Chapter 5 Declaration of War
I was in a large guild hall filled with wooden tables and benches filled with people. There is a bar and a stage near the back.
In one area of the hall is a man with pink hair and a muffler spitting fire from his mouth and a man in nothing but his underwear with ice forming in his hands fighting each other. A woman with blonde hair and a woman with blue hair were cheering them on.
At a table was a man with long black hair and piercings eating metal. Across from him is a petite woman with light blue hair reading a book. The woman was obviously pregnant.
At another table were three people with white hair who were obviously siblings. At the bar was a woman with brown hair drinking with a man with a fake arm.
In a corner was a young man and woman in their late teens early twenties kissing. The man has short purple hair while the woman has blue hair in twin tails.
I looked down to notice I was in my battle gear.
"Daddy!" Said a little girl's voice I am all too familiar with.
I turn towards the stage to see a five year old girl and a woman with red hair in armor. The girl has my hair color in pigtails and is wearing a red dress.
I smiled as I walked towards the woman and girl. But before I could say anything the scene changed.
The guild hall was destroyed and on fire. Scattered across the rubble are the dead bodies of all the people who were in it.
Standing atop of a pile of rubble was a man in black knight like armor with demonic and futuristic designs on it under a matching black cape. The man has black hair and soulless black eyes. His right arm was raised and is covered in blood as he had pierced the now dead body of the woman in armor. In his left hand is the limp lifeless body of the little girl.
As I tried to move I noticed my body was covered in wounds so bad I couldn't move.
I screamed in anger, pain, and guilt before I realized I was in a white space, my inner world. I noticed I was in my true form. I looked like I was cut from the night sky with gold stars and a red aura outlining my form. Devil horns are coming from my forehead, a red and gold ten point star shaped halo over my head, a dragon like tail coming from my lower back, and from my back are two hand like wings. The only things on my featureless face are my red glowing eyes.
"Are you ok Otou-sama?" Asked a delicate female voice.
I looked up to see Ddraig with three women standing in front of him.
The one in the center looks like a Kitsune in human form with peach colored skin wearing black miko clothes with red accents under gold samurai torso and shoulder armor that exposed a lot of cleavage that it wasn't funny. She has long red hair tied up in a ponytail that went to her feat with matching fox ears. Her hair covered her left eye while still leaving her right uncovered. Three tails sprout from her back side. A red one that ended in a blade, a gold one ending in a two pronged fork, and a black one ending with an arrow head. Her face was that of a goddess with blue eyes.
The woman to the left of her looks like a succubus with a body out of this world. Her red clothes looked demonic but only covered the bare minimum with most of her breasts and ass being revealed. She had high heeled boots that goes to her knees and fingerless gloves that go to her elbows. She has unearthly white skin and purple eyes. The horns around her head form a tiara which poked out of her short pink hair. Cute little devil wings and tail sprang from her waist.
These are the spirit forms of Nexus and Ravager respectively. You know the Japanese legend were once an object reaches a certain age it gains a consciousness. Well it's true. I knew Ravager had a consciousness, being a Grand Abomination in all, but for the longest time I couldn't talk to her directly and only to change her form until I came to the world of Bleach. That is when I was able to talk to her and found out that Nexus has a consciousness as well when I made them my Zanpakutos.
The third woman looks like Kaguya from Naruto but with a body to rival Nexus and Ravager. Her horns, which were red, look more like dragon horns instead of rabbit ears. Her Byakugan were gold instead of white and her Rinne-Sharingan is black with red lines and tomoe. Her hair is black while her clothes, which also reveal some cleavage, are gold with red trim with Japanese dragon like designs on the hem of her dress and sleeves. She has eleven black dragon tails with each tip covered in a different chakra nature: fire, wind, lightning, earth, water, yin, yang, ice, wood, storm, and lava. She is the source of the voice.
"I'm fine, Ryuhime. Just the nightmare I can't forget. " I said as I stood up straight.
Ryuhime, aka the Eleven Tailed Dragon, is a tailed beast I made from Kaguya's DNA, the chakra of all nine tailed beasts and various kekkai genkai holders, and other creatures made from chakra so I can use any jutsu I want when I was in Naruto.
Nexus, Ravager, Ryuhime, and Ddraig are the closet individuals that live inside me to my heart.
"The death of your first wife and child, right?" Ddraig asked with a worried look on his face.
"Yeah." I said in a sad tone before noticing I was crying.
"Damn dragon. You made master cry." Ravager said in anger as Fury's whip appeared in her hands in an instant.
"Ravager stop." I ordered the spirit as I wiped the tears away.
"Sorry master." Ravager said as the whip disappeared as fast as it appeared.
"I'm still trying to figure you out how you and Nexus became female. Since the two of you were made from my power, I thought like most Zanpakuto spirits, you two would be my gender." I said plainly.
"But you like it this way any way." Ravager said cutely as she sandwiched her breasts together while performing a seductive pose.
"True but your name still means to deal damage not indulge in one's lust." I retorted.
Nexus walks up to me and in an act that surprised me, she hugged me.
