Entwined

He should stay away. He had left with good reason. Reasons. Ones that had made sense. But then why couldn't he stop himself from watching his wife as she shopped for baby clothes? He knew he needed to stop this madness, but couldn't bring himself to tear away from her.
It wasn't the way that she looked gorgeous even with that limp brown hair. And it wasn't the way that she had always stood by him so faithfully when he could not do the same.
It was because he just wasn't complete without her.
