Chapter 11
~ooOoo~
"You are an IDIOT! Really… you are completely stupid…This is a strange thing for someone like you, (who is supposed to be super smart) to be." Shura said with a tone heavy with sarcasm and flashing green eyes.
The idiot in question only frowned as he poured himself a drink to prevent the venting red head from getting anymore. Rin really wasn't in the mood to get chewed out; it wasn't even his fault. It was just an unfortunate coincidence that Detective Arthur was wandering down the street he had been waiting for his contact and now he was suffering for it. Izumo was currently expressing her frustrations by taking it out onto a screen that now hung in tatters.
The raven growled irritably, "Oi! Stop vandalizing the place Zu-nee!"
The indigo haired woman blushed furiously as she stopped in her tracks and nervously fidgeted with her hands before she lifted her chin defiantly, not yet ready to let go of her anger, "I'm sorry but that man irks me. He is bothersome and...And..."
The azure eyed teen rolled his eyes and took a big swing of the sake in his hands before interrupting the violet eyed woman's furious ranting, "Who doesn't find him completely fucking annoying. The guy is a pompous dick."
The green eyed woman snorted and reached wobbly for the bottle in Rin's hands which he moved elegantly out of her reach while giving her a narrowed eyed glare. Shaking his finger in a 'no, no' gesture he leaned his head back and drained the rest in a couple of gulps wiping the back of his mouth with a smirk in the direction of the frowning Shura.
The red head glared angrily in his direction and bared her teeth in a hiss, "What the fuck, Rin?! Why did you bring him? I hate seeing that asshole. Not to mention that the fact that you've come to his attention. HE WILL USE YOU! And I will not have that."
She punctured every word with an angry fist against the table. It was a loud and resonating 'bang, bang, bang' that caused the young clan leader's frown to deepen with every emphasized word.
"I do not know what to tell you. I had no choice." The raven growled back at her just as peeved.
Leaning back he collapsed against the floor faintly feeling the effects of the alcohol and his exhaustion from his tiring day.
With a bit of an insulted pride he huffed, "As if he could ever manipulate me. He got lucky tonight but he won't again."
With a lopsided grin the raven gave the two women a slightly intoxicated giggle and teasing wink,
"Besides you two have my back."
"Have you two seen Ginta and Tetsou around? I had a little spat with them..." Rin added as if it was an afterthought, although it was very obvious that the teen was changing the subject and he felt no guilt about it. He heard Izumo settle on the floor beside him with a huff of weariness.
"Not really they have been just floating around the mansion. What happened? Ginta's been snapping at everyone all evening." The indigo haired woman asked in confusion, most likely wondering what could have irritated the normally cool and collected man.
"Argh..." The raven huffed blowing away the hair falling into his eyes, "He and Tetsou saw me..."
Glancing at the two women who had practically raised him with hooded azure eyes, the teen knew he wouldn't keep his new budding relationship with the brunet a secret. It would be too hard and he wasn't ashamed, although the raven would have to discuss with Yukio about who would be allowed to know because he wasn't the only one who would be affected when people heard about it, or if they happened to accidently see like his two guards.
So, with a sigh he gazed at them seriously, "I can't believe I'm telling you two...But they saw us kissing and the silver haired freak totally snapped. Said some stuff that pissed me off and I said some shit in retaliation. We're not really on even footing right now, so I decided not to take them with me."
"That turned out to be a big mistake." He added in a mutter with a slight frown.
"Wait...What?!"
Izumo looked like she was currently unable to process what she had just heard and was shaking her head in disbelief, causing her long indigo tinted hair to swing in an elegant arc.
She daintily put the back of her hand to her fore head and breathed out in a rush, "Oh my, I think I need a drink."
Shura on the hand was laughing devilishly with sadistic glee, "Nya ha ha! I knew it! I knew IT!" The red head sang with rambunctious glee.
"So, how good is he? Probably very good if his dashing good looks are any indication of the action he has gotten. How will innocent ole' you be able to handle him?" The green eyed menace teased happily
Rin gave her a wary look having expected a more vindictive remark, "I'll handle him the way I handle everything, with reason."
"That may help you run the clan, the businesses and school, but my sweet little boy. Love is an entirely different situation that can't be dealt with such ease."
The red head cooed happily before looking dreamily off into space with a wide Cheshire grin, "I can't
wait to see you stumble through this; it will be so sweet."