"It's rare for you to hug me, my little tsundere." I said with a smile after recomposing myself and hugging her back.
"Please remember, my master, that you have the four of us, the others that live inside your soul, and the loved ones and friends you have made throughout your travels. We all care for you and want you to move on from the black parts of your past." She said as she tightened the hug.
"You are talking way too much today. You need to stop and breath." I said jokingly. Nexus is like me when I was human. Quiet, rarely talks to others except those close to her, and hard to express her emotions without make it something big.
"Please." Nexus begged in a sad tone as she pressed her face into my chest.
"I will and thank you Nexus." I said softly as I petted her head.
After a bit Nexus undid the hug.
"You better be grateful." Nexus huffed as she turned around.
"I am. Also, thank you Nexus, Ravager, Ryuhime for not being at the meeting with Reverse. I know you three don't like Reverse because of the way he abused the three of you." I said in gratitude.
"It was nothing Otou-sama. We would never be able to control ourselves around him." Ryuhime said with a nod.
Reverse, my inner darkness that sleeps in my soul. Even though he is a Multiverser because we share a body, he was so close in turning into an Antiverser, the polar opposite of a Multiverser that serves The End that wants nothing more than to destroy everything.
"Ddraig, you're the lucky one." Ravager said to the dragon
"Thank the Multiverse that I wasn't around back then. It would have been hell being controlled by that bastard." Ddraig said in a relieved yet angered tone.
Then the sound of an alarm went off.
"It's time to get up. I'll see you all later." I said as I waved at my friends.
I wake up in my room, in human form, covered in sweat. As I got out of bed I turned off my alarm.
After a while I and Asia were off to school.
"Ken-san." Asia said nervously.
"What is it, Asia?" I asked.
"I heard you scream last night. Are you ok?" Asia said with a worried face.
"I'm fine. I just had a bad dream is all." I said with a smile.
"If you want to talk, I'll gladly listen." Asia said.
"It's about something I am not ready to talk about just yet." I said as a sad look formed on my face as I remembered what had happened.
"When you are ready to talk, I'll listen." Asia said with a comforting smile.
"Thank you, Asia." I said as I smiled back.
It was after school. I spent most of the breaks in between classes sleeping because I didn't sleep all that well from the dream. In order to cheer myself up I thought I would get a laugh out of the perverted duo's antics. I was sitting in a tree watching the duo getting chase and then beaten up by Koneko while I was eating from a bucket of popcorn.
At the ORC meeting I showed Impmon and Koneko the photos I took of the duo's beating. I noticed Rias didn't look all that well.
"You ok Buchou?" I asked to distract her.
No response.
"Hello! Earth to Rias Gremory." I said as I walked up to her desk.
"Huh. What?" Rias said as she came back to reality.
"Are you ok?" I asked again.
"Yes. I am fine. Just a bit distracted is all." Rias said with a forced smile.
"If you say so." I said as I went back to my seat.
'With the way Rias is acting coupled with my dream and the duo's beating. I say Riser is about to show up.' I thought as everyone but Rias and Akeno left for the day.
I spent the rest of my time before bed playing Megaman ZX on my 3DSXL just to get my mind off things and to not think about Dread or Reverse right now. After beating the game for literally the trillionth time on hard mode, I went to bed.
'Nexus. Ravager. Ryuhime. Ddraig. Are you guys ready for the battle with Riser?' I asked my partners as I stared up at the ceiling.
'Ready to go anytime.' Ddraig replied.
'Same goes for me and Nexus.' Ravager said in agreement.
'I as well, Otou-sama.' Ryuhime replied.
'Good because this is not just a fight for Rias but to also show Dread I am not as weak as I was back then.' I said with determination as I lift a set of thirteen golden keys and a sword with a blue winged shaped guard up above my head.
'What I don't get is why an Antiverser would spare you, his opposite, when you guys are at war with each other.' Ddraig said in a curious tone.
'I don't know. Maybe since I was still a greenhorn at the time, he was trying to turn me to his side. He nearly succeeded if it was not for Duncan. Or maybe he just didn't care.' I added as I made the keys and sword disappear. After a few moments of silence a red magic circle appeared in my room.
Rias appeared from the circle with a desperate look on her face.
"What's up Rias?" I asked as I sat up on my bed.
Before Rias said anything she began to take her clothes off.
I just stared with a red face until she was in nothing but her panties and she got on top of me.
"Ken, I need you to take me." Rias said desperately.
"Wha… what?!" I said in a stupor because a man's brain cannot process those sweet and angelic words.
"I need you to take me now." Rias said as she leaned in to kiss me.
But before our lips met I regained my senses and moved her to arm's length.
"Stop, Rias. This isn't right." I said with a serious look on my face.
"Why? I noticed how you look at me from time to time. Don't you want this? Am I not good enough for you?" Rias said with a desperate tone.
"First. You should never lose your first in desperation. You'll regret it. Second. I am the one not good enough for you. And don't think it's because you are a noble and I'm your servant. To me you're Rias, the kind and loving young woman that I would die for, not Rias the heiress of the Gremory family." I said with a serious look on my face.
