More of a setup chapter honestly, but I am really excited to get this story underway.

"You guys are so hyper today. What have they been feeding you?"

Four young velociraptors around the small room filled chirping and screeching to each other in excitement. Owen throwing occasional pieces of meat while a young Echo nipped at Charlie before snatching a piece of meat and taking off.

"Echo, cut it out. You know Charlie is the youngest of the group."

Blue looked between Owen and her sisters before chirping authoritatively, making all of them stop playing and eating before heading towards Owen with raised heads. Looking at him attentively as they waited to hear what else he might say as Owen stepped back in surprise at the act as he looked back at the camera recording him.

"Did you get that?"

Owen finally closed the laptop in front of him showing footage of himself training the other raptors as infants, feeling the guilt of Claire's words as they continued to ring throughout his head.

While he didn't want Blue and Charlie to die, there were numerous factors in play that were causing him hesitation. One of which is the now volcano on Isla Nublar, which was now shooting out smog and lava after lying dormant for so many years. Making the operation risky to pull off with the time constraint put on them.

Another factor was that despite the facts and the reassurance from Claire that this operation was clear-cut and legit, there was just something about it that left him grimacing in discomfort. Probably due to the constant people who took advantage of these creatures at any chance they got.

With a sigh he disconnected himself from the computer to get himself a glass of water, rubbing his forehead at the sudden problem set upon him and the decision set upon him.

Yet as he passed by, he got a glimpse of the tv that was showcasing the news for that evening. The image of a familiar freckled hero was showcased in the headlines as a woman in a purple-scaled suit and mask floated beside him.

"And now, the Dynamic duo Deku and Lizardy gaining in popularity as the hero rankings draw near. Showcasing their incredible teamwork when it comes to taking down villains or reassuring the public. These two have been close to the hip ever since the incident with Jurassic World and All for One. Going at it strong even now as they continued to work together."

Owen rubbed his chin at the image of Deku and Setsuna, an idea forming in his head as he made his way to his phone and computer. Pulling up the agency information and dialing the number.

(Meanwhile, in Japan.)

In the middle of a large bank, the people were going about their day waiting in line to make the necessary transactions. A typical day for many as they made the necessary withdrawals and deposits, unaware of the sudden danger that was approaching.

The door blew wide open as a stream of people made their way inside, brandishing themselves with their quirks and weapons as a large man with a minotaur-like build strolled his way inside with a large grin.

"Alright, everyone on the ground!"

Everyone screamed as they fearfully followed the thugs' orders, crouching and covering their heads with frightened expressions as the goons made their way toward the various windows and tellers.

"Nobody moves! And everybody will go home safely."

The mutant grinned as he saw the workers put numerous wads of cash into the bag, already seeing himself making a clean getaway in the next few minutes before any heroes could show up. A reputation that he built for himself after numerous heists throughout the country, making a clean getaway without confronting heroes most of the time.

Yes, all of it was going according to plan.

Smoke suddenly started to emerge from the sidelines causing the rest of the goons to look around anxiously. Not sure what to make of the sudden appearance as the bull-like man stormed his way toward one of the bank tellers and grabbed him by the front of their shirt with a glare.

"What is the meaning of this, you set off some sort of secret alarm?!"

"I-I didn't do anything!" the man pleaded as he held up his hands in surrender, "I swear!"

The bovine menace reared a fist back, not believing the words of his victim for a single moment before his eyes widened in shock. A black tendril wrapped around his fist from behind him, stopping him before he could even make a move.

"I wouldn't try that if I were you..."

The men around him gasped as the villain turned around to see a whip emerging from the cloud of smoke behind him, which slowly dissipated to reveal the upcoming hero, Deku. Covered in his signature cowl and mask along with several other notable heroes such as Lizardy, Tailman, Tentacole, and many other heroes with their interns. All looking at the crooks and thugs around them with hard looks of their own.

"You been a hard person to find, but we finally got a tip about your next big heist and wanted to pay a visit."

The villain snarled at his plans being foiled, knowing the only way out of this situation now is through sheer force.

"Get them!"

The heroes sprang into action, diverting the crooks' attention from the civilians as they punched and restrained them with ease. The bulky tail hero knocking them out while Shoji restrained them with his numerous arms.

Meanwhile, Setsuna was up against one of the thugs that could shift his arms into swords, swinging them towards the splitting hero as she dodged with ease by leaning and stepping backward before a familiar idea came to her head.