The violet eyed woman however was still grumbling incoherently to herself and looked lost in a complete daze. The raven frowned at the green eyed woman because he wasn't looking forward to the stumbles she was likely to be referring to since he still hadn't clearly confessed his feelings. It was mayhem in the making.
"I...I can't believe it! Rin and Yukio…together!" Izumo suddenly burst out in shock.
The azure eyed teen glanced at her suddenly wary about how she was going to respond to his new found homosexuality. Shura had taken it well so he hadn't really thought the other woman's response would be very different. And he wasn't let down when the older woman's violet eyes lit up with a new sort of sparkle and she clenched her fists to her chest her mouth in big smile.
"That...Is so...adorable!" The indigo haired woman sang happily before pulling the raven into a tight hug by wrapping her arms around his slender neck. "OMG...I literally can't even process this. So-o Cu-te!"
"Okay, okay Izumo, you can calm down." Rin said with amusement while gingerly patting her arm, hoping that would encourage her to loosen the choke hold like strength she had on his poor neck. But the older woman just cooed happily while snuggling closer.
The red head sniggered, "Izu-chan, you are so bipolar. I can't even keep up with you and I'm really quick to adapt."
But, the violet eyed woman was too ecstatic to even react to the insult and simply sighed happily and (thankfully) loosened the hold she had on the raven to lean on the table with a dreamy expression. Rin shook his head, unable to even try to figure out the older two women.
Standing up elegantly the azure eyed teen fiddled with his sleeve before heading for the door. "I'm going to look for Ginta. I'll see the two of you later."
"Yeah, yeah, lover boy." Shura roared sadistically with a venomous snake green gaze while Izumo giggled happily while calling for another bottle of sake.
The young clan leader rolled his eyes at his hopeless guardians and sauntered out the door with purpose. As he wondered down the halls maids and various clan members bowed nervously, angrily, or with terror; sometimes a beautiful combination of all three. And every expression filled Rin with a sliver of satisfaction. The young clan didn't need or require acceptance from these people, only obedience and although he enjoyed the fear the raven wasn't the type to rule with it and become a complete tyrant. So with a beautiful and gentle smile that left the people he greeted stunned the azure eyed teen said 'hello' along with their names, which he could see floored them completely. But, he thought it was rather common sense for him to know the people he employed and shared distant or (maybe) with some close blood relations to.
Finally finding his way to the guard quarters Rin threw open the screen and strolled slowly past the mass
of masked figures in the room and sought one silver haired man in particular.
The teen was irritated when he saw dozens of light haired men milling around the room all wearing the stupid masks, so to make his life easier the raven simply called out in an even tone, "Oi! Ginta, come here!"
Rin was satisfied when one man separated from the crowd and made his way towards him. Waiting with one hand on his hip and the other still resting on the open screen the azure eyed teen waited until Ginta was in front of him before turning elegantly on his heel and made his way to a small room. Seeing one maid aimlessly dusting the vases and statues he hissed a quick, "Scram."
Turning on his heel and crossing his arms the raven studied the older man. The silver haired man wore a plain yukata with his usual mask and is long silver hair hung loose around his shoulders; it was a strangely relaxed look on the man.
The young man studied the other with deeply considering eyes before speaking softly, "We need to talk. This time I won't simply demand an apology but an explanation."
Rin paused before continuing, to let is words sink in, "I need to know that your...prejudices towards my sexuality or preferences, if you prefer, won't interfere with our teamwork. Tension between us would be a bad thing in a life or death situation."
"I need us to be able together seamlessly. We are a team" The raven stressed as imploringly as he dared, not wanting to appear weak. When the man didn't respond in any way except a slight twitch in his hand the azure eyed teen sighed and took a step forward to gaze straight into the silver haired man's covered face.
Taking a moment to stare into the older man's shadowed eyes, Rin was shocked when Ginta made a sudden movement with his right hand. Reacting basically on instinct he raised his own right arm to block any potential attacks while clenching his left hand into a fist. He drew his clenched hand back, but before the raven's punch could connect he realized that his personal guard had been making a gesture of affection like Shiro use to.
A small pat on the back, a simple squeeze of his shoulder; gestures the young clan leader hadn't experienced in the past year (excluding Shura and Izuma). Feeling awkward and embarrassed and completely unused to feeling that way the azure eyed teen dropped both his arms at his sides. He wasn't use to feeling this way at all and he knew no way to fix it; a heavy silence took over the room. Ginta had retracted his own hand and after a moment finally spoke in a slightly husky tone the raven could only associate with pain.