This left Rias speechless with a look of surprise on her face.
"I've done thing that would label me a monster after the death of my first love. And because of that it is hard for me to return another's feelings of love. Yes I care deeply about you and I would do anything to see you smile. But this, this will not make you smile. It will do the exact opposite of that." I said with determination in my voice.
Before Rias could say anything Grayfia appeared from a white magic circle.
"Rias-sama this is unbecoming of the heiress of the Gremory House." Grayfia said as she began to pick up Rias clothes.
"Sup Grayfia?" I asked as I looked away from the half-naked Rias.
Grayfia looked over at me before her stone face changed into one of shock.
"It has been a while Ken-sama." Grayfia said politely as her face returned to normal.
"It has." I said as a small smile formed on my face from seeing Grayfia's face.
"Grayfia, you know Ken?" Rias asked as she covered her breasts with her arms.
"This man is a mercenary that has been hired by the Maoh several times. But what I don't get is why I wasn't informed that you became a devil, Ken-sama? And that the Ken Rias-sama talks about was you." Grayfia said in reply.
"That was me. I asked Ajuka to keep it a secret until I said so and I want it to stay that way. Besides I only gave you my first name." I said with a serious tone.
"I will have to inform Sirzechs-sama, though." Grayfia said as she regained her composure.
"As long as it's just him, it's fine." I said as I stared at Grayfia with a threatening look.
"As you wish. Rias-sama we need to leave." Grayfia said as she made a new magic circle.
"Ok Grayfia." Rias said as she got off of me and took her clothes from Grayfia.
"Rias, I promise you. I'll free you from that birdbrain playboy." I said with a wide smile as Rias and Grayfia teleported away.
"Sup pretty boy." I said as Asia and I met up with Kiba after school the next day.
"Nothing. What about you?" Kiba asked.
"Getting ready to beat up a flaming chicken." I said with a smirk.
Kiba had a confused look on his face until he realized what I meant.
"You know about Riser?" Kiba asked in shock.
"Buchou is my master. As her servant I know about her status and the annoying things that come with it." I said with an angered look on my face.
"Who's Riser?" Asia asked.
"Riser Phenex, a stuck up playboy asshole who Buchou is being forced to marry." I said as my eyes, for a nanosecond, flashed red before we entered the club room.
In the room are Rias, Akeno, and Grayfia.
"Before Riser gets here. Can you get me my usual, Grayfia?" I asked the maid as I sat down on one of the couches.
"Right away, Ken-sama." Grayfia said as she made a bottle of scotch appear on the table with a glass filled with ice.
"Thanks." I said as I poured a glass and took a drink.
"Ken, are you not under aged?" Akeno asked me.
"I have a permit." I said as I took another drink before refilling the glass.
Then in a flash of orange light Riser appeared.
"It's been a while since I came to the human world. I've come to see you Rias." Riser said as he held his arms out as if waiting for a hug.
"And there goes by buzz." I said in a deadpan tone as I finished my glass and put it on the table.
After a bit I was standing across from Rias and Riser with the others, as the asshole rubbed his hand up and down Rias's leg.
'Keep it together. Just have to wait for the Rating Game and I can teach this ass hat and all others a lesson.' I told myself as I had a fake smile on my face with a blood vessel throbbing on my forehead.
"Riser I have said this before. I will not marry you." Rias said in an angry tone as she stood up to get away from the creep.
"But Rias it's our duty to continue our pure blood line as the number of pure bloods has shrunk greatly because of the Great War." Riser said as he stood up as well.
"I know my responsibilities but I will marry the person I love." Rias said to the creep.
"Now Rias you need to see reason." Riser said in an obviously fake sincere tone.
"She said she will not marry you." I yelled.
"Who are you?" Riser said in a threatening tone.
"The man that's going to kick your ass." I said in reply.
"Stop!" Grayfia ordered.
"If you say so, Ultimate Queen." Riser said as he and I backed off from each other.
"Since it has come to this. I will proclaim my master's orders. If Rias-sama has stated her intentions then a Rating Game, ten days from now, between Rias-sama and Riser-sama will be held. If Rias-sama wins the engagement will be canceled but if Riser-sama wins then Rias-sama is to return to the underworld immediately." Grayfia stated.
"Brother said that." Rias said in shock.
"A Rating Game?" Asia asked in confusion.
"It's where high class devils compete with their servants for prestige." Kiba explained.
"If Lucifer orders this then I can't say no. But to let you know Rias. I have won many time in the official games." Riser boasted.
"I accept those conditions." Rias said in agreement.
"Rias, are these your only servants?" Riser asked as he looked at us.
"Yes. Why do you ask?" Rias asked in annoyed tone.
Riser then snapped his finger. In an instant fifteen women appeared in a flash of orange light.
"I have a complete set. That means I have fifteen servants." Riser said arrogantly.
"We get it. You have a harem. Can you leave now." I said in an annoyed tone.
"Watch your place!" Said a girl with a bo staff as she charged at me.