As the thug made an upwards swipe under her arm, she quickly disconnected it while keeping it slack so that it fell onto the ground with a thud as they paused the fight for a moment to wordlessly stare at one another. Setsuna gaped at the person she was fighting as she clutched her empty shoulder with her remaining arm as the thug stepped back in fear, not expecting the sudden act.

"Holy crap dude! You cut off my arm!"

The thug paled as he stepped back warily with horror at the act he caused, shifting his arms into hands as he pleaded in guilt over the sickening sight.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mea-"

He was cut off as Setsuna sent a flying fist from her other arm directly into his face, knocking him out in an instant as she picked up her arm and reconnected it back onto herself with a smirk as he made her way toward the downed villain and setting a pair of cuffs on him.

"Never fails..." Setsuna smirked as she dusted her hands off before lifting the guy up and giving him to one of the officers that were on the scene. The police were guiding the already captured criminals to the front of the building with the help of some interns who were assisting in the operation. The splitting hero charged ahead once more with numerous floating pieces to aid in the fight.

Meanwhile, the One for All user knocked out any thugs that came before him in an instant, making them slump down before they could attack as Izuku shot out a whip toward the victim the large mutant was holding. Wrapping the person and tugging it out of the Bull's hands and dropping him safely as an intern came from the side and escorted him out of the way.

By now the giant mutant narrowed his eyes as he came face to face with Deku, ignoring most of the fighting that was going around them as more and more of his men fell to the heroes.

"You know, I never thought I would get to meet you face to face Deku," the towering mutant admitted as he stood up straight reaching his full height, "I always planned it so that we would be in and out of any bank before any heroes could show up on the scene. Looks like I underestimated their persistence."

Deku's eyes narrowed behind the mask he wore as the sparks around him increased around him, suspicious of his calm behavior as his opponent walked up to him.

"I never thought I was going to have to use this..." he paused as he eyed him with disdain before taking out a small serum, "But sacrifices have to be made when going against the successor of All Might."

Izuku's eyes widened when he suddenly injected the serum into himself with a groan, making him warily stand back as the Mutant fell onto his hands and knees while panting heavily. His eyes dilated as the muscles tore through the shirt he was wearing as the horns extended.

"Everyone get out of here, now!" Deku said in an authoritative tone towards the others behind him as the situation went from bad to worse. As he realized the kind of substances that the mutant had injected in himself: Trigger.

The inclusion of the drug made the mutant grow three times in size, his massive strength was demonstrated when he slammed his massive fists onto the ground. Cracking them as Izuku nimbly dodged to the sides, eyeing down the massive threat behind his mask.

"What's wrong Deku?" the massive bovine snorted with a sneer, "Don't tell me that the successor of All Might is running away?"

"Oh, I'm not running," Izuku declared as the sparks around his body frantically grew around him, "I was just waiting until everyone was safe."

The crime boss roared in anger as he stomped his way toward Deku while rearing a massive fist back, shaking the ground with killing intent as he let go of the punch below him toward the sparkling hero. Who had not moved a single inch since the start of their conversation.

The crime boss was confident in his strength, being a mutant with a bull-like quirk made him tower over most people that stood by him. His strength was compared to middle-class heroes when others saw him in action, with the trigger coursing through him significantly boosting his physical power and ego. Yet the grin on the mutant's face quickly died though when his fist suddenly stopped in front of him in an instant, his shaking slightly from the blowback as he looked on in disbelief over what happened.

Deku had caught the punch with one hand.

If he could see behind the mask that he wore, he would know that the greenette was sporting a massive grin on his face. Knowing that he could now shift the fight in his favor as he stared down the villain in front of him.

Moving faster than the eye could see, Deku landed a kick into the mutant's gut that made him stumble back and gasp for air. Glaring at the spot that the hero stood before his eyes widened to see him nowhere to be found. Looking up to see the already shooting two whips onto his horns before a kick slammed him directly onto his thick head, knocking him out cold in an instant while he slumped onto the ground unconscious.

For a split second, everyone was silent as they took in the gaze of Deku, who still had his hood on as he stood over the villain who caused the entire fiasco and cuffed him before his piercing green eyes looked over the crowd. Reminding them of the power that aided them when society fell and villains ran amok through the streets.

Yet that threatening appearance faded completely when he removed the cowl from his head and looked around the room in concern. His face showing compassion and worry for anyone that might have gotten caught up in the fight.

"Is everyone ok?"

The crowd cheered over the feat of Deku and the several heroes around them, who were able to get everyone out safely with minimal injuries. The One for All inheritor brought the dazed mutant up on his feet despite the massive difference in height as he slowly made his way outside with the other heroes.