"You have no reason to worry Rin-dono. Any feelings or opinions I have will not affect how I act during work. I will put your life before my own…always."
Taking a step back the young teen nodded slowly and simply said, "Good. You are dismissed."
It was only after the older man had left did the raven realize that he hadn't gotten the explanation he had wanted. He had been distracted and lost the sight of is objective and the failure to stay focused and on topic bothered him and the older man had used the opportunity to simply placate him rather than really delve into the true reasons behind his reaction.
Why had Ginta tried to initiate any sort of physical, even some sort of familiar contact with him? This is what Rin found the most troubling; there had always been a certain level of distance that nobody had ever tried to cross...they knew never to cross and even Tetsou with all is childish joking and personality had never initiated any contact that even suggested affection or caring. The raven closed his eyes and let his body stumble back until his back hit the wall. The young clan leader allowed his dead weight to simply slide limply to the floor. Rin dropped his head in his hands with a chocked sob. He wasn't ready for all these changes around him; the azure eyed teen had kept himself apart from everyone who could potentially emotionally hurt him for so long that he didn't know how to deal with all the confusing questions that came with human contact. The sudden realization that he had to start interacting with people beyond the cool disdain he had used to keep them at a comfortable distance was a frightening prospect.
Rin wasn't ready to go to bed and there were still many things bothering him like his contact. Why had he insisted on the raven going personally himself when he had never done so before? And was it really a coincidence that the dumbass detective had been going down the street at that exact time? The more these thoughts whirled around the azure eyed teen's mind the more irritated and certain he got; the piece of trash informant had tried to set him up!
Hissing angrily he sat up in his bed. Now what to do, the teen had school tomorrow and he actually wanted to get some sleep before having to deal with all the idiots there or the raven may actually snap and massacre all of them. Simply thinking about their petty judgments and spoiled teenage angst when he had usually bigger problems on his mind was enough for his lip to curl in a disgusted sneer and for a feeling of dread to well up.
Deciding to simply deal with it now rather than worry about it later, the azure eyed slid out of his blankets and grabbed the nearest clothes he could find and hurriedly threw them on. His feet padded almost silently against the wooden floor boards as he wandered the halls looking for the specific shouji screen. Making his way through the darkened guards' quarters Rin frowned as he realized he didn't actually know which room his own personal guards slept in. They were always just there when he needed them and not there when he wanted to be alone. He ran a hand irritably through his tousled locks.
The raven was left standing in the middle of the lounge area staring at a slant of light that came through one of the windows with an annoyed scowl but the light sound of shuffling had his head whipping to look over his shoulder. The young clan leader smiled brightly at the sight of the silver haired man immerging from one of the rooms; his hands were even still tying the strings of his mask.
"Maa maa, Ginta is always so reliable." Rin whispered as he walked closer until his was right in front of
the older man and was completely able to act like nothing had happened early that day, "Go get dressed...I need to go out and I promised myself after today's disaster I wouldn't leave by myself again."
The man looked tired with the way his shoulders slumped and his head leaned against the door frame, but always the dutiful servant he stepped back already untying his obi. When the screen shut in his face the raven only chuckled softly as he turned on his heel and rested against the door. The teen fiddled with the edge of the sweater he had on but jolted at the smooth sound of another shouji being pulled open and titled his head to one side to see Tetsou stumbling out of the room next to Ginta's with his hair even more tousled than usual and an almost drunk like swagger. Only unlike the silver haired man he hadn't worn his mask. The azure eyed teen gazed at the back of his head and was tempted to wait and see if he would be able to catch a glimpse of one of the most well hidden facts about one of his guards but instead simply turned so he now leaned against the door on his side rather than his back.
Rin only had to count to five before he heard a murmured curse along with his title and unnaturally heavy footsteps with a painful sounding thud as the younger guard fell back into his room. He giggled as he heard the silly dark haired man fumble around with a mantra of 'shit, shit, shit!' before throwing open his screen and stumbling out with his porcelain mask haphazardly being held to his face as he jumped in front of the azure eyed teen who was doubled over in silent laughter.
"Rin-dono! What are you doing here?" Tetsou whisper-shouted with what sounded like anxiety to the amused clan leader as he swished his head around to see if anyone else was awake, tousling his black curls further.