I dodged her attack and, with a flick to her forehead, send her flying into the wall.
"Take your servants and leave." I ordered as I gave Riser a death glare.
"I will see you in ten days Rias." Riser said as one of his servants picks up the staff girl and leaves with a magic circle.
"Everyone get packed. We are going to train." Rias ordered.
"Yes ma'am!" We said in unison as I got an idea.
I take out my smart phone and went to my contacts. I scrolled through until I came to a photo of a woman in a black skin tine leather suit, with glasses, and black hair done up but still a lot hanging from the top. I dialed the number and waited for the person to pick up the phone.
"Hello." A sultry female voice said.
"Hay, Bayonetta. I have a favor to ask." I said as a smile formed on my face.
"Anything for you love." Said Bayonetta with a happy tone.
After about twenty minutes of calling in favors, I hanged up my phone.
"Buchou." I said to get Rias's attention.
"Yes?" Rias said as she looked at me.
"Can you prepare for five more people where we are going?" I asked with a big smile.
"Sure. But may I ask why?" Rias asked with a curious tone.
"I called in some favors to get everyone a trainer." I said as everyone was shocked at what I said,
"You got everyone a trainer. Why?" Rias asked.
"So that everyone can see that we of the Gremory mean business and if we trained by ourselves we would only close the gap between us and Riser by only a little." I said seriously
"If we trained by ourselves, we would still win but with only me and you left and people would think we won by a mere fluke." I explained.
"I see. I'll get right on it." Rias said as she began to make preparations.
It was the next day and everyone is walking on a trail in the mountains.
I opted to carry all the supplies, so I have a massive backpack on my back.
"Are you sure you don't need help?" Kiba asked me for the tenth time.
"I told you I'm fine." I said in an annoyed tone.
"Thank you senpai." Koneko said in her monotone voice.
"No problem, Koneko-chan." I said with a smile. Hopefully I can help her out with her sister in the future.
"We can train all we want here as there is a barrier around the area." Rias explained as we reached a mansion.
"Now to get the trainers here." I said as I dropped off the backpack near the entrance.
"How are you going to do that?" Akeno asked.
"I need to draw some magic circles. It will take some time. So I suggest you all get changed while I draw them." I said as I dug some chalk out of the back pack.
After about ten minutes I finished drawing the last magic circle and everyone comes out in jerseys.
"These are very elaborate." Akeno said as she examined the circles.
"We are inside a barrier plus the people I've called in are outside my normal range." I said as I stood in front of the circles. I closed my eyes and began to take in natural energy to us as an anchor. This caused markings to appear around my eyes and four horns to come out the side of my head. I have entered Snake Sage Mode.
I could feel Koneko shaking a bit from here.
After the magic circles flashed white and my sage mode dissipating, two women were standing in the center of the first circle. In the second circle is a man in a black trench coat with long silver hair and an extra-long samurai sword. In the third is a girl in her late teens with short brown hair in a red school girl's uniform. Her eyes were closed and she has a smile on her face. In the last circle was a woman with long black hair braided in the front in a black kimono.
Both the women in the first circle were in high heels and skin tight leather outfits, one black and one red. The one in black has short black hair and glasses while the one in red has long platinum blonde hair and has cat like goggles.
"Intros are in order. The one in black leather is Bayonetta. She will teaching Akeno. The one in red is Jeanne. She's my sparring partner. The man's name is Sephiroth, he'll be training Kiba. The girl in the uniform is Chiffon Fairchild, Koneko's teacher. And last but not least, Retsu Unohana, Asia's teacher. Bayonetta. Jeanne. Sephiroth. Chiffon. Retsu. These are Rias, Akeno, Kiba, Koneko, and Asia." I said as I introduced everyone.
"Hello Retsu-san. I'll be in your care." Asia said to the female Shinigami.
"And I'll be in your's, Asia-chan." Retsu said with a smile.
"Ken said you are good with a blade. I expect a lot from you since he complimented you." Sephiroth said to Kiba.
"I understand. Just looking at you I can tell you are strong." Kiba said in respect.
"Hello Koneko-chan. It's nice to meet you." Chiffon said with a smile.
"Like wise. Chiffon-san." Koneko said in her normal voice.
"I need to teach this little one?" Bayonetta asked me about Akeno.
"Ufufu. I see I need to teach the lesson." Akeno said as lightning began to discharge from her hand.
"Yes you are going to teach Akeno. Just don't teacher her the summonings without my permission." I said as I stopped a fight from breaking out.
"Is it ok for them to be together?" Rias asked me as sparks flew between Akeno and Bayonetta.
"The best teacher for a magic wielding sadist is another magic wielding sadist." I said with a smile.
"Oh boy." Rias said with a sigh.
"Ok everyone! Break up and start training. Be back at sun down." I said and everyone did just that. The only ones left are me, Rias, and Jeanne.
"Jeanne let me get change and we can get started." I said as I headed in to the mansion to change.
"It's been a while since we last sparred. I can't wait." Jeanne said with a smile.
"Ken." Rias said.
"Yes?" I asked as I turned around.
