Chapter 6: Discussion

Priestess finally woke up and looked around. She heard people talking about Arwen and the biometal A she possessed.

"Biometal A, I have that," thought Priestess as she feels her hidden compartment and find out she does not have it. Priestess knows not to intervene the conversation or let these people know that she is awake.

"I told you that is out of the question. I won't be liable for her safety if she goes. Even if we needed another person to go out into space to take down a tyrant that does not means that I am going to let her," said Rondae.

"What do you want someone else to replace her instead?" asked Jean. Rondae looked at Jean.

"Frankly I want two different people to replace you and Arwen. Seems that I can't replace you but I can see if I can find someone to replace Arwen," said Rondae.

"So you think both Arwen and I are weak?" asked Jean. Rondae sighed as he looked at Jean.

"No I do not think so. I think it would be better off if Arwen stayed here and be watched," said Rondae. Then there is a knock on the door of the laboratory. Rondae looked and saw Arwen. Priestess saw her too.

"Umm… We have two packages. One to the northern plains. The other is to the carrier islands. Both needs to be there in a certain time," said Arwen. Rondae sighs as he picks up the one to the northern plains.

"We will discuss this after delivery," said Rondae as he left. Jean looked at Rondae as he left the room.

"Miss Jean are you going to take the ones to the carrier islands," said Arwen. Jean looked at Arwen.

"Of course," said Jean as she took that package and left. Arwen sighed as she saw Jean left. Arwen walked up to the table as she looked at Priestess.

"I do not know what to do. Those two happened to be bickering about something big. I know I heard about it. This has gone for days already. Since they know I have biometal A. I do not know if Mary intended to give me this or someone else dropped it by accident. All I know that it saves me. Not only me, but Mary as well. Mary would have been in torment hell and I would not have been here. I have more to be thankful to the biometal as well as Mary for helping me out," said Arwen.

"Wait I remember that part. So what happened to Mary," thought Priestess as she did not want to show that she is still functioning.

"Well I am glad that Mary found a way to destroy the book. Though it cost her life. She is not complaining. She probably wanted the book to be destroyed from the inside out. Since the outside world cannot destroy it," said Arwen.

"So that is what happened. She burned the book along herself with it. Mary I won't forget you," thought Priestess.

"I wish I can help them out some way. I have enough Zennies and E-Crystals to buy a small space ship as well as a six passenger one. So I can go up to space and kicked this tyrant that is tormenting everyone else," said Arwen.

"Wait what is this feeling," thought Priestess as she started to tap on Terra's memory. The memories that Terra did when she is a child. The same memories that haunted Terra for the rest of her life.

"Well I better get going now," said Arwen as she walked out of the room. Priestess knows she has to stop Arwen from making the mistake that Terra had.

"Wait please do not go," said Priestess. Arwen turned around and saw Priestess sitting up on the table. Arwen looked at her shocked and then closed the door.

"How much were you actually listening?" asked Arwen as she is curious about how much Priestess heard.

"Everything today. I did not have the motion to move or get up. Until I heard you wanted to go," said Priestess as she shifted her body as she is now sitting on the side of the table. She patted the table and Arwen sat next to her.

"I do not know what she wants but I have a feeling a lecture might come up," thought Arwen.

"Child. Tell me why do you want to go to space and stop these tyrants?" asked Priestess.

"Well, I wanted to stop the tyrants because it is the right thing to do," said Arwen. Priestess sighed.

"You know it is dangerous to go there even you may die," said Priestess trying to convince Arwen not to go.

"I know it is dangerous. So was several deliveries that I have done in the past few weeks. I know what I am getting myself into and I know I will not see the light of day in several occasions. However, that is not going to stop me from trying. I know this for sure I am not alone," said Arwen. Priestess looked at Arwen curious.

"You are not going up there alone?" asked Priestess puzzled. Arwen pulled out Biometal A.

"If I go over there, even if I look like I am alone I am not. My brother would be around. I may never saw him again. Nor would my parents but I do know that he is around as well as Chorus and everyone else that fought so hard to keep CROSHA away from me. I know those people may not see me at all or I never get to say goodbye. However, I know they are around and helping me. So I am not alone. If this also helped my father to redeem himself from those times of destruction then so be it. I am only here and helping what I can to give those that needed my help to do so. I won't change my mind about it," said Arwen. Priestess looked at the gray hair girl that can be at the age of 9 but knows better.

"Alone or not, I am not going to let you be there by yourself. If I have to be there then so be it," said Priestess. Arwen looked at her.

"Well you are set to be my guardian of some sort," said Arwen giggling. Priestess never thought of that.

"Perhaps the time being. Until we find a better guardian for you. In the meantime, I am going to care for you. You are going to be in my watch and if something happens I will go to you," said Priestess.

"Then if I am going to space and kick those tyrants butt you will be there helping me then?" asked Arwen.

"If I can then yes," said Priestess. Arwen hopped off the table and walked to the door. From the door, she looked there to see if there were customers outside or packages. There was none fortunately. Arwen closed the door and set back on the table.

"Well I am doing a job here. These people do not know you are awake since they found us both," said Arwen.

"I noticed. You also tend to peep around when there is something that caught your interest," said Priestess as she pulled the bug out of her sensors. Arwen blushed.

"Sorry. But I put it anywhere else they would suspected it," said Arwen. Priestess looked at Arwen.

"Child, you may look younger than your age and act like you are younger. However, you have to be cautious of the people around. Some can't take a mere child's play than others," said Priestess.

"I know I am careful with that. That is why I rather work right now and get my pay than go a toy store and buy toys. I want to help and certain toys will not help me," said Arwen.

"Very well then. I do not want you to go over there without consent from me," said Priestess. Arwen sighed.

"Very well I will do so," said Arwen. Priestess hopped down the table and about to walked outside when Rondae and Jean came back. Rondae looked furious at Arwen and then looked at Priestess.

"Oh she is awake," said Jean. Arwen scurried out of the lab as she went back to work. Priestess looked at the two.

"She heard from the outside of the lab and I brought her inside," said Priestess. Arwen tried not to look at Rondae and Jean for she knows that it could mean trouble for her.

"Did she touch anything?" asked Rondae. Priestess still looked calm and collective.

"No. She and I have a small talk. That is all. Though I do take full responsibility for her. If that is you are worried about," said Priestess. Jeans sighs as Rondae looked at Priestess.

"Looks like it is back to the drawing board then," thought Jean. Rondae kept his eyes on Priestess.

"Well then if you are going to be her guardian then you need to fill out-" said Rondae as Priestess has the papers filled out.

"You mean these. I have filled them out. Also I stated in these papers that I will watch her until she becomes the age of 14. So, 2 years from now she will be out of my care," said Priestess.

"How do you know her age when she looked like a 9 year old," said Rondae. Arwen found that offensive.

"I know her age from the fact I saw her existed before she had been in the capsule where I found her," lied Priestess.

"Hmm… Well then I do take it you can be her guardian. Under one condition. See if you can control her account and I continue to watch her in her job here," said Rondae.

"Very well I will. Though one of you can deliver this for me. It is to the court of protective services. I would like to have these delivered by 3:00 today," said Priestess. Jean checks the time and where it is located . Rondae looked at his partner.

"I-is on the other side of town. Where the maverick activities are the worst," said Jean. Rondae took the papers and started to ride off.

"I guess he really wants to have her with someone. He surely needs to stop worrying about the help he can get. Though the tyrants are getting worse and worse. It will be in the matter of time where Earth and all the space colonies will be destroyed," said Jean.

"It won't I promise you that," said Priestess as she sighed.