With one last chuckle the raven straightened and thumped the older man on the chest. "Oi…calm down. I'm just waiting for Ginta to finish getting ready so I can go take care of some business. "
"Wha-!?" Before the confused body guard could finish speaking the silver haired man in question slid his screen open making Rin happy he hadn't still been leaning against the door when it had opened which may have caused him to stumble like an idiot.
"The question is why you are being so loud, you absolute fool." The older silver haired man hissed as he physically moved the dark haired man out of his way as he looked down at the petite clan leader, "I'm ready to leave Okumura-sama."
"I can see that...Night Tet~sou." He gave the shocked dark haired man a small wave before skipping out of the courters with Ginta trailing behind him at a more subdued response.
oOo
Rin grinned vindictively down at his victim. It hadn't taken long to find the informant he had been scheduled to meet. Once he had explained his suspicions to the older man Ginta had simply taken his cell phone and used it to track down the man with his own phone with the number; it had taken a grand total of twenty minutes. The raven had been pleasantly surprised with how fucking easy it had been to find the rat especially since he had always thought someone in that particular profession would work a bit harder to avoid such situations. The azure eyed teen voiced his opinions about the man's intelligence
in a rather bored fashion to the silver haired man who in response had only shaken his head in something akin to defeat, although the raven would never complain when another man's stupidity made his own life so much easier.
It was because of this rather simple method the two found themselves in the slums of Tokyo. Crumbling buildings squished together with winding dark alleys that stank of rot. The area seethed desperation and oppression and the wailing of babies and angry shouting filtering through the windows made Rin aware of how lucky he had been to be born into such a privileged family because even if hadn't been happy he had always been more than comfortable.
The raven led the way into one of the many ragged apartment blocks he found the door with a crooked hanging seven and rather than politely knocking he kicked the door open, the cheap lock breaking easily. Rin's nose scrunched up in distaste as he entered the one room apartment. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom seemed to be all in one small space while a small door seemed like it could be what led to a bathroom. The azure eyed teen couldn't even imagine how people could even stand living like this and looked up at Ginta in disbelieving wonder.
The silver haired man was still outside the room looking around to see if anyone was going to investigate the rather loud commotion the raven had caused to enter the apartment. His white mask shined a dull yellow in the cheap flickering lights and when it became obvious that something like B&E happened way too often in this area for anyone to concern themselves with it every time it occurred he stepped inside closing the broken door behind him.
Rin turned back and finally his eyes settled on what appeared to be a body huddled in a pile of blankets. Stepping around the trash scattered around the floor he squatted next to the sleeping man. The teen was simply amazed with the man's ability to sleep through his door being knocked down but when he took a deep whiff through his nose and smelled the thick stench of cheap booze his amazement turned into a look of disdain, the man had simply drunken himself into unconsciousness.
The raven stood up with a disgusted sneer before stepping over the prone bundle until he reached the sink. He opened a cupboard to snag a glass before turning on the tap and filling it up. Rin turned back and in a literal step (the apartment was that small) he was back beside his unlucky informant. Tipping the chipped glass he let the water pour over the sleeping man's face.
The azure eyed teen watched with grim amusement as the man spluttered awake before chocking on some of the water still falling from the glass.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!" The man seethed sitting up and throwing off the blankets he had been cocooned in revealing the wife beater and boxers he wore. The man was young but the harsh life he had lived had aged his features considerably and his brown hair was matted with either sleep or lack of care and narrow dark eyes squinted up at the two intruders. His body was pale and bony and the raven fancied he could count the thin man's ribs through his thin shirt.
"Well good evening, Mr. Rat. I'm from the Okumura clan and we were wondering why we didn't see you today; it was awful rude of you to stand Okumura-sama up like that." Rin was smiling but his eyes
expressed his cruel glee as he dropped down to be eye level with the man. The teen was actually rather proud of himself for containing his more murderous urges the past time couple of days and was pleased that he now had an opportunity to let off some steam.
The unfortunate victim who would be facing the brunt of his frustrations seemed to recognize this and his gaunt face turned a deathly pale while his eyes widened with dread. The man moved slowly backwards as if afraid any sudden movements would incite an attack. Every small shuffle back enticed a bigger smile and a predatory crawl forward by the raven; it was a lot like a cat stalking its prey and when the blubbering man's back hit the wall Rin eye's flashed as he recognized his chance to pounce.