"Didn't you say you have a trainer for everyone?" Rias asked me.
"Yes I did. I'm going to be yours." I said in reply.
"Can I ask why?" Rias asked with an intrigued tone.
"Out of all of your servants, I am the only one with real combat and leadership experience." I said as I entered the mansion.
"I can see a resemblance." Jeanne said.
"Excuse me?" Rias asked.
"You resemble Erza." Jeanne said with a serious tone.
"Who's Erza?" Rias asked with a curious tone.
"Ken's first love." Jeanne said.
"You've met her?" Rias asked with a surprised look on her face.
"No. She died before I met Ken and I have only seen a picture of her." Jeanne said.
"Then how do you know I resemble her?" Rias asked.
"Ken talks about her in a drunken stupor on the anniversary of her death. He said she was a bit head strong but overly kind and radiates love and determination. And I can see all that in you." Jeanne stated.
"How can you tell all that from just looking at me?" Rias asked.
"I've been around for a while, so I can tell. Plus, I'm a high school teacher. So I can read little girls like you as if you're an open book. I can even tell you have feelings for Ken." Jeanne said with a wink.
"I don't know what you are talking about." Rias said with a blush.
"Sorry it took so long." I said as I came out of the mansion. I am in a gold leather biker outfit that fit my body like a second skin with red accents that is divided into a pair of pants and a long sleeved shirt. I have custom red combat boots equipped with magically modified desert eagles that are black in color. I have another pair of the guns in holsters on my waist. There is a cloak like Bayonetta's in the second game but made of red feathers and my hair looks like I went Super Sayian Three.
"Ken. What happened to your hair?" Rias asked with a red face as she looked at my form fitting outfit.
"When using Umbra magic, the user's hair grows out." I said as I began to stretch.
"Umbra magic is the type of magic Bayonetta and I use because we are Umbra Witches. Ken is the only male to ever learn our magic." Jeanne explained as she drew All 4 One.
"Rias. While we spar. I'll be talking to you about the game." I said as I drew my guns, named Straga.
"Ok." Rias said with a nod.
"Ladies first." I said to Jeanne with a smile.
"With pleasure." Jeanne said as she charged, thus starting our sparring match.
After a minute of blocking and dodging bullets and kicks, I asked Rias her first question.
"Rias. Who is our opponent in the game?" I asked.
"Riser Phenex. Why do you ask a question you already know that answer to?" Rias replied in an annoyed tone.
"Just humor me. Next question. What are the powers of the Phenex clan?" I said as I dodged a shot from one of Jeanne's leg guns.
"Control over fire and wind and immortality." Rias said in reply.
"And?" I asked trying to get her to remember something very important about the Phenex clan and the Rating Game.
"And what? There's nothing else they can do." Rias stated.
"Phoenix Tears." I states as Jeanne dodged a shot from the gun in my right hand.
"How can I forget about that? This is embarrassing." Rias said as she hanged her head down.
"You're not old enough for a real game. So you don't know the rules. So don't be embarrassed." I said as I backed flipped away from Jeanne.
"Phoenix Tears?" Jeanne asked.
"A healing item that can only be made by those of the Phenex clan. It can heal any wound: reattach a severed limb, make a lethal wound not lethal, and grow back destroyed organs. But in the Rating game each team only gets one." I explained as I fired a few rounds at Jeanne.
"But with his immortality, Riser wouldn't use it." Rias stated.
"Riser himself wouldn't use it but that doesn't mean one of his servants can't use it. So next question. Who among Riser's servants will most likely have the Tears?" I asked as Jeanne dodged my shots by spinning to her right.
"It would most likely be his queen. His strongest piece." Rias answered.
"Correct. And to prepare for it, I collected on an old debt." I said as Jeanne and I clashed again.
After my spar with Jeanne and my talk with Rias was done, I noticed we destroyed the area a bit.
"Time to clean up I guess." I said as I pulled out the ring of golden keys and selected the one I wanted.
"What are those?" Rias asked as she examined the keys.
"Celestial Spirit Keys. These let me summon a spirit modeled after one of the eighty-eight constellations with the corresponding key." I explained as I held out the key I selected.
"Were did you get them?" Rias asked.
"Some friends of mine died and I took ownership of their keys as I'm good friends with the spirits." I said as a dark look took my face for only a moment as I half lied.
When Dread attacked the guild, some of our friends were at the hall as well for Suezy's birthday. Sting. Rogue, Yukino, Lector, and Frosh from Sabertooth, the Trimen from Blue Pegasus, and Lyon and his group from Lamia Scale. They tried to stop Dread like everyone else only to die like them. When Reverse took over, he/I took everyone's magic items and knowledge to remember them but it all became twisted and the spirits turned into their Eclipse forms. After Reverse was sealed, it took some time to befriend Loke and the others again.
"Open gate of the virgin, Virgo." I said as the maid spirit appeared in a puff of pink smoke.
"You called master?" Virgo asked with a bow.
"Yes. Can you help me clean up the mess Jeanne and I made?" I asked Virgo with an embarrassed look on my face.
