Chapter 7: Unfulfilled.
Priestess went to the laboratory where she knows where the capsules are at. She does not want Arwen to be here when the work needs to be done. The surprised thing she found out in the other capsules room that someone hijack the key panel. Priestess press the code and the door opens. She look if her 15 capsules were there. To her fear 8 were stolen. She knows that they were after reploids. She checked for the names that is left.
"Zero, X, Axl, Harpuia, Leviathan, Phantom, and Fefnir. Oh good they did not take the heavy fighters," thought Priestess she sighed in relief.
"The truly heavy fighter that has been stolen is Omega. Other than that I do not know what they want with two humans," said a voice. Priestess smiled as she heard the person.
"That is true Lotus so the mechanism worked I take it," said Priestess. Lotus came out of the shadow and stood right next to Priestess.
"It did unfortunately it only awaken me up. Kira is still in her capsule as well as Te-" said Lotus.
"Well well, no one tells me that the party was cut short," said another voice. Lotus and Priestess looked where the voice is and Terra sat down on top of Phantom's capsule and swung her feet to and fro.
"So you are also awaken and Kira is not," said Priestess. Terra had a smile on her face.
"Pretty much. If anyone else stealing capsules then she would be awaken," said Terra.
"What about me?" asked a voice behind as the figure walked inside. Lotus and Priestess turned around to see Kira holding her head.
"Well sleepy bum you should have that latch on by now," said Terra. Kira looked at Terra.
"Yeah and no thanks to you I found out you were writing on my capsule," said Kira.
"Aww… little fun does not hurt anyone," said Terra as she gets down off her capsule.
"I take it those people took Mary as well," said Lotus as she tries to change the subject.
"No I awaken her on time. She did what she needs to do and left," said Priestess, "However, there is a child of the age of 12 wants to meet all of you."
"Oh nice a little girl. Is she a reploid or human?" asked Terra. Priestess glare at her.
"Human," said Priestess. The other two has curious look as Terra was already to leave.
"Well what are we waiting for I want to meet her," said Terra. Lotus grabbed Terra before she took off.
"We have a job to do. One of us will rotate with Priestess while the other two stay. Now to decide that we only get to do this for a week notice. So we won't frightened the girl," said Lotus.
"So who would go first," said Terra. Lotus has three kunai out showing the bottom of the kunai.
"If you have the tip etched in red you will stay the clean gets to go," said Lotus. Terra picked the first one out and hold it up. Kira picked the next one.
"Seems I get to go," said Terra as again Lotus hold her. Terra looked at Lotus as she gets frustrated.
"You have red color you stay with me," said Lotus. Terra looked at the tip of the kunai and yet it was red. She looked at Lotus and hers has red.
"What about you Kira?" said Terra as she and Priestess is not seen. Terra sat down the floor.
"It seems she have taken off," said Lotus as she is still next to Terra. Terra pouted with her arms crossed.
"Aww. Man I wanted to see her first," said Terra. Lotus rolled her eyes and continue watching her father and the others who has not been taken. Meanwhile… Arwen had 16 packages no timed. She separate them from location and what region is the most dangerous to the least dangerous. She looked the ones that are even easy for her to do. She smiled as she finished. Then there was another person walk into the door. Arwen notice the guy as she recalled her memory. The same guy who has blood on his lab coat when she delivered her package.
"Oh nice to see you young lady. I am glad that I can be your client this time," said the guy.
"Ok," said Arwen as she looked at the guy. He pulled out a package. The package reeks of blood smell that Arwen did not want to embarrassed the guy.
"Now I need this package to be delivered to Space Colony Artemis. I need it to be within 48 hours tops. I know when it arrives because the person I sending it has my number. Just make sure that it gets there," said the guy.
"Uh… Sure Mr. Mari. I have someone deliver it over there right away," Arwen said with a smile.
"Ok be sure it gets there," said Mr. Mari as he left. Arwen sighed as she hears people walking in. To her surprised it is Priestess and someone else she never saw before.
"Priestess, nice to see you again," said Arwen as she gets out of the counter and walked up to her. Kira looked at Arwen as she has a face like someone in her past.
"Sorry, I came here during your working hours. But I have a situation that I may asked to use some of your currency out of your bank," said Priestess. Arwen glared for a while.
