Merlin just couldn't believe it, the person he had loved since he was a young price had cuddled herself into him and for the first time in years Merlin felt truly happy. He knew that the happiness wouldn't last for long so decided to make the most out of it. He told Alana all about his life in Camelot, even though he knew the seer would have already known most of it, and Alana told Merlin about how she had been in hiding for so many years and that Marcus still had men after her.
"I will get Bellisa back and I will get you home I swear". Merlin spoke with sheer determination before planting a kiss on Alana's head. Alana smiled gently, "I know you will Merls, I know you will."
Time past and the pair spoke about anything and everything, it wasn't until Sir Ash appeared accompanied by Arthur, when they snapped back into reality. Ash looked concerned while Arthur looked like he was going to kill someone.
"You may want to read this, but I'll warn you, you wont like it at all." Arthur handed Merlin a very official looking letter.
Dear King Arthur,
I am writing to inform you of something worrying which has recently been brought to my attention.
I am aware that you have decided to lift the ban on magic and sorcery, I am extremely glad that you have done this but I fear
it may cause some serious problems with some rebels that I have been dealing with for years.
They used to be led by my troublesome nephew Merlin and his girlfriend Alana, I don't know if this is still the case but I have been informed that Alana was last seen heading toward Camelot.