"As you wish." Virgo said as she got to work.
"Not what you'd suspect for Virgo." Rias stated as Jeanne nodded in agreement.
"Most spirits are like that. Most of all…" I said before Loke appeared.
"Hello madam, my name is Loke. What's yours?" Loke said in a flirtatious way as he took Rias's hand and kissed it.
"… him." I stated as I punched Loke in the face and away from Rias.
"Who was that?' Rias asked as she looks at Loke.
"Leo the Lion or Loke to his friends. A known ladies man." I said as I walked over to Loke.
"I summon one of you and you just rushed in to flirt with the nearest woman." I said as I helped Loke up.
"Can't help it." Loke said with a laugh.
"And for that, you're a butler for the rest of the day. Help Rias get everything in the mansion ready, while I check on a few things." I said as I began to help Virgo.
"As you wish." Loke said as he headed inside with Rias and Jeanne behind him.
After a few minutes of cleaning up, no one would be able to tell a match between an Umbra Witch and Warlock happened here.
"Thanks for the help Virgo. Can you go see if Rias and Jeanne want anything then start the prep for dinner?" I asked as, with a snap of my fingers, my clothes magically switched to some workout clothes but my hair remained the same.
"What will we be having?" Virgo asked.
"Japanese." I said after a minute or two of thought.
"I will get right on it." Virgo said with a bow before heading in to the mansion.
"Now to check on everyone." I said as I turned into a red wolf and ran into the forest.
I fallowed Kiba's scent until I came to a clearing while still staying out of sight.
Sephiroth doesn't look like he's broken a sweat or even trying for that matter. Kiba, on the other hand, looked tired and was covered in cuts.
'Looks good here.' I thought before fallowing Koneko's scent.
The scene with Koneko and Chiffon is the same as Kiba and Sephiroth's.
'Let's see how Asia is doing.' I said as I ran off.
When I arrived, I found myself in a field of flowers.
"Like this?" Asia asked as she practiced healing kido on some flowers.
"Yes. You are getting the hang of it." Retsu said with a smile.
'Everything's AOK here. All that's left is Akeno.' I thought before I was off once again.
I came to a lake as I looked for Akeno and Bayonetta. When I found them I turned as white as a ghost and ran away in the opposite direction as fast as I could.
"Never… going to… unsee." I stated, still white as a ghost, as I shivered in fear in human form in front of the mansion.
I entered the mansion after returning to normal. I found Rias and Jeanne sipping tea in the living room.
"How's the tea?" I asked the girls.
"Good as always." Jeanne said before taking another sip.
"This is just as good as Akeno's." Rias stated with a smile.
"Good. Now to make dinner." I said as I headed to the kitchen.
After about an hour and some introductions with Virgo and Loke leaving, everyone was enjoying dinner.
"As delicious as always love." Bayonetta said as she took a bite of her food.
"Where did you learn how to cook like this?" Akeno asked as she enjoyed her food.
"My teacher was a short Japanese man named Komatsu who gets easily overwhelmed." I said as I ate.
"Why don't we girls take a bath in the hot spring after dinner?" Rias asked the girls.
All of them agreed except for Retsu.
"Ken would you like to join us?" Rias asked me with a tempting smile.
"That sound lovely." Jeanne said with a seductive smile.
"I… don't mind if you join." Asia said with a blush.
"Join us darling." Bayonetta said in a sultry voice.
"No thanks." I said with a straight face.
"Why not? I'll wash your back… and your front." Akeno said with lust in her eyes.
'Damn it, Cereza. You had to flip her switch." I mentally quipped.
"I want to keep my blood in my body, if you don't mind." I said as I finished my food and went to my room.
After a few days of training, it was the night of the full moon. Time for one of my rituals, drinking under the light of a full moon.
As I was walking down the stairs with various alcoholic drinks, I ran into Rias. She is in a night gown with a book in her hand.
"Can't sleep?" I asked.
"Yes. What about you?" Rias said.
"I drink the night of a full moon." I said with a laugh.
"Can we talk?" Rias asked with slightly red face.
"Fine with me but let's talk outside." I said as we headed for the door.
After a bit we were sitting in a gazebo in the garden behind the mansion.
After I pored my first drink, Rias spoke up.
"Thank you."
"For what?" I asked with a curious tone.
"For all this. Calling in your friends to make us stronger." Rias said with a serious look on her face.
"I don't need thanks. Seeing you smile is good enough for me." I said with a big smile on my face.
My words caused Rias to blush.
"You are good enough." Rias said softly.
"What did you say?" I asked as I couldn't hear what she said.
"You are good enough for me." Rias stated with her face beat red.
I was silent at her words.
"You're determined, kind, and brave. You put so much effort in getting us ready for the Rating Game. So much more than anyone else would or could." Rias stated with conviction in her voice.
"I want to be with you!" Rias yelled.
"Are you sure you want a monster like me?" I asked to see if she really means it.
"I don't care what you did in your past. All I care about is the current you, the person that sees me as me and not as some heiress." Rias said as her face became redder.