Immediately he was bombarded by numerous people who took photos of him and the other several heroes around them. Watching several of the interns and policemen guiding the criminals away and asking questions about the current situation that occurred.

Yet he ignored most of that for the time being, his eyes softening at the sight of Setsuna talking to several children in front of her with a sharp tooth grin. Sticking her tongue out at them in a teasing manner as they mimicked her actions.

The sight of her connecting so well with the numerous people around them made him smile, even as he diverted his attention momentarily to answer questions about the capture of the villain. With the occasional question and photo from a fan every once and a while.

Once all the questions were answered and all the thugs were safely contained by the police, Deku and Lizardy depart from the scene. Leaving behind the masses cheering their names and thanking them for their work.

Izuku landed gracefully onto the top of a rooftop as Setsuna pieced herself back together, both of them feeling a sense of ease knowing the situation was handled with no major injuries to the people.

"You know, I heard from one of the officers that he had to reassure someone that he didn't cut off the arm of a hero," Izuku started with a knowing look to Setsuna as she looked at him in mock bewilderment.

"What? It's a classic!" she snickered into her hand as the familiar sight of a sharp-toothed grin made its way onto her face, "Just as good as the one I came up with in UA."

"Ah yes, how can I ever forget the 'Are you pulling my leg' act you do so well?"

The freckled hero shook his head with a chuckle as Setsuna shamelessly laughed at the admittance, an occurrence that happened too often whenever they bantered with one another. Something that they did even since they got together in their first year of UA. Training together throughout the years until Izuku was able to fully master his power and going against numerous threats and villains as they slowly started to build a repetition as heroes.

Setsuna calmed down her laughing fit and walked up to him while looping her arms around his neck due to his slight height advantage with a loving expression, one that he returned as he wrapped his own arms around her waist as a peaceful atmosphere took place.

"...Are you ready for the upcoming trip?" Izuku suddenly asked.

"Of course!" Setsuna perked up at the mention of their planned vacation, "As much as I love helping others, I think it's time for a little break now that we have the time. We wouldn't want to wear yourself down like All Might."

Izuku could only sheepishly chuckle at the mention of his constant work schedule, a feat that initially had Setsuna concerned but relaxed once he mentioned that he was planning something for them once they had a chance to take a break from hero work. Which was planned as they neared the announcement of the Hero Rankings this spring, happening as soon as the duo returned from their vacation.

"Before any of that," Izuku said as he faced the person he loved with all his heart, "I need to get something before we can finish packing."

Setsuna blinked before narrowing her eyes at the other greenette, suspicious of this last-minute addition due to his habit of having everything planned.

"...What is it?"

"It's a surprise," Izuku grinned shamelessly at Setsuna, though the act only made her more suspicious of his plans, "And you can't ask about it either."

Setsuna groaned with a roll of her eyes, knowing that once he said that with a smirk that he was sure to keep whatever he had in his mind a secret until he felt like sharing. A habit that he seemed to pick up after spending so much time with her in UA.

After all, he didn't tell her about One for All until the trip to Jurassic World.

"...Finneeeeee." Setsuna whined with a smile, letting Izuku know that she was willing to wait, "But it better be something good."

"Trust me, you going to love it."

They shared a quick peck on the lips with each other before the splitting hero stepped back and disconnected her waist so that she can float.

"I'll be waiting back at the apartment, don't be too long!"

Izuku waved before turning around and getting into a slight crouch, getting ready to jump toward his next destination. Yet paused as she left his field of vision and grew a smirk already knowing what she was up to.

"And no peeking!"

"Fineeee..." she groaned as she made her eye and mouth float around the corner where the rest of her was hiding with a pout. Leaving the scene to let him do whatever he needed to do while she went on back home.

Izuku chuckled at her antics as he waited for a moment to make sure she was gone before getting into a slight crouch. Charging himself briefly with One for All before leaping away in a gust of wind towards his next destination: a particular store owned by a man who specialized in making rings and other glamourous accessories.

Carefully from above the rooftops, Izuku waited to make sure that no one would see him when it came to his meeting with the owner of the shop. Wanting to not draw too much attention when it came to getting what he ordered from the owner. Which thankfully seemed to be empty for the time being, as it was nearing the owner's break for lunch and was making the last-minute preparations for closing before stepping out to get some food.

