Ok, well, this is from a language project I had to do. I was just thinking "what the heck, let's put it up on fanfic and see what people think!" So, here it is. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, REVIEW!

5. Regret

Regret

If only I had stood up.
If only I could have been stronger.
If only I would have I stopped it.

I could have.

If only I wasn't so much a coward.
If only I would have gone against their will.
If only I could go back in time.

I would have.

If only I could tell you that I helped the cause.
If only I could tell you I stood up against them.
If only I could tell you I was the reason books are now allowed.

But I can't.

And that is my greatest regret.
