his face again, unsure of what to say to his parents. He knew that there was a way to fix things, unfortunately he couldn't break to his parents that him accidentally getting ghost powers was what saved the town from all those ghosts.
"Okay..." Danny replied awkwardly. "But I still don't know what to say to mom and dad. I can't tell them about my ghost powers being an accident and now they're good. What do I say to them?" He asked, in desperate need of help.
He could hear Jazz humming on the other side of the phone in thought. "Good question. I mean it does help with you but I don't know how it could help with mom and dad. I guess you'll just have to say what you think is right. Tell them about your ghost powers even. Whatever choice, make sure you think it's the right one." Jazz explained with a caring tone and smile.
Danny sighed, knowing that it was going to be difficult to talk to his parents, and yet he was still deeply concerned about Sam and who was giving her help. Danny raised an eyebrow in suspicion that it was Jazz but he didn't ask, as he had to figure out what he was going to say to his parents.
"Alright, I'll call you later." Danny replied, giving another heavy sigh.
He placed his phone on his bedside table and lay down vertically on his bed, making his head hang over the edge as he stared at the wall, almost emotionless looking but deep in worry and anxiety.
"What should I tell them? Or should I tell them about my ghost powers? I mean they have brought good to me and everyone else...but I don't think they'll be able to take it all in one hit." He said to himself, getting off his bed and pacing himself back and forth in his room.
Danny knew for a fact that his kids would have ghost powers too, it was in his genes and no doubt had made their way into Sam's body and created two unborn children. He had to tell them in some way that accidents happen but they can become better while also making them acknowledge that he was eighteen and able to make his own decisions.
They had said yes to Jazz leaving, but said no to Danny. The real reason was because they didn't want him to go yet, they were still attached to him, and the excuse they had been giving was for the fact that Danny made some wrong decisions that lead to him changing Sam's life forever.
Learning was the key; it was the key to making accidents turn into miracles. He just had to tell his parents that, but knowing their stubbornness and protectiveness of him would get the best of them and simply state 'no.' He had to convince them somehow.
Meanwhile, Sam's grandmother was having a similar talk to Sam about what she should say to them, knowing that this silence between everyone can't last forever, and would just burst at the wrong time.
"You need to say that this will turn out all okay. If this wasn't meant to happen then would you still be as happy as you are now with him and his child?" She asked, wrapping an arm around her granddaughter in support.
"I'm just glad they're out at the moment so we can talk about this." Sam said with relief and a smile as she looked at her grandmother.
"I am too, dear." She replied.
Sam sighed as she looked down and rubbed her stomach, feeling unsure of whether she was actually happy with what happened.
"I don't know...it feels wrong in some way but in another way it feels like this was meant to happen."
Her grandmother nodded in reply with a gentle caring smile. "It was indeed meant to happen. Just like you were." She assured her, reminding her that she too was not meant to even be born.
Sam's eyes widened in sudden realisation, before she could say anything her grandmother spoke again.
"You just need to make your mother see that these things happen, but they always turn out good in the end. Learning how to overcome them is key, avoiding them leads to more destruction later in life."
With every word she said, make Sam understand everything more and more clearer. She had a much better understanding of what to say, but still worried if it will help repair the bond between her and her mother.
"You're right grandma. I can't believe how wise you've become over the years." She stated with a bright smile.
"I know I am. Now you go upstairs and think about what I said to you while I wait for your parents to come home so we can all arrange a sit down together."
It suddenly clicked in Sam's head as she started to get up; she had to think of something up as soon as possible. She felt like she needed more time than an hour or so.
"Wait, I'm going to talk to them tonight?" Sam asked, seeming shocked and disturbed.
"That's right; I know you can think of something in time. They won't be back till five so you've got plenty of time, dear." Her grandmother assured her.
Sam smiled in reply, loving that her grandmother was a great confidence builder for her. After she got up, she hugged her and then went upstairs into her room to have time to herself to think about what she was going to say to her parents.
It was mostly her mother that she needed to talk to, as her father was only supporting what Pamela agreed and disagreed on.
She stood in front of her mirror and began to talk out all the possible things she could explain to her parents. There were just so many things that came to mind that she couldn't think of a straight line to follow. She knew that focusing on just one would eventually lead to the other points that had to be made, but she had to start somewhere. She needed a base; she needed the most important point to come first.
It was her rights that must come first, her rights meant her making her own decisions in life, even more so now that she was eighteen. Her rights had to come first, she had to explain to her parents that she was eighteen and able to make her own choices in life. Her parents needed to accept what she done with Danny was meant to happen, and there's nothing that it'll make it better but letting it happen, letting it flow.
She started acting out exactly what she would say to them.
"Mom, Dad...I know you think I've made the wrong decisions in life but believe me they are good...I know that you have made wrong decisions too but look how they turned out. They turned out okay in the end..."
Sam was feeling unsure, yet making progress with what she was going to say to them. Pamela and Jeremy were going to be shocked and surprised when they hear that they're all going to have a sit down together and talk everything out.
It was back at Fenton Works that made it troublesome times for Danny. He knew exactly what to say but didn't know how to get his parent's attention without complicating the situation. He decided to stay up in his room all day and not come down for dinner. That way he knew his mother would later come up with his cold plate of food and lecture him about not eating.