The greenette dropped down from the building he was standing on with ease, using a little bit of Float to cushion his fall so that he wouldn't make a big impact. Opening the door with the sound of the bell above the door signifying his appearance to the man who was turned away from him making his final checkups.

"I'm sorry to inform you that we are closing in a few minutes for lunch," the man dressed in a sharp, sophisticated outfit said not taking his eyes off the counter in front of him, "We will open back up in about an hour."

"That's a shame, because I wanted to ask about a particular order that I made."

The man behind the counter jumped at the voice, turning to see none other than Deku standing in his store with an iconic smile on his face.

"D-Deku!" the man gasped in shock before a bright smile of his own started to break through. "Not at all! Come in, come in. Just make sure to lock the door behind you when you enter."

Locking the door behind him to keep the conversation between them private, Izuku walked towards the owner with a kind smile. One that the owner returned as he reached for something hidden in one of the drawers behind him. A small black case that was reserved specifically for the hero in green.

"I was actually finished with it this morning, but I was going to hold it off and call you in the afternoon seeing the recent events at the bank."

"I appreciate the thought," Izuku said honestly as he looked at the small case with anticipation and excitement. "May I take a look at it?"

"Of course! It's your order after all."

Izuku gingerly picked up the case and opened it carefully with a small gasp leaving his lips, seeing the order that he made with the man for his very eyes.

A wedding ring that was meant for Setsuna.

The band of the ring was forged in such a way that it resembled the bones of fossils yet was made to make sure that it didn't discomfort the wearer in any way. A design that made the greenette giddy about seeing the reaction on Setsuna's face knowing her love for the prehistoric. But that paled in comparison to the main attraction in the center, a brilliant jewel that was the color of Amber. Like the ones that trapped mosquitos inside.

While the first few months of their dating were the typical going out and getting to know one another, it was only after their disaster of a trip to Jurassic World that changed their relationship. Back when he told her the truth about One for All.

It was a choice that he felt was right after everything they went through during Jurassic World, going against fly reptiles as they tried to save others to evacuate and battling the abomination that was the Indominus rex before finally being able to get home safely. A choice that he went through even when All Might strongly advised against it, a choice that he feared would make her leave given the danger that he would put her in.

Yet she stayed.

She fought alongside him even after learning about this ancient power that a madman with numerous quirks was wanting. Stayed by his side when he went rogue to protect those that he cared about and joined Class A's attempt to bring him home. It was no doubt that he loved her with all his heart and soul.

He had been planning to make the announcement for a while now, but working their first year as fully-fledged heroes from UA and setting up their agency put those plans on hold. Yet he knew for a fact that what he felt for Setsuna was real, wanting to make things official as husband and wife.

"...Is it to your liking?" the continued silence from the greenette made the man nervous, seeing nothing coming out of his mouth as he continued to wordlessly stare at the ring in his hand.

Blinking out of his wistful thoughts and turning his sight away from the ring in his hand, he smiled at the owner in appreciation. Knowing that he needed to know what he thought about it.

"It's perfect, exactly how I wanted it to be." Izuku answered honestly before turning his gaze back towards the ring with a nervous expression, "Do you think she would like it...?"

The man who watched Deku admire his work couldn't help but feel for him, knowing that even the potential number one hero could get second thoughts on what his lover would think about it. Proving that no matter how strong he is, he is still human.

"I'm sure she would love it." he advised with a kind smile, "After all, you are the one that knows her best."

Izuku smiled at the reassurance and reached into his pocket as a means to pay the man for his work before the owner of the store shook his head with a small laugh.

"By all means Deku, please accept it as a gift."

"No please, I insist. Let me pay for it." the greenette said earnestly as he insisted to pay for the order.

"There's really no need," the owner of the store reassured the greenette as he slowly clasped the case holding the rings gently around the hero's fingers, "it would be an honor owning that an upcoming hero like yourself is wearing one of my crafted works, along with the one that he holds dear."

Izuku held the case around his hand tighter, feeling better about his chances of proposing to Setsuna than when he first entered the store thanks to the man's kind words and gestures.

"Thank you..."

"And thank you Deku, for everything that you do for us."

Izuku smiled one final time before stepping out of the store and getting into a crouch, charging himself with one for All before leaping back to the apartment where Setsuna was waiting.

Landing gracefully outside their apartment as the sparks around his body dissipated, Izuku tucked the ring inside his pocket and in took a deep breath before opening the door and walking in with a bright smile on his face.

"Setsuna, I'm back!"

Izuku waited for a reply but frowned when no sound was heard except the sound of the television and warily entered the room.

