Days sped past in a haze. Days fading into weeks, then months. But never really there.
That smile. It haunted his dreams. It would never leave him alone. His smile, so reassuring, just before he let go.
He kept blaming himself, even though it was painfully obvious it wasn't his fault, but he blamed himself, it was much easier then to blame him.
He didn't really understand why it hurt so much, he had lost friends before, but this hurt so much more. It wasn't until Morgana spelled it out for him did he realise;
"You loved him, didn't you?"