It was nearing 5pm, dinner wasn't due for another hour or so but Danny felt the numbers crunching down after every minute that passed. He wanted to call Jazz again to help him but knew that she would only say that he had to say what he thought was right. He also wanted to call Sam too, but worried whether he should or he shouldn't. He wanted to know who was helping her out, his one suspicion was Jazz but he started to doubt it.
He felt as though there could be someone much closer to her than Jazz, but he didn't know who else there was that shared a strong bond with Sam.
So he stayed in his room, constantly changing what he wanted to say to his parents and feeling indecisive of whether he was happy with how things turned out between him and Sam. He remembered the crash, the lovemaking and the miracle of seeing two unborn children on a monitor.
It all became much clearer to him, and it was becoming clearer to Sam as well.
The car pulled into the driveway, Pamela and Jeremy unlocked the front door and saw that she was sitting in her support chair looking at them suspiciously.
"You two need to have a word with your daughter." She stated firmly, folding her arms.
Pamela handed the keys to Jeremy and folded her arms while giving an aggressive look. "Why?" She asked.
"You need to talk with her this instant!"
Jeremy placed the keys on the counter and looked upstairs to see that Sam's door was wide open and that he could hear her talking to herself. He walked back over to Pamela while keeping his eyes on Sam's room until he focused all his attention to his wife.
"Why do we need to? She's staying with us and not leaving to be with a Fenton!" Jeremy stated firmly, pointing a finger.
She rolled her eyes and called Sam down for her parents. "Sam, you can come down now."
Sam heard her grandmother call out to her, she almost jumped when she heard her voice, but then she took in a deep breath before slowly emerging from her room and walking down the stairs, constantly looking at her grandmother whose stern look turned into a caring smile within the blink of an eye.
They all sat around the table in silence, no one spoke until Sam's grandmother started it off.
"Now, how about we start with this pregnancy?" She stated, looking towards Sam.
Pamela sighed in frustration, hiding her face from her own daughter. "What about it? We already know the father and everything!"
"That's just it. You only know that I'm pregnant and who the father is. I know you were made at me from the beginning but I noticed you went worse when I told you who the father was!" Sam cried, trying to hold back her tears. "What is with you guys and the Fenton's!? What happened to make all of this into a Romeo and Juliet tale!?"
Pamela and Jeremy looked at each other in thought and worry. They knew Sam was right about making this situation worse by having negativity towards the Fenton's. But then their stern expressions returned as they remembered why they hated them in the first place.
"They are a family of danger, dangers and accidents waiting to happen!" Jeremy stated.
"Their house reeks of ghosts and misfortune!" Pamela added.
Sam knew that telling them about Danny's ghost half would complicate the situation, she began to think about whether she should tell them or not because of the possibility of her kids showing ghost powers right in front of them, including Danny's parents too. How would they take it? She thought, before taking in the key word accident from her father's statement.
"Accidents happen, you can't make them stop, and you can't avoid accidents without learning about them first." Sam explained, with her head tilted downwards, looking sad but serious.
Sam's grandmother nodded with a smile, knowing that Sam was saying the right words to her parents.
"You need to accept what has happened, nothing will change or make it better unless you accept the decision I've made with Danny to stay pregnant."
"Now you listen here Samantha! We don't want you to have his child for the safety or yourself and the rest of our family! I don't want ghost obsessed grandchildren!" Pamela cried, as tears of anger and frustration ran down her face.
"Especially at this time in your life!" Jeremy added, folding his arms firmly.
Sam sighed in frustration; she looked over at her grandmother but only saw that she wasn't going to say anything to help with the situation. Sam had to think about it on her own.
"It was meant to happen, all for the reasons that may seem wrong now but later in life you'll see that accidents can turn into miracles...just like me." She explained, softening her tone at the end, to feel more happy about herself.
Pamela gasped and looked up for a split second, realising that Sam was a mistake and she didn't want to bear a child. Now she realises that she loves her too much to let her go and make her own decisions. Sam was the best mistake she and Jeremy had ever made.
"Jeremy..." She stuttered, putting a hand on his shoulder. "I think she's right..."
Sam could see the tears in her mother's delicate eyes, she knew her explanation was working, and she hoped that it would continue to work. She grew worried when they both stopped talking and only looked at each other looking sorry and upset.
"I think it's time we told you that we're...sorry." Jeremy admitted, resting his hands on the table.
"We only want what's best for you. But seeing how we made the wrong mistake and it turning into someone like you makes me feel that mistakes can be changed."
Sam smiled, but grew worried the second her father said the word 'but'.
"But, we still concerns for some of the choices you've made. And for that, we're allowing you to keep the child on one condition."
She knew her parents too well enough for them to ruin a happy moment.
"You make sure that Danny is a respectable father and doesn't enforce ghost hunting onto them." He stated with a finger pointing at Sam.
Sam smiled, knowing that it was the only way to agree. Although it was a short chat and still loose ends that needed to be tightened up. She had come to an agreement with her parents. She only hoped that Danny's parents would think the same.
Did that explanation feel short? Well to me it kinda did, but when Sam said that to her mom, why wouldn't she break into tears with sudden realisation? I think it's fair to say that something was fixed up. But not everything! ;) Stay tuned for Chapter 27 soon with how Danny takes it with his parents! ^^