He didn't think anything bad had happened since his time away as he knew Setsuna could take care of herself when it came to it. Yet he didn't feel anything from Danger Sense and took his chances entering the room, finally seeing Setsuna on the couch staring intently at the television as some broadcasted news. Making him breathe out a sigh of relief as he made his way toward her.

"Oh Setsuna, you didn't answer me when I called you-"

"Shhhh!"

Izuku blinked at the quick rebuttal as she shushed him without looking away from the television, making him turn to the reason for her intense focus. Before his own expression took one of surprise of his own as he saw the topic of discussion.

"Three years after the fall of Jurassic World, the debate over Isla Nublar rages on. As the Island's long-dormant volcano, reclassified as active, continues to show considerable unrest. With geologists predicting an extinction-level event killing the last living Dinosaurs on the planet."

Setsuna and Izuku both gasped at the revelation but continued to watch as the newscaster continued to shed light on the topic.

"Since the disaster that has shocked the world, the Masrani Corporation has paid out more than 800 million in damages and lawsuits. Even with heroes on the scene helping in the disaster, the most notable being Deku and Lizardy as heroes in training."

Izuku winced at the footage of the Pteranodons and Dimorphodons attacking the people below, as he remembered that incident quite well. Even more so when he realized that people are going to be asking about what they thought on the topic in the upcoming days.

"Activists around the globe have mobilized in what has become the flashpoint animal rights issue of our time. With an eruption expected at any moment, the U.S senate convened a special committee earlier today with Ian Malcolm to answer a grave moral question: Do dinosaurs deserve the same protections given to other endangered species, or should they be left to die? This is what Malcolm had to say..."

Izuku focused on the sight of a courtroom with numerous senators at the head listening to Ian Malcolm as he shared his own opinions on the topic. Being more experienced in these kinds of matters given his encounter with them in the original park so many years ago.

"I think that we should, uh, allow our glorious and magnificent dinosaurs to be taken out of the volcano."

Setsuna frowned as uneasy murmurs shot through the courtroom where Ian Malcolm was sitting in, causing the man to glance at the crowd with a raised eyebrow even as insults were hurled his way in disdain. The head of the court silenced the crowd with a stern warning.

"As deeply sad as that would be..." Ian continued back towards the court in front of him, "we altered the course of natural history. This is correction."

"Are you saying that the Almighty is taking matters into his own hands?"

"With all due respect, God's not part of the equation." Ian started uncharacteristically stern as he gazed at the numerous people seated in front of him. "What I mean is that in the last century, we have amassed landmark technological and biological power, and we have proven ourselves to be incapable of handling that power."

He paused for a moment to let his words impact the people around him as they murmured to each other uncertainly before continuing.

"Quirks have only shown up very recently in our history, and already we have proven that we are unworthy of handling that kind of responsibility and power. Like Villains using them for their own personal gain... Villains like All for One."

A harsh silence fell over the at the reminder of that man, whose power was able to rein terror all over the world due to his influence when he escaped from Tartarus. Izuku clenching his fists at the reminder of his actions and deeds throughout his starting year at UA.

"And now we've got genetic power infused with quirks. So how long is it going to take for that to spread around the globe, and what is going to be done with it? It ain't gonna stop at the de-extinction of the dinosaurs."

A grave look suddenly appeared on his face, one that spoke of weariness and experience.

"Man-made cataclysmic change..."

The silence in the courtroom was now palpable as everyone took in the words from Ian Malcolm, with the senate mumbling to each other about what the final decision would be done about these animals. With the head of hearing dismissing the room for a final ruling.

"This meeting happened just a few days ago," the newscaster informed, "and now we turn to the White House to see what their final ruling is."

Izuku and Setsuna watched with bated breath as one of the senators walked up to the podium to deliver the final verdict. Making them both lean in anticipation as they both heard the final ruling over what would be done to the animals that lived on the island.

"After thorough deliberation, the committee has resolved not to recommend any legislative action regarding the de-extinct creatures of Isla Nublar. And cannot condone government involvement in what is a privately owned venture."

Izuku watched wordlessly at the television as numerous reporters asked questions about the final decision. A sigh leaving his lips after a few moments before walking up to Setsuna with a worried expression, knowing how she felt about these animals more than anyone.

"Hey, are you alright?"

Setsuna jumped at the sound of his voice, momentarily forgetting that he entered the room she was in before turning around with surprise and mustering up a smile, one that Izuku knew she was forcing.

