TARDIS finds a signal from one of the parellel universe, that Ultraman Neos and Seven 21 protected, in timeline 2002.
Doctor, "Right, that would be easy first. Are they the famous warrior?"
Katie, "No, they even are NOT a member of Ultra Brother either. Maybe the fate wanna me to start from the petty and low?"
Doctor patting Katie's head and answers, "Maybe. That's a important way to let you take an advance. But I wanna know, how could Ken and Marie have that honorific name? I mean, calling a Father or the Mother of the country, usually on that great person passed away. As they have been a great devote on the Great Ultra War?"
When they across through the wormhole, Katie starts her family story, "Well, that name are the glory present from Ultraman King, however at first they're not quite like to use that. Suddenly, after they land, three strange dashing voice across next to TARDIS, they look outside by the monitor system, and see Alien Zamu and its aerolite-like spaceship dash into the Earth, following up with Seven 21 .
Katie hears Seven 21 says, "Fine, you mean my power won't be stopped your failed experiment?"
Alien Zamu replies, "Dark Matter had been injured your body already, and that experiment would also let your mind be polluted easily! You better find a human, preferably a girl, to protect yourself."
"An experiment? Protect himself?" Doctor let Seven 21 get inside TARDIS first. He hasn't lie, Doctor finds 21 gets internal hemorrhage from his liver. For getting cure faster, 21 please Katie being his host now.
"What!? But why?"
"Dad said one of the ultra can met the Red Shoe Girl is Neos. Now Seven 21 is Neo's friends, and do you find other people in white dress on this area?"
Being pointless by that excitement speech, Doctor accept Seven 21 hosing Katie temporary. He turns into many of blur, and inside into Katie, that's lying down to fit him. She wakes, and looks herself in the mirror. "Wow. Now what we have do, 21?"

Following up with the hits of Seven 21, Katie meets Genki, warns him don't get inside the tower first, however some of children's curious, they are lost inside that.

Later, 21-Katie warms Genki don't shoot the innocent Zamus, and let their leader explain the evolution experiment. It really failure, and Zamu leader really turns a large, horror monster, destroying the crystal tower and the city! Other Zamus escape into their spaceship, and 21-Katie dash into Genki, who is saving his faint members and the curious children.
"You mean, I have to transform into you? But not for to fight?"
"Little lady, remember I'm hurt? That's why I remind Neos and Genki for their duty. Don't forget Zamus want Neos to stops the living-dead-self."
While waiting for Katie's back, Doctor noticed that CCB be stolen! The thief is... Another Alien Zamu? Doctor use his Sonic Screwdriver to protect himself. It just a Spark Doll! Certainly, is Valeyard did it, V makes another thunder and let doctor scream!
Katie knows Doctor is in danger, so when Giant Zamu starts to fight, they return to TARDIS quickly, and kick Valeyard outside the TARDIS, who is ready to kill Doctor! However, Valeyard call the Spark Doll Zamu once again, and escape.
By the physical-sharing by Katie, Seven 21 is feel not too hurt and fight on the time spiral now! After two minutes, 21's colour time is start blinking, and his neck be crabbed by Zamu, he put the real seven 21 away... Katie is left right here. Unexpectedly, she is not a weakness girl anymore. Although Array Screwdriver is not on her hand, she still clam herself, and exert her first attack:
"MAYA CHOP!"
Her blade-like hand hit Zamu's waist from left to right, and he been destroyed! Turns into a Spark Doll again. Later, Awaken Doctor use his power to let him turn into a normal alien with original mind, send him into his spaceship. On that moment, is Neos calls HEART don't shoot to other Alien Zamus.
"How's Seven 21 right now?" After Katie returns to TARDIS, she asks that question first.
"He's gone."
Misunderstanding that 21 is passed away, she starts crying. "No! He's not dead! He just return to Land of Light for taking treatment only!"
"Really? Whew..." after wipes the tears away, she wonder how the Ultra Spark Doll would comes out. Suddenly, TARDIS return to their original universe and timeline, and yes, is the TARDIS lamp, be stuck by two Ultra Spark Doll, again.
She picks them, and using the pen from Ultra Pad to touch each doll's foot, "Ultra Record! Ultraman Neos! Members of Warriors Command! Ultra Seven 21! Members of Space Security Office!" And, they be breathed into Ultra Pad. First round of collection complete!
Doctor, "Looks you make a little success, keep going on future days."
Katie, "I'll remember that lesson. Do you wanna know what the story end?"
"Sure."
Marie be hold by Ken, with the new born ultra-baby in his mom's arm, every warriors around them to see the new life.
"A crying commander with a baby - definitely cool."
"Even cooler that you being a true mother..." here comes Kissing cheek time.
"So, do you have a name for him?"
"How about Taro? That means 'first son' in Japanese, one of the language in The Earth. He's our first son that we were born."