Jumping forward he landed on top of the shaking rat, the raven's arms were braced on the wall on either side of the man's head and his knees locked on either side of his bony hips. Since the azure eyed teen was keeping himself elevated his body didn't actually make any contact with the shaking man's but his presence alone seemed enough to intimidate the man. Tilting and lowering his head the raven felt the man's fearful pants against his face as he looked into the scared dark eyes.
"Wanna tell me why you would try to backstab the Okumura clan? If you have a good enough reason we may even be merciful." His words were a smooth purr that comforted and threatened as he leaned even closer with falsely innocent eyes.
The informant whimpered pathetically as he flinched away from his cool gaze. Rin counted to five silently in his head before releasing an encouraging, "Well? I'm wait~ing."
When this didn't induce any other response then more pathetic shaking and cries the raven tried again. "How about we start by introducing ourselves…I'm Okumura-kun and you are…?"
"Ngh…Jirou…" The man stuttered blurry eyes only focused on Ginta's imposing figure in the background.
"Nya…Ji-kun, wanna explain yourself now?" The azure teen asked with a malicious grin.
"Th-they said they would k-kill me if I didn't set it up. They somehow found out I had been giving information to the Okumura clan…although it was only small stuff like what was hap-happening on the streets in their territory…"
"Aaaand…?" Rin teased easily letting the tips of his hair brush against the man's face causing a rather violent shudder to go through the brunet's body.
"…And I said I was able to make a meeting with the head of the clan they told me to set up a meeting and to call in a tip with some cop named Arthur Angel or something like that."
The raven tensed hearing that. They wanted Arthur to recognize the clan member and arrest them so they could figure out who the clan leader was. Even if the arrogant blond hadn't recognized him for his position he had recognized his as an Okumura because he had familiarized himself with all the clan
members faces. It was a good plan that had worked perfectly. Now the only question was…
"Did they know where the meeting would be taking place?!" The azure eyed teen's voice had lost its playful edge and was only a harsh demand.
When Jirou only spluttered hopelessly he slammed his fist against the wall with vicious snarl that rattled the thin walls. One hand darted down until it was harshly squeezing the brunet's throat. Rin slowly increased the amount of pressure he had on the man's larynx until his face was red and his struggling breaths got shorter and shorter until they were almost non-existent. His skinny body withered as he tried to buck Rin off and his blunt nails scratched at his slender but strong arm. When it became obvious that the maggot was close to dying he loosed his grip but didn't remove it; reminding the piece of scum his life was literally in the teen's hand.
After a couple of wracking coughs and deep breathing to catch his breath the man finally spoke in a rough voice, "No…NO! They only gave me instructions…I was the one that decided the meeting place and I didn't share that with anyone but Okumura-sama."
The raven was irritated and he hissed harshly in the man's face, "You keep saying 'they'…who are you talking about?"
"Some of Mephisto's men…" Jirou the man sobbed brokenly, he must have seen the death promised in his cold azure eyes.
Rin didn't say anything in response, he simply moved his arms until they wrapped around the brunet's neck as if he were hugging him. The raven leaned slowly back drawing the man slowly forward. When there was enough space he stood and then stepped behind the man's shaking man's body without breaking his hold. Jirou didn't even fight simply laid limply in his hold only flinching when the azure eyed teen adjusted his hold so the crook of his right elbow was cradling his throat well his left arm held his head in position.
The young clan leader looked up to see Ginta offering him a small blade but he shook his head in negative as he strengthened his hold twisting the unlucky man's hold to the side. Now, the brunet did struggle as his instincts to survive settled in. But too little too late and when a loud snap filled the room and his victims huffing gulps were abruptly cut off the silence in the apartment was only ruined by the sound of the television filtering from next door.
The raven easily withdrew his hold and the body fell to the floor like a sack of potatoes, the only thing visually wrong being the angle of his head and his wide glassy eyes staring up at him as if still begging for mercy. Rin stepped uncaringly over his body as he looked at Ginta.
"We have a problem if any of that clown's men were there and saw me." He seethed as started sliding off his leather gloves.
"I don't think we have to worry Rin-sama. Mephisto seemed only concerned with finding out through Detective Angel." The silver haired man's calm assurances calmed the young clan leader slightly as the
left the apartment.
