Evie and Jacob just moved across the Atlantic to Davenport University to start their Freshmen year. Will they be able to survive with crazy roommates, professors, classes, and even a secret society? Altair ,Malik, Ezio, Conner, and Desmond are the RAs of the dormitory Homestead will they be able to control residents and maintain peace while running one of the best frats on campus that may or may not be a secret organization? I also apologize if the format is weird.

Chapter 1

Hey! So this is my first ever fan fiction so please be nice. I really like college centered fan fics and noticed AC did not really have many so here I am. So without further ado please enjoy!

C'mon Jacob I want to be there first" A girl with brown braided hair said running to baggage claim.

"Alright Evie! Just let me pull up the uber app" Jacob exclaimed

"Look at that my twins still fighting even on their move into college" said an older man into his late 40s.

"Well, we wouldn't be fighting if Jacob had just been prepared to get off the plane instead of sleeping" Evie explained as they finally made their way to the baggage claim.

"Sorry that I was tired from an 8-hour flight across the Atlantic dear sister, also I just pulled up the app and our Uber is here"

"Did you make sure you put in Davenport University; I would hate to be lost on our first day?" asked Evie.

"I'm sure your brother did after all he got into the same college as you, now let's get you guys settled and moved in" Ethan said as everyone hopped into the uber.

"Well yeah but Hes on the soccer team I got here because of academics" Evie stated.

Jacob just rolled his eyes and they all crammed into the uber.

They made it Davenport University. One of the oldest and best universities in New York and in the country. The University opened up in 1746 and was about an hour outside of New York City. They had some of the best academic and sports programs to offer. The uber then dropped them off in front of the dorm.

"Alright so what's our dorm called again?'' Jacob asked

"It's called Homestead. Did you not listen the first 3 times?" Evie exasperated

The small family then made their way into the dormitory and were in shock how modern it was compared to the outside. The dormitory here was nice, it came with four personal bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and a kitchenette. They walked into a spacious lobby with a stairwell on the left, a desk towards the back where students seem to be checking in freshmen, an elevator and there seemed to be a public kitchen towards the right.

"Hey! can y'all stop gawking there and come check in instead of clogging the lobby up" a man with one armed yelled at the twins and Ethan.

"Malik chill they just got here man" said a guy with short brown hair and a scar on his lip.

"Well Desmond I just don't want the check in process to be harder and longer because people can't move fast enough" Malik snapped.

The Frye twins then got into line by floor. The building had four floors and Evie noticed she had the grumpy guy checking her in. Jacob has the guy with the lip scar. Evie got to the front of her line first.

"Alright my name is Malik, I'm your RA this year. I need your name"

"What's an RA and my name is Evie Frye."

Malik seemed annoyed with the question but explained anyway "It means Resident Assistant basically we get free housing to babysit yalls asses, I'm the first floor RA, Ezio" he pointed next to him. Ezio gave a small wave and smiled. "Is the 2nd floor, Conner the guy next to Ezio is the 3rd floor RA" Conner was very strong looking Evie noted. "And then Desmond is the 4th floor RA, then Altair," he pointed to a middle eastern man in white sweatshirt trying to calm down an angry parent. "is the Resident Hall Director. He's in charge of us and the entire building."

"Oh okay" Evie said

"Yeah, anyways your room is room 107 with room A as your bedroom" Malik explained. Giving her the keys. Evie said thanks, grabbed her stuff and hurried off saying quick goodbyes as she left her dad and brother in the 4th floor line. She made her way down the hallway and found her dorm room. As she entered, she saw a red headed girl and another girl with dark skin talking in French. They had luggage and boxes all around them.

"Um hi" Evie said praying she didn't get mixed up with a room of just French talking people. The girls both turned and the redhead piped up,

"Sorry about that, we just figured out we both speak French! I'm Elise" Elise has long red hair and blue eyes. Evie noticed her outfit along with her Hermes luggage that this girl came from money.

"And I'm Aveline! What's your name?"

"I'm Evie and I'm in bedroom A. Are one of yall sharing a bathroom with me?

"Oh no sorry Elise and I are in bedrooms C and D" Aveline explained.

"Oh, darn I guess I'll have to wait and see"

Everyone started unpacking and talking to one another. Evie found out that Elise was from Paris and majoring in Mass Comms with a minor in dance. Aveline was from New Orleans majoring in Theater with a minor in costume design. Aveline also showed them some of the dresses she had made.

"Those are so pretty" exclaimed Evie looking at a beautiful red evening gown.

"Indeed, you have to make us a gown!" Elise said

Ethan had stopped by and said goodbye to Evie. She promised she would watch out for him and would see Ethan for Christmas break. She asked how Jacob's move was and he told her would have to ask. The hours had flown by and the girls finally met their last roommate Maria Thorpe. She walked and greeted them. She had brown hair and average height. She wore a gray sweatshirt with a red cross on it.

"Hi I'm Evie and this is Elise and Aveline" and she pointed to them "were freshmen what about you?"

"I'm Maria. I'm technically a sophomore but I transferred and they put me with freshmen." Evie noticed her English accent.

"Are you from England? Because if so, that's awesome and I'm from Crawley!" exclaimed Evie.

