Jennifer was getting mad. She didn't know what to do anymore. What she had, she gave to him... body, heart and soul. But she was just a girl... nobody would give her credit for her feelings. She need someone to talk, someone her age.

She pick up the phone and cal her close friend. Gretchen was a big fan of Bowie since always, for what Jennifer remember. Her room is full of pics of Bowie in the wall... Jennifer never had given attention to him. In fact she was always a little bored when Gretchen start talking about him.

Now she is here, needing help to get him out of her head.

"Hello! It's me!"

"Hi Jen! What is up?"

"I am okay". – She made silence and Gretchen noticed.

"Sure?"

"No. I need a friend to talk. That is why I call you".

"What happened?"

"I met a guy..." – she take care to not say so much of the person.

"What?! How is that?! What guy? Who is him?" – the girl was excited. She could see by her voice on the phone.

"He is older than me".

"How older?"

"Much older..."

"Uoohh. He is married?"

"NO! Oh, jesus! No!"

"So, who is him?"

"David".

"David? David who?"

"David Bowie".

"HHAHHAHAA" – the girl burst out laughing. – "Sure, it is. Tell me the true".

"Im in love with him. He is such a gentle guy. I never met someone like him before and i think i never will".

"You must be kidding me. David Bowie would never be interested in you" – Gretchen demonstrated beyond disbelief. Envy, anger... Jennifer could feel from her.

In an instante, Gretchen started to go from admiring him to 'not so cool at all'.

"You know? Forget about it" – Jennifer shut off before she speak something more.

Lying in bed, she turned leaning on her elbows. "Ohhh. What have I done?" She looked beside her and saw the teddy bear that accompanied her since the auditions, long before the movie starts. She no longer cared about it. Her toys, costumes and fantasies. She had the real life and was great.

Jennifer closed her eyes. Her thoughts took her to him again.

...

She was almost asleep. Suddenly the Hotel's phone rang, she rubbed her eyes half dazed.

'Who could it be? If is Gretchen, i dont want to talk to her ...' she thought.

"Miss Connelly" - the receptionist spoke- "a call from Mr. Bowie. Can I pass on to you?"

Her heart almost stopped.

"Hello?"

"Hi. There's something I want you to listen." – he said.

The first chords on the guitar took her by surprise. And when he finished, she had tears in her eyes.

"What is that mean?" – she muttered.

"It's mean I need to see you".