"But that blond idiot still may talk about seeing me in the area and that may be enough to convince Mephisto that I am the clan leader." The raven argued as his guard opened the car door for him.
"Would it be so bad…You've already revealed the truth to the family."
"No…It wouldn't be terrible but I would like to have the element of surprise. It never hurts to have more cards in your hand," Rin agreed grudgingly with Ginta so he didn't say anything more the entire ride home.
After stumbling into bed at around four in the morning the raven fell asleep satisfied that whatever weirdness between him and the silver haired guard was over and that he had finally scratched that irritable itch by killing the little backstabber currently rotting in his shitty little hovel.
Tomorrow (or rather later today) may even turn out to be a rather good day.
oOo
Waking up with a slight smile on his face the young clan leader jumped out of bed already taking of the t-shirt he wore to bed. He hit his beeping alarm clock with one hand and ruffled his hair with the other as he stumbled towards his bathroom. Rin was surprised by how relaxed he was considering he had a little less than three hours of sleep but he chalked that up to the good dream he had, although he couldn't remember it clearly he did recall that Yukio had been in it.
The raven skipped into the shower after shedding the rest of his clothes and after the water had reached a burning temperature he walked under the spray with a pleased hum. Rin washed his hair and lathered his body quickly and took a moment to relax under the water and after shutting off the water he jumped out and wrapped a towel around his hips. Then the azure eyed teen finished all his routine and leaving the now damp towel on the bathroom floor he walked into his bedroom in his birthday suit quietly humming a random tune only to find Tetsuo and Ginta standing in his room by his door.
Rin paused for a second; his first instinct was to try to cover his body but ignored the reaction because he found it a weak thing to do. So with a nod of acknowledgement in their direction he walked over to his dresser to pull out his uniform and a pair of underwear. Only after pulling on his boxer briefs and pants first did the azure eyed teen turn to his guards.
"What's this? You guys are always waiting by the car in the mornings." The raven asked as he pulled his shirt on and started buttoning it closed while walking to over to his closet to get his school sweater and tie.
"Tetsuo was pouting because he didn't get to go with us last night. He insisted on waiting here for you and I came along to make sure the fool was not too much in your way." The silver haired guard explained in exasperation as he shot the dark haired man a pointed look.
The younger guard's shoulders were slumped and Rin was sure that if he could see the others face it would be bright red in embarrassment. So, the azure eyed teen laughed, far from being upset or annoyed with the older man and after checking to see how he looked in the mirror he led the two masked men out of his bedroom.
When they reached the school he jumped out of the car with a little wave to the two men before hitching his backpack over one shoulder. Ignoring the looks other students were giving him Rin smiled when he caught sight of a group with one distinct head of pink hair and a tiny girl with a little blond bob. Running forward he wrapped his arms around Shiemi causing her to squeal in shock. The raven laughed as he spun the tiny blonde around a bit before placing her back on her feet.
"Good morning!" He chirped grinning at them all as he settled into step with them as they made their way to the school entrance.
"Hey Rin! You're in an awfully good mood this morning." Shima commented cheerfully.
"Yeah…I have been rather stressed lately and last night or rather earlier this morning I dealt with something that help ease the weight just a bit." The raven said with a thoughtful expression
"Oh, did you now…" When Rin glanced at the pink haired boy and saw his perverted and leery smile he scoffed and smacked the older teen lightly on the shoulder.
"Ew, it was nothing like what you're thinking. I simply killed someone who had done something to really piss me off." As he spoke the azure eyed teen opened the door and waited for the others to head in he continued in a pleasant tone, "Snapped his filthy little traitor neck like a twig."
When none of them spoke and only stood on the steps staring at him blankly or in shock the raven realized they may have not been ready to hear that just yet.
He may have spoken too soon when he had thought today would be a good day.
SO, I obviously have a lot to apologise for. School and work were some of the biggest reasons this was so late but then I went on a trip- wifi was expensive. Then my family moved because my Grandpa was sick and when he died I wasn't in the right frame of mind to write. So Im back and I dont plan to abandon any of my stories...in fact I have a blue exorcist one shot im posting with this chapter...Its sad/depressing I wont lie but that's where I was at the time.
I hope you enjoyed this and Ill be back next week on Friday
Also I made some changes to the other chapters, small one like grammar and sentence structure and I only changed one scene but something really small. I suggest that you reread from the chapter Yukio and Rin kiss and you'll be good
