Hey guys it's another story and I hope you enjoy it. This is a bit of a cross-over between DxD and a story called A Hidden Dungeon Only I can enter
(Kuoh Academy)
'Here we go again.' Issei Hyoudou thought to himself as he prepared to endure his very tedious end of the day ritual of watching his two friends attempt to peak at the girls of the kendo club. Issei Hyoudou was average height with spiky brown hair with two locks behind his head and brown eyes. He was currently wearing the standard Kuoh academy uniform of a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes with a red shirt underneath as his own personal touch.
"Come on Issei let's go. That peephole is waiting for us" Matsuda Nishikori smiled as he walked with Issei towards the peep. Matsuda was Issei's fellow second year a young man of fair height with a shaved head and beady black eyes. Matsuda wore the standard uniform himself but his was undone to show off his untucked shirt
"That hole is waiting for us" Motohama Domon added. Motohama had black hair with widow's peak and circular glasses. He wore the Kuoh Academy uniform also but kept it buttoned up for now.
As Issei walked with his two friends he couldn't help but smile, 'You guys will never learn but l did long ago.' Issei smiled to himself as the trio arrived at the peephole.
"Come on Moto me first." Matsuda complained.
"You went first last time." Motohama whined.
While his two friends fought over the peephole Issei had a different plan in mind, 'Have fun arguing over the peephole guys. Meanwhile I'll get to enjoy the girls my own way' Issei smiled.

'Now that's interesting' Issei thought to himself before deactivating his X-Ray Vision for a bit of disappointment. Ignoring the fact that the peephole was still there, it struck him as odd that they wouldn't at least move spots to avoid them or make the hole useless by changing in separate areas. "Time to go see Master." Issei smiled as he left his buddies behind to suffer for their stupidity.

After leaving Kuoh, Issei made his way over towards the train station and stopped in front of an abandoned mansion that had been around for decades. Back in elementary school, he and five friends decided to stay overnight as a big of a test of courage. That night was one he'd never forget for a few reasons.
Flashback
"We're out of here." Two boys shouted before running out of the mansion and back home. That meant there were only two people left.
"COWARDS" Issei shouted in annoyance.
"I think they did the right thing Issei. This place is weird" his best friend Rin said nervously. Rin was a young boy with chestnut hair that was tied in a ponytail with most of it spiking out. He was wearing a light blue long sleeved jacket with tan jeans and white sneakers.
"Yes, but that's the point of a test of courage. Plus, if there really are spirits that would be awesome." Issei said confidently.
"Okay" Rin replied clearly not as confident as he was.
"So spirits are awesome huh" a voice shouted surprising them.
"Who are you?" Irina said nervously.
"Go up the stairs and go to the third room on the left. If you do there will be a special surprise waiting for you."
"Surprise!" Issei said happily.
"Yes."
"Cool!" Issei said happily and he ran towards the stairs without hesitation. Now let it be known that Issei was a curious kid and hearing there was a prize sounded awesome. He didn't even care that some ghost was the one telling him at all.
"Issei wait!" Rin shouted and ran with him. Rin wasn't as confident but Issei was his friend and he'd help out as best as he could.
Eventually the two made it to the room in question and Issei was thrilled, "Here we go Rin" Issei said happily.
"Yeah" Rin said hesitantly before following Issei.
"What the heck" Issei said in confusion as he walked into the door. The only thing in the room was a tall woman with long blue hair wearing a white dress that showed off an absolutely massive chest with a red sash in the middle. The woman was chained up in the middle of the room and her eyes were closed
"Issei. We should call the cops." Rin said nervously.
"They won't be able to do anything" a voice spoke and Issei was stunned by the origin.
"No way! You're the one who called out to us." Issei exclaimed.
"That's right. My name is Olivia Servant and I've been trapped here for a while."
"Okay Miss Olivia. How do we get you out?" Issei said calmly.
"Issei!" Rin shrieked. This screamed of a bad idea.
"Well if you want to help free me, then touch my forehead with yours."
"Uhh, you're too tall miss. I can't reach you" Issei frowned.
"I see." The voice frowned.
Rin may not have liked what Issei was up to, but he was Issei's friend, and he clearly wanted to help this woman, "You said we just need to touch your forehead for a bit right."
"That's right. I only need a second to do it."
"Then jump and headbutt her." Rin suggested.
"That's actually a good idea. Just give me the signal and I'll do my part."
"You heard her Issei." Rin said firmly.
"Then give the signal on three Rin." Issei said calmly.
"Alright Issei, One…twooo…THREE!" Rin shouted and on three Issei jumped up and gave Olivia a small headbutt on her forehead. In that moment everything changed.
Flashback End
Olivia gave him three gifts that day. The first was a skill called Get Creative, which allowed him to make any skill he wanted under the sun. The second skill was Bestow, which allowed him to give those skills to anybody. Finally Editor, which allowed him to alter skills that others already had. That power was amazing, but it had a drawback. The skills used something called LP and as a little kid Issei only had 200 LP Which meant it was useless. Luckily for him, Olivia apparently had tons of LP and decided to give him two skills as a way to start things up. Issei was quick to decide on those skills. First was the ability to analyze people like the scouters they used in his favorite show Drag-So-Ball and thus the SCOUTER skill was born. The second was the Kamehameha wave. The most powerful attack of the lead character of Drag-So-Ball. Although he personally loved the second skill more, it was the first skill that caused quite a bit of drama.
"Poor Irina." Issei chuckled to himself as he made his way through the mansion recalling the second significant event of the day.
After getting the skills from Olivia, he wanted to test it the scouter first since the Kamehameha wave would be dangerous. Naturally he asked his best friend Rin to do it. Rin quickly told him no but when Issei asked why he refuse to say anything to Issei's annoyance. Unfortunately for Rin, Olivia spilled the beans and told him the truth. It turned out that Rin was actually a girl named Irina and she pretended to be a boy because she thought he was nice and didn't think he'd be friends with a girl. She was afraid that if he learned the truth that they couldn't be friends anymore which is why she kept it a secret over their time as friends. Seeing Rin cry made Olivia feel bad so in exchange for spilling the secret she gave Issei the ability to use telekinesis and had him move Irina so she could get the same power as he did. After Irina asked how they could get LP, Olivia told them that the only way to gain LP was to do things that they'd enjoy like eating food or doing things with the opposite sex. Issei decided to kiss Irina on the lips as his own apology and a way to test the LP gain. Their first kiss tripled their LP and set the stage for a very different friendship.
His musing over with, Issei arrived at the same door as that fateful day and opening it with a smile. "How was class Issei." Olivia Servant smiled as she sat in a large oak chair. Irina moved away at the end of their time in primary school, but the last thing they did together was free Olivia from the spell that sealed her away. It was a minor miracle that Issei and Irina kept her a secret for all that time, but now she was free and able to live her life. Olivia was currently wearing a dark blue dress similar to her other one, so a healthy amount of cleavage was visible.
"It was fine Master. Apparently, I can no longer gain LP from peeking at the kendo club. Shame really but there's nothing I can do." Issei frowned.
Olivia frowned, "You've gathered plenty of LP, so I doubt it'll change anything."
"True. Still, I have to be careful how I use the power or those two might discover me" Issei shrugged in annoyance.
After freeing her from her binds Issei decided to ask Olivia about her past. It turned out that she was actually a devil who fled the devil world during a civil war. She lived in this mansion and she was left alone for the most part, but when a devil named Cleria Belial arrived in Kuoh to take it over she was discovered. Olivia and Cleria became good friends and she even gave her a few skills herself to help things along. When her father discovered the connection, he tried to force Olivia to work for them. When Olivia refused, Cleria's father fought Olivia in a brutal battle that pushed her to the limit. Cleria's father trapped her in the chains, but in a final act of defiance erased his memories. The last thing she remembered was Cleria thanking her for everything and promising to keep the mansion a secret.
"Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri right. Those two are far too young to be controlling a town but there's nothing we can do now." Olivia frowned.
"Yep. I'll just avoid them at school and that should be enough." Issei shrugged.
"About that, we have a problem that may complicate everything."
"What's that" Issei asked with intrigue.
"Remember that abandoned church that you and Irina used to go to back before she moved away."
"Yeah" Issei said curiously.
"I'm pretty sure a group of Fallen Angels moved in recently."
"I see and that means I have to be even more careful." Issei frowned. Olivia told him about the supernatural world and warned him about fallen angels in particular.
"Yep." Olivia confirmed.
"Well that's enough talk for now. See you later Master." Issei smiled before leaving Olivia alone.
"Bye Issei." Olivia smiled and Issei left the house. He would worry about Rias and Sona later, the fallen were now priority one. Or rather, avoiding the fallen was priority one.

