Chapter 13: Final Countdown.
Castro and Cranial Shift have watched in the surveillance camera. He is smiling at Terra and Arwen.
"So Model A and Terra are traveling together how sweet. Send in the Sentry and the viroids to that location and save some for the canon. Those two will get infected before you know it," said Cranial Shift.
"Sir there is two unidentified energy readings that are coming this way," said Castro.
"Put on the surveillance camera," said Cranial Shift. The surveillance camera shows Priestess in an armor that he saw before. An armor that she carries two pistol guns. He smiled at her.
"So the guardian is here as well. Interesting. She is another person that has tricks up in her sleeve," said Cranial Shift. Then Cranial Shift change his gaze to another biometal armor that got him frustrated.
"Sir, they are heading our way" asked Castro. Cranial Shift kept his eyes and Castro knows something about this is not going well.
"So biometal X is around. Another biometal has slipped away from me. Well this is interesting. Two biometals that I have not know about is right now in my fingertips," said Cranial Shift.
"Sir awaiting your orders," said Castro. Cranial Shift smiles sinister. He turns around to see Castro.
"Send in Sentry bots and Golems to that sector. I want to let them know that we are a force to be reckon with," said Cranial Shift. Castro nodded and type several things in the computer. Meanwhile… Arwen and Terra along with Malady reached a room. The thing that stopped them were sentry bots and viroids. Terra smiled sadistically.
"Oh look more toys to play with," said Terra as she went for the viroids. Arwen and Malady looked at Terra in shock as she managed to destroy one without it doing harm to her. The most impressive is that the viroids are cloaked so no one can actually see them. Arwen waste no time and retire the sentries.
"Malady find somewhere safe if you find that canon just do your job then. We will handle these things," said Arwen. Malady nodded and head to the next room. Malady actually raced back when she saw the sentry bots.
"I am going to hide behind these crates. I am not pursuing any further until this area is clear," said Malady.
"Ok just make sure you are out of the line of fire," said Arwen as she manage to destroy the sentry bot that is in front of her and the one behind almost got her.
"I am going to make chunks out of you if not make you bleed," said Terra as her voice becomes more sinister like and her actions becomes more death like. It started to scare Malady as she kept her eyes at Terra as she goes berserk on the viroids. Terra also destroy a sentry bot or two along the way as she kept using her scythe as a killing machine. Arwen couple of times get out of Terra's way.
"Man, I wonder how Jean and Priestess is doing," muttered Arwen under her breath as she sees the massive chunks falling down raining at the two people. Malady shielded herself from the falling pieces of the viroids and falling pieces of the sentry bots that Terra made.
"All of you are going to be dead," shouted Terra as now Arwen is afraid of her dear life. Meanwhile… Jean and Priestess manage to get to a room where they figured the coast is clear. What had stopped them was a golem mechanaloid that shows itself. Jean holds her buster gun up and charge shot the thing.
"Well this is getting interesting, Sentry bots and Golems. I haven't fought those things for a long time. It is their funeral," said Priestess as she shot the Golem which it pierced through. To her surprise, she only killed that one when the other two sentry bots behind it was unscathed.
"Priestess nice shot," said Jean as she is still dancing with her golem. Priestess has a disappoint look
"That was a waste of a bullet then. I can kill more than one with that bullet and I have killed one," said Priestess.
"Well it is a better shot than what I can do," said Jean. Priestess now has a smile and went on a shooting spree. Jean almost got caught one of the blast that the golem almost did.
"Shoot I wish I know how Rondae is doing," said Jean. Priestess manage to kill a bunch of them. Few minutes later the two girls were smiling as they destroyed the golems and sentry bots. The two walked into the other room which was double in number than the previous room they have just killed.
"Oh come on give me a break," said Jean. Priestess sighed as she hold her gun up ready to shoot.
"It is their funeral and we should get ready for that," said Priestess as she again went on a shooting spree.
"I guess there is no rest for the best of the best," said Jean as she again charge shot the Sentry bot that is in front of them. Meanwhile… Castro watching the two surveillance cameras and Cranial Shift smiled. Castro then type something on his computer that almost make him panicked.
