Sometimes people ask me why I put up with as much shit as I do from John … its simple I love the way he looks at me as though I amaze him just by existing or loving him…A song lyric keeps running through my head … there's a dull sweetness in this life of our as pretty as graffiti And I'm dancing without any music on but you're the only one that sees me. Chyler got up she was going to go swimsuit shopping with Maria. Since they all had the week off they where going as a group to learn to surf and hang out in general on a private beach. Chyler got up and dressed slipping out quietly leaving John to sleep later.
She put on her leopard print newsboy hat and tortoise shell sun glasses and made her way outside Maria had rented a red Jeep with no top.
"Oh my god you expect not to get noticed in that hat?"
"What you gave it to me."
"Whatever woman get in the car."
Once on the road Maria had a bomb to drop.
"I took you're advice and dumped santino!"
"Oh should I be happy for you?"
"Yes go ahead and squeal if you like."She squealed happily.
"It's about damn time my love." Maria shrugged
"Okay I did something weird and unlike me so can't say anything to anyone."
"What did you do now Chy?"
"Kept a random fans number."
"Why?"
"Got me…"
"We all do that no worries… you and John going through something?"
"No at least I don't think so… I love him more than ever its just a matter of making time for each other locker room make out and screw sessions just aren't doing it for me anymore."
the moment was getting heavy so Chyler decided to lighten things up. It was a well known fact Chyler had quite the sunglass collection so she slipped her new ones that john had bought her and put them on.
"Hey Ria look at the new glasses John got me!" Maria turned to see sunglasses with the frames shaped like little penises and nearly swerved off the road.
"Where the fuck did you get those?" Maria said rolling with laughter.
"John found them in Spencer's." she replied giggling
"Take those damn things off its distracting… bound and determined to draw attention to your self aren't you …you're disturbing my fellow drivers…attention whore!"
"Uh, how dare you that's so Orton's title."
"Along with the WWE champ."
"Yeah and you better believe it chaps John's ass."
"And it always will honey, rule number one they always want the title for themselves… All it is is a glorified pissing contest."
"Don't get me wrong I was sorry he got injured and had to vacate the title but I enjoyed having him to myself for a few months."
At the swim suit shop"

"Yellow definitely… polka dots or stripes."
"Dot's totally that's cute." Chyler said referring to the green and white polka dotted bikini Maria held up.

Leland and Duane Lee got drafted into going and dragging Baby Lyssa out of the swim suit shop. Chyler turned and nearly spit out the latte she'd been drinking when she saw Leland in the door of the shop.
She whispered to Maria
"Random number guy straight ahead."
"ohhhhhh hunky who's the other one…"
"I don't know focus Maria!"
Maria strode right up to them "I'm maria kanellis and the short one over there already knows my friend Chyler Ashton… we are having a beach day tomorrow would you like to come we using a private one so we won't be disturbed."

At the beach the next day
Leland saw her standing there at the shaved ice stand. She was wearing a pale yellow knitted one piece with the sides cut out showing off her perfectly toned and tanned stomach. She wearing a pair of khaki shorts over the bottom and he longed to follow that minuscule strip of fabric that connected the top to the bottom with more than just his eyes.He looked up quickly before she caught him staring. She had more curves than he would of thought. She was wearing a tan bandana with her colorful hair flowing from underneath it in loose beach babe style waves and wore aviator sunglasses. She had her Ipod on so she didn't hear him approach. She turned slightly started by him
"Oh hello…Maria took a bathroom break so I'm on concessions duty."
"Where's you're boyfriend?"
"Learning to surf."
"Why aren't you learning…?"
"um because the poor instructor is teaching John, Randy, Jeff, and Adam! I took pity on him and bowed out."
"I'll teach you."
"ok I'm game…" Maria came out of the bathroom.
"Oh hi leland where's your brother?'"
"um looking for you I think!"
"Ria don't forget your shaved ice." Chyler turned and watched john get up on a wave and then promptly face plant!
"God were going to be here all night John doesn't do anything badly…if catch my drift." she laughed something leland had heard many woman do but it rarely affected him way hers did.
"That's okay baby keep trying!" she shouted to him as he came a shore. He came up her hugged her and got her wet but she didn't flinch or squeal leland liked that in a woman
"I got you coconut like me so your lips are gonna be blue." she said handing john His shaved ice
"So you figure if you had too look like you just gave a smurf a blow job I did too." she swatted him
"god that's an image I didn't need in my head… stay away from randy."
He's off with Samantha somewhere so I'm safe for now…I'm gonna go make sure Adam doesn't drown the instructor."
Ok Leland's going to teach me to surf in a few so I'll see you out there I am so whipping your ass at this."
"uh huh pretty baby we'll see who wins this one! Its good seeing you again leland watch out for her though she's sneaky!" He gave Chyler a big smacking kiss "See you out there love you!"
"Love you too!"with that he turned and left.
"Don't take this the wrong way but he's very trusting?"
"You mean the fact that you're attracted to me and I'm attracted to you and hasn't beaten the shit out of you… well in our business where are lots of people who are attracted to both of us and in order for our relationship to survive we have to trust one another… so with that being said I am attracted you but would like to be friends but I'm John's and as long as You understand a respect that we'll be fine. Now lets surf!" leland was silently dumbfounded!
She was a good surfer it surprised him. She caught a big wave and rode it in. gliding past john on his board singing
"I'm better I win I win!" they came in and got lunch.
"How long have you known john?" leland asked as he bit into his burger
"Eight years."
"Wow."
"Yeah I went to school with his baby brother john is the second oldest of five. So when his little brother brought me home first day of freshman year of high school I was off limits but when I hit twenty-one and nothing had ever gone down between me and baby bro I was free game and he worked hard to get and keep my attention he wasn't used to working for it either!" She said with a laughing smile.
"How old are you?"
"Twenty three. John's thirty to answer your next question we've been together almost three years…I turn twenty four in a few months."
"How'd you get into this line of work?"
"umm accompanied john to the ring one night for fun it took off from there."
Sunset
"Chyler baby come with me." John said he said pulling her to her feet and taking her away from leland
.A few minutes later
"Where'd they go?" Adam Copeland asked Sam Randy's wife looked around randy to see them dancing next to a little cove for privacy
"aw he's dancing with her!" Sam said
"wait there's no music." Randy replied
"He's whispering the lyrics to their song in her ear you idiot. Why don't you ever do things like that for me randy?"
"I'm not pussy whipped like john!"
"I'm telling him you said that." Adam tanted
"Do it and Die Copeland."
Leland tapped maria on the shoulder pulling her out of her conversation with Duane Lee.
"What are my chances?" he whispered
"I'm not sure but I think she's playing with fire and I wished you'd leave her alone."
Chyler and John came back she sat in his lap engrossed in a conversation with him.
Leland Watched them thinking he liked to play with fire and wondered if Chyler did also.