Issei walked into class calmly the next day wondering how the fallen would change things. When he sat down, he hoped to get a quick nap, but was quickly approached by two people he didn't expect in Murayama and Katase. Aika was a classmate of Issei's with brown hair in pigtails and glasses. She was usually the one who put them in their place, but she seemed to agree with Issei.
"You've… got a point." Murayama said quietly.
"Exactly. Now if you don't mind, I'm pretty sure the teacher will be here soon." Issei smiled.
"Right" Murayama frowned before returning to her seat while Katase glared at Issei angrily. Clearly what he said hit the mark and they didn't appreciate being called out.

It was time for gym, and since it was free time, Issei and his buddies decided to watch the girls race on the track which suited them perfectly, "What were you thinking Issei. Each boy had a white shirt with blue around the neckline and the Kuoh Academy symbol on the right side of his chest and gray sweatpants.
"Sorry about that. I needed a way to get the topic away from us since nothing I said would've made me look good."
"True." Motohama sighed.
"But Issei did have a point. I'm amazed those two didn't get rid of the hole." Matsuda smiled.
"Heads up partner. You've got company." A voice inside Issei's head spoke up.
'Thanks Ddraig.' Issei said calmly before focusing on his buddies. "Shut up idiots we have company." Issei said sternly.
The two boys stopped talking as Murayama approached them from their blind spot walking in front of them with a frown, "Issei can I talk to you in private for a moment?" Murayama asked politely Murayama was in the Kuoh girls' uniform which was the same shirt for the girls as the guys but a pair of blue bloomers.
"Why not just talk here?" Issei questioned.
"Because what I want to talk to you about has nothing to do with these two. It's personal and I'd rather not have those idiots around when we talk." Murayama replied.
Issei was about to respond again but Matsuda spoke up, "Go with her Issei."
"You sure?" Issei said with a raised eyebrow.
