Disclaimer: I do not own NANA or any of the characters of NANA. NANA is created and owned by Ai Yazawa.

A/N: Personally, I hate Shoji and Takumi because they're assholes. Well actually I absolutely loathe Sachiko (her and her cuteness...). And although I'm writing this purely for the reading enjoyment of others, I believe that Sachiko, Shoji, and Takumi can all die a horrible death... HACHIXNOBU FOREVER!! (ahem) Now on to the fanfic.

"What?! Nana is getting married?" Shouji asked, clearly shocked.

"Mhm", Junko answered, halfway through her fries.

She, Shoji, and Kyosuke were hanging out in the Jackson Hole after classes let out.

Junko sighed and said, "I don't know why you even care since you're now with Sachiko. How long's it been now? At least 4 months and you two are living together?"

"I didn't even know that you still thought about Hachi." Kyosuke said.

"Well I don't think about her often but she'll sometimes cross my mind.", Shoji admitted.

His statement made Junko and Kyosuke snicker.

He blushed and continued, "Well, who's she marrying anyway?"

"The bassist from Trapnest, Ichinose Takumi." Kyosuke answered.

Shoji sat in silence for a few seconds, attempting to absorb the information being thrown at him. While Junko and Kyosuke chatted about school and Hachi's wedding, Shoji got up and left. He put on his hat and began walking to the train station. 'Has Hachi really gotten over me that quickly?' he thought to himself. He remembered that four months ago, Hachi and her roommate had caught him embracing Sachiko in the middle of his job's parking lot. Her roommate immediately stepped up and almost beat the piss out of him and Sachiko. He remembered the look of pain on Hachi's face, the sound of her voice when she said that she didn't want him anymore.

The sound of his phone jarred him from his thoughts. He checked and saw that Junko tried calling him. 'Was I that spaced out?' he thought as he got on the train. Suddenly Hachi's smiling face flashed in his mind. Shoji sat in one of the seats and closed his eyes, remembering the past with Hachi. Their first meeting at the community college, that beach trip, and her staying with him during her first night in Tokyo. Then it all went horribly wrong. Shoji opened his eyes just as the train neared his stop. He sighed. 'I'm sorry for all of the pain I caused you Nana' he thought as he walked home. As soon as he got home, Sachiko was clad in a white apron in the kitchen.

"Welcome home dear. Dinner's almost done." she said.

"What's for dinner?" he asked. She turned to him smiling, "Soba noodles and baked chicken breast."

He smiled slightly, "Sounds good."