'Why does every time a girl does this I always cave.' I mentally said as I sighed.
'Because you're a kind and loving person at heart.' Ravager stated.
I got up and pulled Rias close to me, her face became even redder than before.
"I'm not going to be a replacement for Erza." Rias said as she looked up at me.
"Did Jeanne tell you?" I asked. Rias nodded in acknowledgement.
"I don't expect you to be. I expect you to be Rias, my Rias, and no one else. But you will have to share me Rias." I said with a small smile.
"Why do I have to share you?" Rias asked with a pout.
"We both know Asia, Akeno, and Penemue see me as a romantic interest. And if you haven't notice already by their advances, Bayonetta and Jeanne feel the same. Power attracts, Rias and I have a lot of it, even without the Boosted Gear. So expect more to come to me." I stated as I pulled Rias in even closer, our bodies now pressing up against each other.
"Fine but tonight your mine." Rias said as she went tiptoe to kiss me.
"I wouldn't have it any other way." I said as I leaned in and kissed her.
The kiss felt like heaven and it felt like it lasted forever.
"Do you mind if I stay in your room?" I asked after we broke the kiss.
"I don't mind, especially if it leads to what I think it does." Rias said with a seductive smile.
"Sorry but it'll have to wait until after the Rating Game, think of it as our personal victory celebration. The reason I ask is that when I was grabbing the booze from my room, I saw both Bayonetta and Jeanne in some very kinky lingerie laying on my bed. I barely made it out the door when they tried to use magic to get me into bed." I said with a small laugh.
Rias pouted a little.
"Upset that I'm not a virgin or I said to wait a bit?" I asked Rias.
"A little bit on both but I'm not surprised. You've attracted many women and you've been in love before and you like to take you time with the people you're close to." Rias said as she hugged me.
It is now the next day, which is two days before the Rating Game, and I decided to see everyone's progress.
With everyone else watching, the first up is Kiba.
"This is a serious test to see how you have improved. So come at me with everything you've got." I said as I made Ravager appeared.
Shocked looks appeared on the faces of the other ORC members.
"Ken is that what I think it is?" Rias asked as she stared at the scimitar.
"Yes, Rias, it is. This is Ravager. It's an Abomination like Mortis." I stated. After the fight with Raynare I told the ORC what I told Rias about the Abominations.
"How long have you had it?" Akeno asked with slight fear in her voice.
"A very long time. I am mostly using it today to help you all overcome your fear because we will be dealing with more of them in the future." I said as I made Ravager turn into the sealed form of Senbon Sakura.
'Yea! It's been a while since I was in this lovely pink kimono.' Ravager said in joy.
"It transformed!" The ORC said in shock.
"Each Abomination has a very powerful ability. Ravager's is the power to turn into any weapon it has clashed with. Balance Break." I said as I turned into Issei's Cardinal Crimson Promotion. Unlike Issei's mine has the same number of wings I do, so I have twelve wings with built in cannons.
[Crimson Dragon Balance Breaker!] Said the voice of my sacred gear.
"Even Balance Breaker." Kiba stated.
"And it's a sub-species as well." Rias stated with a look of surprise on her face.
"Yes. This match is over once you manage to damage my armor or you can't continue." I said as I charged Kiba.
He blocked Ravager/Senbon Sakura with his sword but it shattered after I jumped back.
"So much more power than those gauntlets." Kiba stated as he made a new sword.
"That's because Ravager is fully awake unlike the near death Mortis." I said as I got into a two handed stance.
"What do you mean fully awake and near death?" Rias asked me.
"To start off, the Abominations are living weapons and Mortis, the gauntlets that Raynare used, is in its final flickers of life." I said as I maid Mortis, now crimson in color, appear to show everyone.
"So we only saw the power of a dying Abomination." Rias stated.
"Not just a dying one but one that is still asleep. An Abomination is only at full power or awake as I and their creators called it when certain conditions are met." I said as I attacked Kiba again.
"So those conditions have been met for Ravager but not Mortis?" Akeno asked.
"I lack a key item to awaken Mortis as does Dread." I said as I blocked a swing from Kiba.
"So he's here. Why didn't you tell us? We would have come running to help you, love." Bayonetta asked with a worried look on her face.
"Me being selfish I guess." I said as Kiba landed a hit to my shoulder armor, leaving a cut on it.
"The match is over." I said as I undid my battle stance.
"But all I did was scratch you." Kiba said with a surprised look on his face.
"And that's all I asked for. Your sword play and speed have greatly improved. Koneko-chan you're next." I said as Ravager transformed into the Tremor Gauntlets around my arms.
'Not this crappy armor again.' Ravager complained.
"Ready, Koneko-chan?" I asked as I got into a boxing stance.
"Yes, senpai." Koneko said as she got into a battle stance.
"Then let's begin." I said as we began fighting.
"Koneko-chan seems faster." Akeno said in observation.
"That's why Ken called me in. Power type fighters tend to be slow, so I taught her how to keep her speed up while enhancing her strength." Chiffon said with a smile.
