*Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been writing, just a lot going on right now. Well I decided I needed to pick back up on the story since I've been kind on neglecting it haha well here you go, your patients has paid off.*

Helga turned to see Arnold speeding towards her. She sped up in attempts to lose him. After running a couple of blocks she bagan to tire and turned of into an alley, maybe hide behind a garbage can or something. Once she'd turned the corner it was a dead end. It was too late to turn around because Arnold is incredibly fast and would catch up to her easily. She looked for a hiding place, paniced. He would've seen her turn anyways but she was hoping he was dense enough to think she vanished into thin air.

Helga was out of luck, Arnold stopped at the alley, panting fast. "He- Helga... I-... I." Arnold was breathing to hard to speak. He leaned over grabbing his knees trying to catch his breath. Helga's back was pressed hard against the brick wall, hoping it would turn out to be a seceret passage way and she could just melt away. Arnold stood up right, breathing full normal breaths now.

Helga tried to back up further even though it was fully impossible. Arnold stepped up to Helga's face, a foot away. "I... I don't know what made me actually believe it was in the heat of the moment. I can only blame that on myself. I don't know where to go from here but I don't think it was your fault that you had feelings for me in a different way than others."

Helga looked down and sighed. "I'm sorry I brought you in to all this Arnold. It's my own fault, everything. My parents were right, I am crazy. My feelings for you weren't in a different way Arnold, I know you probably think I'm nuts too. You don't have to pretend to comfort me. I'm going to go and live somewhere else on my own. I don't want to bother you or your family anymore, just forget about me."

Helga began to walk away when Arnold grabbed her hand. "Helga is it that hard to just believe me when I say you aren't weird or crazy? Helga, I have a pet pig and a football shaped head, I know what it feels like to be shoved out of place with everyone else. My grandparents love you Helga. They know, I know especially how it feels to not have your parents around. You aren't leaving, not if I have anything to do about it." before Helga could say anything, Arnold had Helga pulled tight in his arms. He lifted her head and kissed her gently on the lips.

Arnold chuckled a bit. "When do your parents get home Helga?"