"Y-Yeah, I was just watching what they would say about the Dinosaurs on Isla Nublar. Pretty crazy right?"

"Setsuna..."

The sharp-toothed woman finally slumped down on the sofa she was sitting on knowing that she wasn't fooling him with her performance. With Izuku sitting beside her in a show of comfort as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

"I mean... I know why they are saying not to save them. Really, I do. But..."

"Yeah... I know."

Their trip to Jurassic World was always looked back upon with mixed feelings because at heart, the two did love seeing the prehistoric animals in the flesh for the first time ever since the park opened to the public. Their love for the animals in the park demonstrated through their fun encounters with the Petting Zoo and seeing the massive carnivores in their enclosures. Finally being able to see the creatures that Setsuna enjoyed learning about with their own eyes after waiting for an opportunity to see them.

Yet at the same time, it showed them how far people are willing to go to gain a profit from these creatures. Making genetic monstrosities like the Indominus Rex behind the scenes that put the entire park in danger when it escaped captivity. Threatening the safety of not only the people but the animals that already lived on the island. So they knew why they would consider leaving the animals behind with the erupting volcano.

That didn't mean they liked it.

"I want to help them out too. But even if we could, they would have nowhere else to go. We'll just have to wait and see what they say about it." Izuku tried to cheer her up with a weak smile, one that made her give a small one of her own pecking him on the check for his attempt. Though before she could say anything else on the topic, the phone started to ring. Causing them to break out of their rut for the time being.

"That's weird, I thought you told the agency that you were off?" Setsuna asked him as he pulled out the phone with a raised eyebrow.

"I did," Deku admitted with a furrowed brow before answering the call, "Hello?"

"Hello Deku, I'm sorry to bother you on your time off but this guy was trying to reach you saying that he needed to speak to you immediately. We were concerned over his tenacity seeing that he was also from overseas, but he seemed pretty insistent that he spoke to you personally."

Izuku raised an eyebrow at the information, wondering just who on earth was trying to reach him for the receptionist at their agency to be concerned.

"Patch them through," Izuku said after a moment of thinking about the scenario, "I'll let you know if it's a problem and then we'll go from there."

"Right away sir."

The phone went silent as Izuku waited patiently to patch him through, with Setsuna looking curious about the phone call beside him.

"...Hello?" the greenette hesitantly asked over the line once he heard the tone was connected.

"Hey kid, I been trying to reach you for hours! You won't believe the amount of waiting I had through!"

Izuku eyes widen at the familiar voice that pierced through the speaker, one that he hasn't heard since their trip to Isla Nublar three years ago.

"Owen?!" Izuku couldn't help but exclaim in surprise, making Setsuna jump in surprise at the sudden shout even as Owen laughed over the phone.

"Thank god, you remember me," the American exhaled with a sigh of relief that Izuku could feel despite being over a thousand miles away, "I had to go through your agency for a while to convince them that I knew you and wasn't just some crazy fan or reporter trying to hound you."

Izuku chuckled at the notion as Setsuna leaned into him trying to listen in on the conversation, with the freckled hero putting the phone on speaker so that they could both listen to the call.

"Well, it would be pretty strange seeing that you are on the other side of the world," Izuku added in with a grin.

"Owen? From the park?" Setsuna asked with a raised eyebrow that made the American on the other end of the call perk up.

"Oh man, is that Lizardy?! I heard that you two were still together, but now I guess I have direct confirmation."

"Better to hear it from us than some news outlet I guess." Izuku retorted with a chuckle.

The three of them laughed over their reunion, glad to hear from one another after so long.

"And how's Claire? Are you guys still together?" Setsuna asked in eagerness wanting to hear about the other person they helped so long ago.

"She's... doing good." Owen answered one of the questions awkwardly over the phone which made the two raise an eyebrow, "But she's actually the reason why I'm calling."

The pleasantries faded away a serious expression took on Izuku's face, one that Setsuna followed as a sigh was heard over the phone that felt full of confusion and stress, one that made the two heroes frown as Owen started to explain the predicament he was in.

"I was just talking to Claire earlier today, and she said that some guy named Eli Mills that worked for Ben Lockwood had a plan to evacuate dinosaurs out of the islands. And they wanted me to come along to find the raptors. Even showed me some documents claiming the whole thing was legit."

"Really?" Setsuna blinked in surprise as Izuku's own face morphed into confusion, "We didn't hear anything about that on the news just now. They said the U.S. government was not intervening."

"She said something about them making a private island for them to live on, and even showed me some pictures of the whole thing too. But really..."