"If I can come as well," said Arwen. Priestess knows something like this is going to happen.
"Do you know what are we finding or even know what we wanted?" asked Kira as she can't take her eyes off of Arwen.
"Well, I know it must be dangerous. But also I have a mission I wanted to do. I hope that my mission will help these people out and save Earth from tyrants who keep destroying towns and people here," said Arwen.
"You still haven't given that up?" asked Priestess. Arwen smiled huge as she looked at Priestess.
"I told you before. I won't let people who tried to save me from CROSHA died in vain," said Arwen. Kira looked at her as she remembered CROSHA and several people were there.
"Arwen Weil. You are Arwen Weil?" asked Kira. Arwen looked at the purple hair reploid puzzled.
"Yes that is me. I am Arwen Weil. Do I know you?" asked Arwen. Kira clasp her hands with Arwen's hands.
"Not personally. I know your brother. Your father Omega Weil is an alternate version of my father Zero Wily or so he says," said Kira.
"Wait so you tell me Uncle Zero has a child," said Arwen. Kira looked at Arwen as a confirmation.
"Yes. Your uncle is my father. I am your cousin Arwen," said Kira as she tried not to sound so harsh about it. Arwen looked at Kira and have a huge smile.
"COUSIN!! I always wanted a cousin around. Oh sorry, I am still working. Uhh… We can talk some more later on after work," said Arwen.
"It is fine. We have more things to discuss. Most of it we do need this time to be together," said Kira.
"My boss will not like this," said Arwen as she sees the packages piled up. Most of them are in dangerous places.
"It does looks like they need an extra person or two to help," said Kira as she looked at the packages.
"Yeah but I am restricted not to go any places where Mavericks are running on the loose," said Arwen.
"There are still mavericks around??" asked Kira. Arwen sighed as she looked at her cousin.
"Yes they are. Anyone who oppose the government or even break the rules of robotics then they are considered Mavericks. However, it also go for the same as humans. However, you cannot call a human Maverick but you can call them Irregular," said Arwen.
"So now they have a name for humans who are out of line as well," said Priestess. Arwen nodded.
"Yes. Twice I have been called Irregular. Though I did not know what it is until Jean told me and I started feel mad that someone will call me that," said Arwen, "However, I cannot let it get to me."
"Good cousin. Do not let them torture you like that. Keep on going your way and your way only," said Kira.
"However, your plan going up there I cannot allow you. Even if you want to help taking down tyrants. I have to finish my mission first. Then you can do whatever you wish," said Priestess.
"Well that does not matter. The tyrants has not hurt this planet harsh. However, Maverick activities still on the rise. So it will be hard for the two transporters to be here without being scathed," said Arwen.
"Then I should help them. When your employer comes tell him if he needs another transporter. I will help out as much as I can. Plus Priestess, it will help you out due to the fact that I am saving up for a space craft to take us around," said Kira.
"Very well, we have to find who stole those capsules and I do hope that those people are not awaken," said Priestess.
"We better get going. I do want to discuss with you Priestess first. However we need to be cautious," said Kira as she walked off.
"Ok Cousin nice seeing you. You too Priestess," said Arwen as she smiled big. As soon as Kira and Priestess walked out Jean and Rondae walked in.
"More packages. And this one is from Mr. Mari who wants to be delivered at Artemis Space Colony," said Arwen.
"Not again with space traveling. And it is going to take two days for it to reach there," said Jean.
"Well he did say it wants to reach there by the second day," said Arwen. Jean moaned as she picked up a phone. She makes a phone call as she hoped that the person picked up. Arwen looked at Rondae.
"Here these 12 packages needs to be delivered," said Arwen. Rondae looked at the piles and he moaned as well.
"Oh Rondae. If it is ok if someone wants to help us," said Arwen. Rondae looked at her confused.
"What do you mean?" asked Rondae. Arwen smiled as she walked up to Rondae while he still carrying the packages.
"Priestess came with a cousin of mine. She is a reploid though. She is wondering if she can help being a transporter," said Arwen.
"As long as she helped around I do not mind. She needs to talk to me though," said Rondae. Arwen smiled as she knows she won't let them both down.
"Ok I will talk to her," said Arwen. Rondae smiled yet he walked out the door knowing that someone else might give him a hand.
