In the beginning Issei Hyoudou was a normal boy, but when he was four the great dimensional breach happened. An event that only those with extreme power could sense it happened like Great Red and Ophis. Issei was greatly affected physically giving him abilities alien to this dimension. I do not own High School DXD or JoJo's Bizarre adventure, spoiler warning for both anime.