"I don't buy it."

Izuku and Setsuna frowned as well, as the whole thing seemed too fishy for this to be a concrete operation. Too many holes that reminded them of some of the shady underground busts that they and some of their friends had to go through in their work as heroes. Too many questions that remained unanswered left both parties feeling uneasy.

"...And what do you want us to do about it?" Setsuna asked after taking in all the information from the American.

Owen sighed heavily as he rubbed the back of his neck, something that made the two heroes uneasy even as the silence continued to drag on.

...

"...I was wondering... if you guys can help us out. Just in case things get crazy."

"I-I'm sorry. What?" Izuku deadpanned even as Setsuna's jaw dropped at the absurdity of the request.

"I know! I know!" Owen pleaded as he rubbed his forehead in frustration knowing how they feel, "But you and I probably are the only ones that know how to deal with Dinosaurs with quirks. And I don't feel comfortable sending Claire off on her own for this if things go sideways."

Izuku and Setsuna's eyes softened seeing the reasoning and recalling the experience they had with the animals in the park, but slumped over in slight frustration as they tried to reassure the American overseas.

"I wish we could help, really I do." Setsuna started in sympathy, "But we don't have any jurisdiction in the United States to work in. And it will take a couple of days for us to get a warrant to go overseas if we really want to shut this operation down."

Owen cursed over the phone for overlooking that problem, and Setsuna was about to go on until she saw the look on Izuku's face. Which got into a deep frown with small mutters exiting every few moments, a trait that let her know that he got a plan in the works.

"Izuku? What are you thinking?"

Owen paused as his attention was brought back to the phone, which had gone silent as Izuku released a sigh over the device while rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well... I might know a way that we can join on this intervention..."

Setsuna and Owen both perked up at the statement, the American leaning forward towards his phone in anticipation as the splitting hero raised an eyebrow in curiosity.

"Look, we're about to go on vacation now, right?" Izuku explained as Setsuna hesitantly nodded her head with a raised eyebrow while Owen listened, "We might not be able to go directly to the operation to bust them, but we have enough probable cause to at least check it out and make sure they aren't doing anything wrong. We can just say that we heard a tip about a sudden operation involving the dinosaurs, one that the government didn't authorize. If they prove to be legit, then we can just leave right after the whole thing is done. But if it is something to be concerned about, then we can hold it down until we can notify the heroes in the authorities and the heroes in the U.S."

Setsuna nodded in understanding while Owen hummed in consideration as they thought about the idea.

"It could work..." Owen admitted with a thoughtful rub of his chin, "But how are you going to get here fast enough to join? Not to mention your reasoning if things go sideways?"

Setsuna and Izuku grinned at each other as they both thought of an answer, knowing just the person to hook them up with a plane fast enough to get there.

"All Might."

It was no secret that All Might was directly tied to Izuku now, with One for All being known all across the world. A fact that made the freckled hero seem even more favorable as the upcoming number one hero. Making numerous opportunities arise that All Might offered during the beginning of their work of heroes, connections that the two declined due to them wanting to stand out on their own.

But maybe it was time to call in a favor.

"If not, Izuku has enough saying power to convince them otherwise seeing how he is his successor." Setsuna shamelessly said with a shrug.

"Glad to see you willing to throw me under the bus."

Owen laughed at the wit and banter between these two, something that he hadn't heard of since their last visit to the park.

"Well, if you're really sure about it," Owen started as he began to wrap up the call, "Claire said that they were meeting in about a day in a California airport before heading off to Isla Nublar."

"That's cutting it a bit close," Izuku said with a frown glancing at Setsuna and seeing the firm determination in her eyes that slowly grew in his own, "but we hurry, we might be able to just make it."

"Great!" Owen exclaimed as he jumped up in excitement, "I can't thank you enough for the assist."

"Don't sweat it." Setsuna said with a sharp-toothed grin, "We want to save those dinosaurs too, so this is our way of helping them out."

With a final laugh from Owen the call finally disconnected, leaving Izuku and Setsuna alone as they took in the job that they suddenly were thrusted into. Izuku looking at her with a guilty and sheepish expression as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Look. I... I know that we said that we were going to take a little break from hero work..."

"Are you kidding?" Setsuna asked as a grin made its way onto her face, "I can't think of any other way to spend it. Going onto an exploding Island and saving Dinos from certain doom. I almost can't wait!"

With that, the splitting hero left the room to make her own call to All Might, wanting to explain what they were up to in detail leaving the ninth user of One for All completely stumped.

