Chapter 9: Mission Completed
Arwen and Terra heard some noises. The siren went off and there is a computer voice speaking.
"Warning. Warning. Heavy beam charge at 90," said the computer voice. Arwen knows that beam may hit Earth again completely destroying it.
"Terra can you go to the weaponry room where I think the beam is at," said Arwen. Terra smiled.
"More like I am going to destroy that device that create that beam," said Terra as Arwen handed her the map.
"Here use the map. I am going to see where this place will take me," said Arwen. Terra nodded. The two split up and went into two different direction. Meanwhile… The male reploid looked at the shadowy figure.
"Sir, The two forces split. One is heading to the weaponry room where the laser canon is at. The other is heading here to the command center," said the male reploid.
"Send in sentry bots," said the shadowy figure. The male reploid did and yet the sentry bots destroyed within few minutes.
"Sir, the Earth person reading that is coming here is coming extremely fast it already breach seven sectors. It will be matter of minutes that the person will come here," said the reploid.
"How far is the laser is charging?" said the shadowy figure. The male reploid type in his computer.
"Sir it is 95 give it 3 minutes then it will be 100," said the reploid. The shadowy figure looked at the reploid.
"Once it reaches 100 Fire immediately on Earth. That planet deserves nothing but space dust," said the shadowy figure.
"Sir there is a problem the other person is already there at the weaponry area. I send six golems and the rest of our defenses to the location," said the reploid.
"Good the more of them attacking our enemy the better," said the shadowy figure, "That will buy some time for that other one to destroy it. It will be too late for that."
"Aww… Did I miss the party?" said Arwen as she opens the door. The male reploid looked at Arwen in the gray suit.
"Castro you are dismissed," said the shadowy figure to the male reploid who wears brown and white armor with purple eye and green hair its sub armor or synthetic skin is tanned.
"Yes sir," said Castro as he left the command post. The shadowy figure came to the light as it reveals a white with little bit of purple and blue armor. His eyes are red and silver hair color. The skin tone looks pale white like a vampire.
"It is nice of a young lady like you to come but however, you are going to be killed like those irregulars that are down there," said the silver hair reploid. Arwen puts her guns up at the silver hair reploid.
"I do not think so. I did not come all the way uninvited to be killed. I came for the fact of what you are doing is wrong and not everyone should be punished like you are doing," said Arwen.
"Heh they are all the same. Mavericks, Irregulars. All that oppose me will die within my grasp," said the silver hair person.
"Well then lets take that power away from you and let you be your normal self then," said Arwen. Arwen and the silver hair reploid started to fight. The silver hair guy shot several electricity and energies against Arwen. Arwen dodge them and return fire. Luckily she knows the homing function within her armor. She knows she will never miss. Not only that she knows the weak spots. Meanwhile…
"Heavy laser is 100 engaging target," said the voice. Terra finished destroying all security huffed and puffed.
"Oh no. I need to destroy the laser now. Oh well no more toys to play now to destroy the big toy," said Terra as she gets hit by the force field. Something happened and Terra could not understand. The force field is gone and the laser started to have a leak which it started to backfire.
"Oh hello. You must be Terra, Jean told me about you," said the girl with glasses and with blue and red armor. Her hair is brown, eyes gray, and dark tone skin almost black.
"Well that is nice of her. What is going on now?" asked Terra the girl looked at Terra.
"I reprogrammed the laser. Normally I supposed to go with a team mate but he betrayed me. I snuck in here to finish my job. However, it was fortunate of you destroying those things," said the girl, "Oh sorry I did not introduce myself. I am Malady."
"Ok Malady. So now this thing is going to explode from the inside," said Terra. Malady looked at her.
"Yeah and they cannot cure it fast enough especially when it has a target and the canon backfires. It will destroy this building so we need to get out of here," said Malady.
"Not without a friend of mine. She is somewhere in this building and is human," said Terra.
"Oh no not good. What a human doing here. Especially this place rarely had oxygen," said Malady.
"Long story but come on we need to find her," said Terra. Malady nodded as the two left. Meanwhile… Arwen started to feel the fatigue while the reploid is not. Arwen looked at the reploid.
"Well now you see why I am called Ghost. Now I am Emperor Phantasm," said the silver hair reploid.
"I can't die here not now," thought Arwen. Then she tries to think of options and have two. She hope that those options work.
"A trans activate. Rosespark," said Arwen as she transform into a flower like reploid and start firing electricity. Ghost moved out of the way then Arwen knows she has one shot to kill him.
"A trans activate. Model H," said Arwen as she is now has a green color armor. Arwen used every electrical attacks and Ghost finally knocked down. Arwen did her final attack.
"GIGA CRUSH!!" shouted Arwen as she did heavy damage destroying the reploid known as Emperor Phantasm. Arwen copied his DNA and smiled. Now to use you to get out of here.
"Warning, Warning, System Malfunction. Destroying Phantasm Castle in 3 minutes," said the voice. Arwen knows that it is for her time to leave.
"A trans activate. Ghost," said Arwen as she is now Ghost. Arwen saw en escape route and used it. Ghost ability Phantasm walk helped her out a bit.
"Thank god I know about electromagnetic. It conducts electricity. Which Ghost was vulnerable. To bad he should not have that ability if it will be an electric type's advantage. Rosespark and Model H came in handy," thought Arwen as she finally got out. There was air in the area which it is an underground area. Arwen was about to change back when Jean shot her as Model X.
"Do not move Maverick or I will crush you," said Jean. Arwen knows this is a big mistake but smiled.
"Big mistake you made," said Arwen. Jean fired her shots at Arwen. Arwen use the phantasm again which Jean is confused. Arwen was about to leave until an electrical barrier hits her.
"Stupid electricity oh well now she knows where I am at," thought Arwen and Jean did. Jean fired couple buster shots at Arwen. Arwen puts up a fight. The two heard the explosion as Malady and Terra showed themselves out.
"Great what more fun play," said Terra. Jean manage to knocked Arwen out of her A trans mode and now can see Arwen in plain view. Arwen shot six round injuring Jean.
"Nice going we should not hurt each other," said Terra as she grabbed Arwen. Malady grabbed Jean as they left as the huge explosion happened in the back. The four ducked as the fire and smoke cleared. Arwen felt a DNA copy. She checked and she got Model X power. She transform into Model X and cleared the way.
"Well you have more tricks up your sleeve than what we have," said Terra. Arwen smiled. Jean woke up and have bandages. She looked at Arwen who have Model X form and check if she has Model X.
"Do not worry Jean you still have your biometal. This is part of my biometal function. You only see part of it now you see the other function," said Arwen. Jean looked at Model X form. Arwen turned around and revert back.
"We are going to talk to you Arwen," said Jean. Arwen looked at Jean with a smile on her face.
"Well at least the laser is destroyed. And I defeated the tyrant under self defense and my suit use its function and copy the DNA of the tyrant to look and copy its abilities. However, I did not expect someone killing me," said Arwen.
"Wait you tell me that I have been attacking you," said Jean in shock. Arwen nodded and revert back to Model A form. Arwen started to collapsed and Terra caught her.
"Aww… Man. She needs medical attention fast. I can feel she is losing blood under this suit of hers," said Terra. Malady smiled.
"I have a miniature transporter," said Malady as she used it. Jean and the group had made it to the resistance base of Orbit Space Colony. Malady guided others to help Arwen to recovery room as well as Jean.
