"Back Rosie, back," Christian said, waving his wooden spoon menacing at Rose as she sat across at bench at her breakfast stool. She had gotten into a fight with Christian over it, so now it was hers and the one next it was Christian's.

Rose stuck her tongue out at him and took another chocolate and popped it into her mouth.

"So how do we get this to Jill and co?" Christian asked.

Rose grinned. "I'll send it to the old Moroi they live near and go to for feedings, then just write a note saying it's for them. He won't eat them and neither will his feeder slash maid."

Christian smirked. "I wish I could see their faces when the cupcakes explode."

"I have a note for Sydney in the basket asking her to take pictures for me and to send them along through Eddie's phone."

Christian smirked as he put the cupcakes in the oven and Rose got of the stool and moved into the kitchen to help his wash up, which of course ended up with them slapping each other with tea towels, once of course everything was washed up.

Twenty minutes later they called a truce, when the timer went off and Christian removed the cupcakes from the oven to cool.

"So how do you think we should play this out because everyone is going to be suspicious when we give them something without being forced to," Christian asked as they sparred, waiting for the cupcakes to cool.

"Well in their defence I wouldn't take anything off us either, whether or not we were forced to or not," Rose replied, dodging his punch and kneed him in the ribs, followed with her placing her stake lightly on his ribs.

"True." Christian and Rose moved back and started to circle one another.

"We make Dimitri and Lissa think they are forcing us to give them up, so that way no one will be suspicious. "

"How do we do that?"

"Easy," Rose lunged forward, and Christian dodged her elbow, blocking the knee that followed and punched Rose, sending her stumbling back a few steps. They circled one another again "We have a fight when Lissa and Dimitri come home, over the cupcakes, and they will make us give them up, to have as desert for the dinner we having tonight with my old man, Alberta, Sonya, Mikhail and my mum."

"They will be putty in our hands," Christian laughed, and then he launched himself at Rose taking her to the ground. Rose tried to roll over, but Christian kept his weight on her, and she struggled and buckled under him, but Christian was able to move his stake to lightly touch her ribs. Rose automatically stopped moving when she felt the stake touch her rib lightly.

"Well done pyro," Rose said, as Christian gave her a hand up.

"Not as good as legendary Rose Hathaway through," he teased, as they went to the kitchen to have a drink.

Rose looked over at Christian who nodded.

"Pyro that's my half, you can't have it," she told him stubbornly.

"No it's mine Rose. I set the top one crookedly so I would remember which half was mine," he argued back.

"You're not getting my cupcakes pyro. This half is mine. You want it because it looks slightly bigger than yours. Well guess what it's not happening."

"What's not happening?" Lissa asked as she and Dimitri walked into the kitchen.

"Nothing," Rose and Christian said quickly, spinning around to face them and hide the cupcakes behind their backs. Christian moved his arm to pinch one of Rose's cupcakes and she elbowed him in the ribs.

"It's mine Christian," she hissed at him.

Dimitri walked over to them and raised an eyebrow. "What's behind your back Rose?"

"Nothing."

"Looks like chocolate cupcakes, six to be exact," he replied.

"Hand them over Rose and Christian," Lissa said, holding out her hands. "You know that we are having guests over tonight."

"My old man, Alberta, Sonya, Mikhail and my mum aren't guests. They are people we know and like, most of the time," Rose replied.

"And who is it you like most of the time?"

"My parents. I like the rest of them, for some reason."

Both Lissa and Dimitri rolled their eyes.

"Roza just let us use the cupcakes for tonight," Dimitri said softly.

"Fine," She replied, rolling her eyes. "Pyro lets go train seeing as the two goody-two shoes here seem to want to ruin our fun."

"Just be back in time to help us cook and get ready," Lissa called after them.

"You mean so Pyro can cook," Rose shot back.

Everyone was sitted when Lissa sent Christian, Mia (who no one but Christian and Rose knew was coming, who of course brought Jack with her) and Rose to get the cupcakes.

They did so, Rose and Christian arguing as they did. They gave everyone one each then they sat down, Mia sitting between them

"Oh Rose, Christian you have to see this video a friend took on a fire user and a water user squaring off.

Rose and Christian leant in closer, Rose taking a huge mouthful of her cupcake. Mia wasn't really showing them a video, no instead she was about to record one.

"Three, two, one," Christian muttered under his breath, and a second after it started recording Dimitri's cupcake, which he was just about to take a bite out of, Jack's, Mikeal's and Abe's cupcakes exploded, causing Mia, Christian and Rose to fall out of their chairs laughing.

"Oh my god, you should see your faces," Rose laughed, while the victims of the prank just looked at the three of them, wiping the cupcake of their faces.

"I'm so glad you let me in on that," Mia said, as they stood, Rose and Christian hi-fiving.

"You know Rose I don't think they thought it was so funny for some reason," Christian said, looking at their victims.

Rose looked over at them and then back at Christian and Mia. "Plan A?"

"Plan A," they both said and then the three of them ran out of the room, Dimitri, Abe, Mikael and Jack following hot on their heels.

Lissa, Janie and Sonya shook their heads. Dimitri, Abe, Mikael and Jack had no hope of catching those three.