While he wouldn't deny being glad to be able to see if the creatures on the Island were being saved or not, he was a bit disappointed that their vacation time was essentially thrown away. Making whatever plans he had for proposing to her on hold. Taking out the small case in his pocket and looking over the item softly before his eyes drifted toward the numerous photos around the room.

Their time together created a lot of memories, ones that he looked back on in fondness and affection. Like the time she visited the Class A dorm in a Santa suit for Christmas in their second year, with a beaming Eri squeezed between her and Izuku as they all gave beaming smiles toward the camera. Or that time when she pranked him on April fools by shoving a pie into his face, one that he quickly retaliated by smearing it off his face and throwing it back at her. His eyes went through each photo until it softened at the last one displayed, the one they managed to take during their trip to the park.

It was a particular sight to say the least, a sheepish Izuku petting one Apatosaurus in front of him while the other tried to nibble on his bushy hair as Setsuna petted several young Gallimimus around her. All while sitting on the ground with their legs crossed.

Yet the thing that caught his eye the most in the photo was the beaming smile on her face as she looked back onto the camera. One that he knew was due to her being able to finally touch the animals she loved learning about, a dream coming true in her eyes.

There were a lot of memories they made during their time together, ones that he didn't know were possible for a person like him following in All Might's steps. But knew that it was only possible after going through the experience of Jurassic World, both the good and the bad. One that deepened their relationship to another level.

Izuku sighed as he slipped the case back into his pocket and made his way toward Setsuna, who was currently on the phone talking to All Might about their sudden involvement with Isla Nublar. And smiled as he started to explain their reasoning for going.

After all, he could always tell her about the ring another time.

All Might stood outside one of his private planes with Setsuna and Izuku, who were wearing their hero gear as they spoke one last time to each other before having to board.

"I already talked to some people overseas, they are willing to let you guys search and check out whatever it is that you are looking for. But you must call in the moment the search or operation is finished or if things get hectic, as they want to hear what exactly it is that you are looking into."

"Really? You didn't have to let them know that we are going to Isla Nublar or seeing prehistoric animals?" Setsuna couldn't help but skeptically ask.

"I'm pretty sure once I said Deku was personally taking the case about a tip was all they needed for the greenlight. They even said that you guys can call in for backup without worries if the time calls for it."

Izuku didn't really like the idea of getting what he wanted through his name and connections but couldn't argue with the results as it let them join Owen so last minute. Nodding in understanding as the three looked at the plane in silence.

"Do you really think this is a good idea?" All Might couldn't help but ask after a moment.

"Honestly? No." Izuku answered which made the former number hero raise an eyebrow, "But the more that Owen told me about this sudden expedition, the more I find it suspicious about what was going on over there."

Setsuna nodded alongside Izuku, "Too many things don't add up, with the promises seeming too good to be true."

All Might looked at them carefully, knowing that they knew more about these creatures and what the people involved were likely to do than he did. Making him nod in understanding as he looked back at the two firmly.

"I trust your judgment on these matters. Ever since that Nomu-like creature you mentioned during your trip to Jurassic World, I admit that I'm also skeptical of their intentions. Even more so knowing that they never apprehended Henry Wu either, here or in the States."

The greenettes' eyes narrowed at the mention of the man, knowing what All Might was talking about due to their debriefing with one another after the war with All for One. With Setsuna frowning at the mention of the supposed scientist that made the Indominus Rex.

"Whatever the case, just find out what is going on to make it back safely."

The two heroes nodded before turning towards the plane as the Pilot waved towards them an All Might. Letting them know that the plane was ready for departure as the former number one hero left the sight, watching the plane take off as he recalled his visit to Dr. Kyudai Garaki in the new and improved Tartarus all those years ago.

"Henry Wu? We weren't in contact for very long, as All for One only wanted quirks from those beasts for his own or his creations. A side project if you will, that was only meant to last until we perfected the Nomu. Wu could never reach my level of expertise given what he was working with. So it worked out that he didn't ask many questions on our part. If only we realized the protentional for making prehistoric creatures. But alas..."

A knowing and sly grin then grew on the face of the captured doctor as he stared back at All Might and Naomasa Tsukauchi. Who took a glance at each other before looking back at the man with hard stares as he left them with these parting words.

"That's not to say that he didn't have potential. And with what I gave him, I'm sure it would be something marvelous."

All Might frowned at the recollection of the memory, looking at the departing plane in worry for the heroes on board as they made their way to meet up with the American.
