On a small island in the Atlantic Ocean, just off the coast of Ireland lies the long forgotten Torchwood Four. This was set up by Queen Victoria's Successor, King Edward VII a year after she passed away. Torchwood Four was set up so any alien life that crashed in the sea could be found, taken and tested. But it was destroyed in 1920, and when it was destroyed, all the files on Torchwood Four were lost, yet there was one man who found them. This man was Bilis Manger. He had a hidden document, stored in 1969. The files contain its beginning, its tests and its 'end'. Here is what the document says:
Torchwood Institute Building four, constructed in 1902 under the watchful eye of HM The King Edward VII. It was constructed on a small island 100 miles west from Ireland, called Tarchwaad Island. The man in charge of Torchwood Four was Sir Ciaran Godard. Torchwood Four is made to search the Atlantic Ocean for any signs of Alien Activity or any sign of The Doctor, an enemy of the crown. Construction started on February 4th 1902 and finished on December 24th 1902. Constructed were a three story decoy house and an underwater skyscraper going down 40 stories. These were full of Alien Technology by 1904. There was no real action in the first 10 years, but then was the Titanic incident.