"Sir I am getting two more energy signatures that is headed our way. And they are moving fast," said Castro.
"Send in the Sentry bots and Golems," said Cranial Shift. Castro typed in and before the Sentry bots and Golems were deployed they were destroyed by the energy signatures.
"Sir they defeated them like if that was nothing," said Castro as he showed within the surveillance camera. Cranial Shift and Castro did not see who was it but they know that two red blurs are not good.
"Send the viroids down there pronto. I can't let them get to me soon," said Cranial Shift.
"Yes sir," said Castro. Castro typed in few punches and he looked where the viroids are at. The two people stop moving as Castro got a full scale of the two people instead of red blurs. Cranial Shift looked at the two people and bit his lip when he saw a guy that looks like the person next to him with purple hair.
"So Kira is here. And so is Model Z. This is interesting. Three models that I have not tested is in front of me. That will make five total I have manage to test out," said Cranial Shift as he can taste experimenting on the three biometals.
"Sir, I have send the viroids like you said they will be intercepting and deleting those two ASAP," said Castro.
"Good then we can begin with our next phase. Hopefully, Earth will be destroyed as well," said Cranial Shift. Meanwhile… Terra finished attacking everything in the room. There was not even a single viroid in site within the room as well as sentry bots and few other equipment. Malady came out scared.
"T-there is m-more I-in the ne-next r-r-room," stuttering Malady as she is still scared. Terra went into the other room and start working on the killing spree of the viroids. Arwen take a peak and the room was doubled of the amount of Viroids than the room they just finished. Terra again has that sinister look and has death smell all over her.
"Malady swallow any fear you have and get to the canon. Dismantle it as much as you can," said Arwen. Malady did and went to the canon.
"Ah shoot it is encrypted. It will take me a while. And the canon is 64. Good thing it is going slowly but then again it is the deadliest blast if it is. I am going to hack it and try to dismantle the program hoping to have it self destruct," said Malady.
"Do not tell us just do so," said Arwen as she manage to kill a Sentry bot. Malady type madly on the computer. Meanwhile… Kira and Rondae had manage to get to the area where there is nothing or so they thought.
"It is too quiet. I have a bad feeling about this," said Rondae. Kira also believed something is not right.
"You are not the only one," said Kira. Rondae looked around and he see nothing. Rondae turned to Kira.
"I do not know too much about Model Z, but I know that he must have heighten senses if I can feel something bad is going to happen," said Rondae.
"My father does. He can feel viruses as well mavericks attacking somewhere. Anything that is dangerous he can feel it coming," said Kira. Kira looked closely as something float behind Rondae.
"Watch out," said Kira as she pushed him away. The viroid attached to Kira as Kira feeling in pain. More viroids came and attach themselves to Kira. Rondae took off to the other room where three viroids followed him. He started to shoot the air.
"This is not even my day," thought Rondae as he shoots the air hoping to kill one viroid with the Z-buster gun. Meanwhile… Priestess and Jean finished the group of sentry bots and golems. Both proceed to the next room. To their surprised they saw Rondae shooting at the air.
"Rondae what are you shooting," asked Jean. Rondae looked at Jean as he now fear for not only his but hers as well.
"Jean get out of here there is viroids in this room," said Rondae. Priestess revert back to her original pink clothed form and did an electrical movement that shocks Rondae and Jean. Also it shocked and destroyed the viroids.
"Viroids are tricky things but it cannot handle electromagnetic in a high amplitude. With a high amplitude it overheats and destroyed," said Priestess.
"Well that is nice but Kira is next door. She is has the viroids being attach to her," said Rondae. Priestess ran to the next room and left both Rondae and Jean behind. Priestess entered the room and did her trick again. She manage to destroy a handful and manage to get the number reduced down. With that happening Kira, started to felt the virus that started to take over her. It is the deadly virus that once upon a time killed many reploids and humans. Kira felt the ability that she cannot controlled started to hit her hard. The virus manage to take its toll and destroy the replication process the viroids try to use Kira. They too were infected to the extent of self destruct. Kira tried to control the virus but it was getting to her and she manage to race off ahead.
"Kira come back," said Priestess as she knows it may be too late. She now is going to be marked Maverick.