"Yes, I'm from Leicester, we should get plane tickets together when going back to England! I'm so happy to know someone else from England. "Maria stated

"I would love it would so beat sitting next to my snoring brother for eight hours" Evie praised

The four girls got along very well. Maria seemed cold at first but warmed up rather quickly. Maria told them she came to Davenport for her boyfriend and was majoring in Military History and a minor in dance. Her and Elise bonded pretty quickly over dance. Aveline and Evie also figured they seemed to have the same study habits, agreeing to go to the library once a week together. Everyone's rooms looked really nice and neat toward the end of unpacking. Evie was so relieved that her and her roommates got along so well. She then wondered how Jacob was doing...

A couple hours earlier

"Alright, I'm Desmond. I'm the 4th floor RA. Can I have your name?" Desmond asked.

"Yeah, I'm Jacob Frye"

"Alright Jacob you're in room 418 with the C bedroom and since you're on the soccer team you'll be with your teammates." Desmond explained and handed Jacob the keys.

Jacob took the keys and said goodbye to Ethan. He made his way with luggage to the elevator and waited on it.

"Hey was that British dude in room 418?" Ezio asked.

"Yeah, I feel bad especially he has to deal with you know who" implied Desmond.

"Oof, are yall talking about Alexios?" Conner asked.

"Yeah, just how he fights with every roommate since he was a freshman" replied Desmond.

"I actually feel bad for Jacob now, I give it a month before he moves out" pitied Malik.

After waiting on the elevator Jacob made it to the 4th floor. He noted that there was a game room with air hockey, ping pong and pull. He thought it would be cool to play with his roommates. After walking the long hallway, he found his room at the end and entered. He saw that there were boxes and stuff everywhere and two guys were chatting with one another

"Oh, hey are you, Jacob?" a guy with long brown hair in a ponytail asked.

"Yup!"

"Oh, cool I'm Arno '' Arno was tall but lanky and had a blue hoodie on. The other roommate who was tall and very muscular looked butted in.

"Hey I'm Eivor, nice to meet you." Jacob noticed he had long blond hair but had a really cool bird tattoo on the shaved part.

"Aww sick tattoo I have a bird like that on my chest!" Jacob boasted

The boys all got along well. Jacob learned Arno was from Paris and was majoring in political science with a minor in theater. Eivor was from Norway and was majoring in Business Management with a minor in political science which he and Arno bonded quickly over. Jacob also learned Eivor had a brother named Sigurd on the soccer team but was living off campus. Hours passed as they all unpacked and helped each other out. Arnos' room was neat and organized with a French flag taking up some of the wall. Eivors room was also neat, a little messy but overall neat with different wood carving from Norway. Jacob's room was an absolute mess but he knew Evie could help him so he left it for now.

"By the way" Jacob asked "Do you guys know who is in room D?". As all they looked at the vacant room.

"Yeah, I think it's some upperclassmen named Alexios last, I heard." Arno replied.

Just as Arno said that the front door rattle and a brute looking man walked in. He was muscular and had gold beads in his long hair. He had a scowl of annoyance on his face. He had a lot of boxes, luggage and what appeared to be a reptile cage.

"LAGOS carry my stuff to my room" roared the brute. A lanky man came and quickly got to work. Jacob, Arno and Eivor just stayed there not really knowing what to do.

"So, these are the worms I'm rooming with this year. therefore, which one of you maggots is on my side?" he questioned. Both Arno and Eivor quickly pointed to Jacob.

"Gee thanks guys" grumbled Jacob "Hi yes, I'm Jacob I guess you're Alexios" he asked. Just as Jacob said that Alexios's face turned several shades red. Arno and Eivor noticed and took several steps back.

"What did you call me?" he warned

"Um Alexios, that's your name, right?" stuttered Jacob. Noticing the room seemed to have dropped temperature and everything seemed to be deadly quiet.

"ITS DEMIOS" he barked "I don't go by Alexios and let me set some rules up since you maggots seem as lost as children. First, don't call me Alexios or there will be consequences. Second, I have a pet snake named Pythagoras and we aren't supposed to have pets but I don't give a shit what the RAs say and if yall say anything I will kill you. Third, don't touch my food. Then finally I'm captain of the soccer team and no one wants me to leave because I'm the best so what I say goes. Got it?" Demios threaten

All 3 of the terrified roommates agreed. Demios then started commanding Lagos on what to do and put stuff where it belonged. Just as that was happening Evie texted Jacob to see if he wanted to join her and her roommates to the welcome weekend opening event. Thank God for twin powers thought Jacob.

"Hey guys" Jacob asked Arno and Eivor "Do yall wanna join my sister for the welcome weekend thing?

They both nodded their heads quickly and got out of the room and started heading towards the lobby to meet Evie and the rest.

"That dude is nuts" Eivor stated as they all got on the elevator.

"And also, the scariest person I have ever met" whispered Arno hoping Demios could not hear him.

"C'mon guys we don't know that just yet, maybe He's just trying to be scary to get us to respect him." Jacob nervously chuckled, not even believing his own lie.

The elevator opened up and Jacob saw his sister and what looks to be her roommates and relief flooded him as he knew he had at least her to watch his back.