Koneko dodged one of my punches before delivering a punch to my faceplate, shattering it.
"Chiffon taught you well." I said with a smile before using magic to repair my armor.
"Thank you Ken-senpai." Koneko said with a bow.
"What for?" I asked as Ravager returned to normal in my right hand.
"Being trained by Chiffon-san taught me what I lack and how to improve." She said with only a faint smile that you would only see if you were paying attention appearing on her face.
"You're welcome Koneko-chan." I said as I patted her on the head.
"Nya." Koneko said quietly.
"Akeno, you ready?" I asked as I made my wings appear and took to the air.
"Ready!" Akeno said as she took to the air with her wings.
"I haven't used this one in a while." I said as I made Ravager take the form of a green pillow with black rings on it.
"How is a pillow a weapon?" Akeno asked me.
"Like this." I said as the pillow began to flout next to me and turn into a silver and gold spear.
'The fairy princess dress. Good choice.' Ravager said.
"What's this spear called?" Akeno asked me.
"It called Chastiefol. It's a spear made from the wood of the sacred tree of the Fairy King's forest." I said as I made said spear fly towards Akeno at high speed.
Akeno used Witch Time to slow down the spear and dodge it.
"A little bit of advice. That trick doesn't work on those who know it." I said as I appeared behind Akeno.
Akeno tried to hit me with an Umbra magic enhanced lightning but as fast as I appeared behind her I was gone.
"You picked up the basics quick. Bayonetta, what's your evaluation?" I said as I dodged another blast of lightning as Ravager/Chastiefol returned to my side.
"She will make an excellent witch." Bayonetta said with a smile.
"Then did Rodin finished it to specs." I asked as I made Chastiefol spin at high speed to block another blast of lightning.
"To a T." Bayonetta said as she tossed me a bracelet with a diamond in the center.
"What's that?" Akeno asked as she looked at the bracelet.
"Bayonetta explained that to use the full power of an Umbra Witch, you need to make a contract, right." I said as I used Chastiefol to cut my now exposed hand. I had the drops of blood land on the diamond on the bracelet. This turned it red.
"Yes but it's not possible without finding a contactor." Akeno stated as I tossed the bracelet to her.
"That will allow you to become contracted to me. This will give you access to a part of my contractors power, just enough to be a real Umbra Witch." I said as Akeno put on the bracelet.
"I don't feel di…" Akeno said before I kissed her.
I can feel the contract forming between Akeno and I.
"It complete." Jeanne said as she saw Akeno's shadow transform.
"What's complete?" Asia said as she and the other's looked at my and Akeno's shadows.
Both shadows look like Jubileus/Queen Sheeva.
"Think of the kiss as a congratulation present." I said with a wink.
"I will." Akeno said with a smile and a blush.
"Now give summoning a try." I said with a smile.
"AVAVAGO!" Akeno said as she strikes a pose and her hair extended into a magic portal.
The head of large dragon like creature rapped in black hair appeared from a large magic portal.
"Gomorrah. Oldie but a goody." I said as the dragon bite down on me but I stopped the mouth from closing with my arms and legs.
"Ken!" Rias yelled in shock.
"I'm ok, Dear." I said as I aimed my twelve cannons into Gomorrah's mouth.
[Fang Blaster Booster!] Said the Scale Mail as twelve laser blasts fired from my cannons and down Gomorrah's throat.
Gomorrah yelled in pain before disappearing into the magic circle.
"To take down such a beast with one shot. What power!" Rias stated.
"But it still allows Akeno to pass." I said as I looked at the damage to my hands and feet.
"I wish we could have continued." Akeno said with a small pout.
"We need to get ready to leave. Maybe another time." I said as I landed on my ass next to Asia and undid my armor.
Asia began to heal my wounds much better than before.
"Thanks, Asia." I said with a smile.
"No problem. Ken-san." Asia said with a smile.
"What do you five want to do? You can stay and watch the Rating Game or I can send you back now." I ask Bayonetta, Jeanne, Sephiroth, Chiffon, and Retsu.
"I'll be heading back." Sephiroth said.
"So will we." Restu said as Chiffon nodded.
"Jeanne and I will stay. We will be participating in the Rating Game in a few years anyway." Bayonetta said as she helped me up.
"What does she mean by that?" Rias asked me even though the look on her face tells me she already knows.
"Bayonetta and Jeanne are my future Bishops." I said with a smile like smirk on my face.
"You already have peerage candidates?" Rias asked me.
"Yes I do. Sephiroth is my only Knight right now. All the others I am working on right now." I said as my smirk widened.
A/N: That was a lot of work but well worth it. Now the members of team Gremory will be stronger than they were in the series. Yes I have my character developing a multidimensional peerage. You need soldiers to fight a war, especially a war between a Multiverser and an Antiverser. An Antiverser is the opposite of a Multiverser. While a Multiverser is meant to protect creation, an Antiverser is meant to destroy creation. VindictiveDunc and ShepardisaBOSS have better explanations than I do as they are the ones that created all the Multiverser stuff. So go check their stuff out, it's really good.
