Author's Note: Dark Hook Comes to Storybrooke Removal Notice
It has been brought to our attention, that HollyeLeigh and I co-authoring this fic and both posting it to our respective pages, is not in accordance with this site's publishing guidelines. So to correct our unintentional error, we will no longer be able to continue posting this fic to this site.
That is not to say that it is being abandoned, as we will continue updating this story on AO3 and Tumblr under the names winterbaby89, and HollyeLeigh (hollyethecurious on Tumblr)
We do genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you as a reader. It saddens us to make this decision, however, until the day when either the guideline is amended, or an option to be able to co-publish a story by two or more authors is made available, we can not in good conscience continue to publish the story here since doing so goes against the Terms of Service we both agreed to. (And yes, we realize that by updating this story with an author's note and not actual content we are again going against the guidelines, however, we wanted to take the opportunity to explain, and to thank those who are following this story.)
We do hope that you will come find Dark Hook Comes to Stroybrooke and continue to follow it on the sites mentioned above.
And as an enticement to come find us elsewhere... here is a sneak peek of Chapter 2:
Killian prided himself on possessing a stealth that served him well in keeping people on their toes, or catching them off guard with his approach, but he'd never been able to get a jump on the Sheriff. The man somehow always knew when Killian, or anyone else, was approaching him, he seemed to have a sixth sense about him. In light of Killian's regained memories he wondered just who Graham was back in their realm, and what the man would say if he knew that it was the infamous Captain Hook, or The Dark One for that matter, that was making himself welcome in his booth.
"Good morning, Mr. Jones. Something I can assist you with?" the Sheriff questioned, his disdain only slightly veiled in his tone.
